Two years to build a house that was supposed to take 156 days! . A litany of faults, a builder's licence that conveniently expired 4 months after finishing the build and Fair Trading can't do a thing about it! It is relevant to note that Country Kit Homes and the builder were related corporations linked by their common director Mr William Klohn who became our last site supervisor after the first 2 were not seen again. You have been warned!
