We have been helped very well by Marcel van OHCDeurne. Have bought a house with a wood stove from this company. I.v.m. the stove had to be moved when changing the floor. The company put it back and pointed out to us that they were giving a workshop evening where we were told about heating and use. After we made the stove at home, it turned out that something was not right, as smoke came into the room. Marcel came to have a look, thought it was wrong and repaired it. This service was the case. Now we can enjoy our stove thanks to Marcel.

After 10 years a problem with adjustable feet on my Dik Geurts stove. Good advice on what to do to replace it. Required legs supplied and order is checked. I had given refractory cement but refractory chamotte clay should be used. Owner thinks along and calls the night before to correct this.

In the spacious showroom we were able to view many fireplaces and we ended up with a beautiful Kalfire gas fire. Large store with a surprisingly large amount of free-standing stoves for almost any type of fuel. On Saturday it was quite busy here which made it more difficult to speak to the available staff, keep this in mind (advantage is: you can take a look around)
Just now at OHC deurne indicated that we do not get the fire burning properly and that we think this is aeration. The salesman indicated that he immediately (25min drive) came with us to solve this problem. He has shown us in detail how we should fire and the problem is now solved. This service exceeded all our expectations. Very well helped.

July 16, 2018 a bloody Monday, Mike, employee of OHC Deurne comes for the installation of our wood stove. The advice and sorting out of the stove was already good, but what Mike did on this hot day from 12.00 to 21.00 hours the roof up and down in the hot, hot sun was great. Our stove is expertly and perfectly placed. We will certainly enjoy this!
There is a gas fire in our new home, the ignition of which suddenly stopped functioning. One phone call and within 10 minutes Marcel was on the doorstep. In my opinion, they were too busy, which caused things to go wrong, such as the fitting date of the gas fire. 2 parts that would be delivered, we had to call at the back, but in the meantime we had already received an invoice twice. especially communication leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, the gas fireplace is well installed and works as desired. The mechanics are willing to take a step extra.
