super high pressure sales tactics. I do know that if you hesitate to sign they will 1. KEEP LOWERING THE PRICE and payment amount.
2. Increase pressure for you to agree to the terms.
3. This company is filled with unscrupulous "hacks" and should be avoided at all costs. There is plenty of reputable companies to choose from, this unfortunately is not one of them.

I received a very competitive bid on vinyl siding from K-Designers and decided to have the work done by them. Not only were the construction crew of 4 men dedicated to this company, but they also worked well together, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. It took a week to complete and I cannot overstate their attention to detail. I found only 1 problem after the work was completed, but it was immediately taken care of with one phone call to their production manager. It was a pleasure doing business with K-Designers and would not hesitate to recommend them or to have them back for further projects on my home. My home looks amazing with the new siding. I couldn't be happier!

Had a person come in and quoted us, had an amazing pitch and everything but used the FOMO tactic in order to make things work.Didn't give us a pricing until 3 hours even though we proceeded to ask for a detailed, and price after they got the measurements. This company sounds like a scam and the fact is, they quoted us for 30k with no discounts, 23 with all the discounts valid for 3 days, and 20k if we signed right now. Then they called us a couple of days later and told us they would do our windows for 12k. From what I can tell from this is what you called a scam. They may have great windows, but are charging you a ridiculous price for them.

In spite of the negative ratings,we found K-Designers provided an excellent product combined with an honest and open sales approach.

Excellent workmanship, all concerns resolved. Would definitely use again. Doors are gorgeous and get lots of compliments.

We had four windows and a slider put in and they did such a great job. We are saving on energy already.

We have a mobile home trailer that was built in the early 70 s. We have been renovating it and the cherry on top was the new vinyl siding with the additional insulation and new skirting. The HOA even called to tell me how wonderful it looks. It was worth the investment!! They did really beautiful work!

Superior in every way possible. Great quality product quick delivery, perfect fit and the installers were TOP DRAWER.... The result was superior and the process painless

The crew arrived on time. They worked diligently. Cleaned up their mess when finished. The work looks really nice.

I was a little skeptical, because they telemarket cold called me at home.... but thought I would listen to what they had to say and show.

After doing my own research I confirmed that the product they install is high quality
And now having the new windows. I think they are great.

K-designers sales rep made big promises about lots of stuff.... like making sure that we were well satisfied and that all commitments were met... before I would pay for the work.

And, I have to say, the work they did and the product they installed have pleased us.

One thing that I think is very important is that the management has set a standard of customer satisfaction... and the company manages the installation process to meet the high expectations thaty they set.

Our house is in a victorian style, and had windows that were pained shut, and trim whose paint was badly deteriorated. These old windows have a lot of special details that make them more difficult. K-designers figured out how to fix all the problems and took care of all the premitting... which also was a little tricky because old windows do not easily conform to new standards. But these guys were professional enough to understand the challenges and effectively deal with them

For us, we knew the windows would have to be replaced sooner or later, and figured that we might as well have the benefit of living with the upgrade rather than delaying the work until we need to do it to sell the house. It is great to be able to opne the windows,,,, and the noise from outside is much much less. And the neighbors are happy too, smile

These guys have been around since the 90's and they do awesome work. I worked for them as one of my first jobs in sales in 1996. The business however, is centered around shady telemarketing gimmicks and obvious false advertising... BUT! They remain profitable because no matter what they will do to earn your business, the work speaks for itself. C+

The initial consultation was very detailed and thorough. The consultant also made very insightful observations that would help our home become more energy efficient. The installation of our gorgeous custom door was very professional, clean and faster than I expected. After completion we were contacted to ensure that everything was done to liking. We intend request additional services from K-Designers regarding our other needs. We highly recommend K-Designers they are not only a "get it done" kind of company but a "get it done right" company of excellent service.

I had 5 new windows installed with green exterior color coat. The new windows open easily and look nice. The installers were very good.

I also had siding installed for the front of my house. It gave my home a nice facelift.

We had K-Designers replace our old tub and shower. The work looks great and I'm happy we did it. So as far as work done: 5/5 stars
It did take longer for the job to get started than I had realized (scheduling) and I ended up calling 2 weeks after our initial appointment to see what the time table was. But that was a minor hiccup.
If I could give this review 4.5 stars, I would.

I told them I had a doctors appointment, they didn t allow me to go so I walked out because I have diabetes and I needed my check up , the managers time u to go to the bathroom , the managers are disrespectful some of which the hiring manager is the most ridiculous and when your on the phone they have loud background music which is distracting

We had a great experience with using K-Designers to install new windows in our home. The Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us all of our options. The Window installers were very prompt and efferent in finishing in a timely manner. They were also happy to answer our questions about the installation process.

Floor managers are awesome job wise. But somehow your paycheck can stop being so big and this is not because of trying hard or not. Also not cause of experience or not. There are good call list's that are given out in in a non random order and this makes it not an equal opportunity to make the same pay as the whole floor of tm's. I still like all the people there on a personal level but beyond that this was a hostile work environment more than half the time.

K Designers provided windows and a patio door for my whole house. The material was great, and the workmanship was very good. The new material really cut down on my outside traffic noise. That was an amazing plus. I am very happy with their work and the quality of the windows.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY CALLED AT 8AM. TOLD THEM ON DO NOT CALL LIST. CLAIMED TO BE A CHARITY. THEY WERE RUDE AND HUNG UP. I FOUNF COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS. LOOK AT THEIR YELP PAGE. STAY AWAY.

K-Designers replaced all the windows and sliding glass doors in my new house. They did a great job and Val was very detailed with his work!

I was learie of companies that called me to talk me into doing things to my house. Bit I had been thinking of this upgrade for a long time and I really wanted to try this. So I received the representative. I approved of the clean lines of the windows and the willingness of the the company to do fewer than the windows they had hoped to do and wait for me to be able to do the rest of them. These windows are fantastic. We can have bright sunlight directly on the windows and they are almost the same temperature as the windows on the shady side. I will probably be able to finish replacing the other windows next summer .And will look forward to even lower propane and electric bills. Both have dropped already, with just the main windows done.

And the follow through on the work was just as he said it would be.and finished in a day. .

When we bought our home in 2011, there were some items on my wishlist that I compromised on. The master bathroom was one of those items. Since our home was built in 1962, the master bathroom did not include the modern day luxuries, let alone a bathtub to relax in after a stressful day at work. I thought that a bathroom remodel would be out of reach for a long time. But, that didn't stop me from signing up for a free in-home estimate at the Sacramento County Fair. What I thought might be a huge waste of time turned out to be the beginning of a great experience.

Tom Lynch, a K Designers Marketing Director, inspected our bathroom and gave us a very thorough presentation. It wasn't just a sales pitch. It was an introduction to the company and their "it's all about the homeowner" attitude. Tom was courteous and professional and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. I was finally going to get my soaking tub!

Our installer, John Mello, was the icing on the cake. He was friendly, professional, and a perfectionist when it came to his workmanship. And, this was no easy job! John converted our teeny tiny shower stall from the 60's into a beautifully updated tub/shower. In order to do this he had to tear out, rebuild, and re-frame one of the bedroom closets (my husband's of course). He did such a great job on the wall.. it looks like it has always been there.. and the new tub/shower looks great!

After deciding to convert the shower, my husband and I thought it would be a good idea to tear down the wallpaper, replace the vanity/sink, and get rid of the nasty linoleum floor. In hindsight, we should have just had K Designers do the work. But, we figured it would be simple enough and we could save a little money. Even though K Designers wasn't doing the work, John gave us helpful tips for the do-it-yourself portion of the bathroom (which we are still working on). When it's all said and done, I will no longer have the master bathroom that I settled for. Instead, I will have a bathroom that I love.

The installers were fast and complete in their work of installing 12 windows for our new house. I'm a repeat customer of this company. Earlier they installed windows and blinds to our other house that we eventually ended up selling.

Had a random guy showing up at my house claiming he got called out here for a windows estimate when nobody from my family called them. Then I got another 2 phone calls cold-calling my family claiming they were doing specials on the windows when I told them we weren't doing remodeling. The first lady already said she would take our name off of their calling list but I still got another call a few days later.

I had been looking into gutters for my home. I spoke with Brian and felt very comfortable. Tony installed the gutters and was very nice and did a wonderful job. I love the covered gutters!!!

K-Designers did a very nice job on my Windows we just Love them we also had our front Door change and we are very satisfied with the work we also had Solar put up and the men that work on it very clean,work are clean every day. Our home looks and works thank you K-Designers.

The installers were professional and did a great job. The house looks brand new. Lots of compliments from neighbors.

K-Designers installed double pane windows and siding for us several years ago. The siding still looks good and the window are perfect. We decided to have them install a new garage door. It is beautiful and Dave, the gentleman who did the installation was great. Very nice and personable. He did a great job.

My only negative comment is, we ordered an almond color door and waited several weeks for it. That is fine,but what was sent for installation was a white door. They are suppose to come to paint it later. The kicker is it is almond on the inside. What?

I love my new windows! The installers were professional and experienced and made the entire experience a great one!!! Would recommend K-Designers to everyone!!

KD designers is a company that hires sweet talking salesman that preys upon elderly people. Don was the salesperson that came to my mothers home multiple times in a week to get her to purchase windows for her home. Promises were made and NEVER fulfilled. It took 8 months to fix an issue with ONE window. It s been over a year, and her front security door has not been installed or a set of stairs that he said she needed in order to pass inspection. As of yet...inspectors have not arrived either.
There is also an error in the contract that states she owes more than the loan from the bank. She has verified with said bank and they have agreed that they charged her incorrectly. Again, nothing has been done to correct the issue.
They have been reached out to multiple times. Every time we call, they say that they have tried to get a hold of my mother by phone. Really? Send a manager to her home and see what the issues are and get this resolved. Don came over multiple times to get her business, why can t they come by now and get this resolved? It shows that they only cared to get a $25,000.00 contract signed, but no care to complete the work.
Do not hire this company. They are an extremely incompetent business

K-Designers came and replaced the old outdated fiberglass shower enclosure with a brand new white acrylic enclosure. The workmanship and care that John put into the job was great. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up at the end of the day. I can't say enough of my brand new shower. It is clean and the rainhead shower is great. The whole thing looks bigger and brighter.

K-Designers, installed all new windows in my home, and additional shutters, headers and keystones around the out side of the windows. They also installed all new insulation in the attic above the house and above the garage, and a new garage door. I cannot be happier with the work performed by the K-Designers home improvement team. From the first step working with John O'Brian the marketing rep to every installation technician who worked on site at my home, the K-Designer team of employees were a pleasure to work with. Each person was knowledgeable about their specific product. answered all my questions and everyone person was attentive to my needs. The entire K-Designer team was both friendly and professional. I am so happy I found this company and allowed them to complete my home upgrade projects. All of my needs were met and all of my expectations were exceeded. K-Designers will be my first choice for future home improvement projects. Thank you K-Designers for doing such an incredible job.

I needed to have the 4 sliding glass doors in my home replaced. They were the original sliders and a real fire hazard given two of the four doors would bind when trying to open. It was an embarrassment when relatives came to visit and had to use a side door to go out to the back patio. Additionally, the screens were in horrible shape. Three of them were unsafe because they didn't lock, Two would bind and go off track upon opening, and one would just fall backward if you touched it. So K-Designers called with a special offering no down payment, no interest, and NO PAYMENTS for a year! Had it not been for the special, they would've never gotten through the door. To top it off, they beat the price of a competitor (Andersen) by 40%! I'm no Einstein, but I know a deal when I see one. The sales guys weren't pushy. The installers were efficient, and the sliders look GREAT! Everyone is telling me how great they look. Enjoying a nice NORCAL evening breeze through the screens are a plus that I didn't know I'd missed! Thanks K-Designers for a lovely look and for taking the stress out of going outside.

Expected a tech to come do an estimate, instead got a salesman. Stayed at my house until 11 at night trying to make a sale. Eventually felt exhuasted and pressured enough to agree on a sale, $6800 dollars financed for insulation and shutters. Which is grossly overpriced. While looking over my paper work the next day, noticed something I missed in the barrage of forms he had. The salesman fudged the numbers to the finance application, he wrote my mortgage payments were far lower than what they really are, and also wrote that my income was alot more than it actually is. He refused to go down to 9 inches of insulation (like I wanted) during the negotiations and kind of ignored my wife when she had questions. After thinking about it for a night we looked up reviews online and it seems their work is appalling and frustrating according to a lot of people. Decided to send a telegram to cancel our contract agreement.

TLDR; Aggressive salesmen who are too good at their job. Lied to me and financing company to make a sale. Alleged lousy work and poor customer service. I will never do business with them.

I am very happy with my vinyl siding! The job was done well and in a timely manner.

K Designs sided my mobile home within 4 working days. I love it! IT looks and feels like a brand new home. The workers were very effeciant and anything that needed to be done was immediately taken care of.

I absolutely loved the contractor that worked on our bathroom! He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done perfectly. He even went above and beyond and fixed our front door because he noticed that the person(also contracted through k-designers) that installed it made a mistake. He even fixed some dings in our bathroom that were not related to the construction. The Sales man came by the house unannounced to take pictures, which it would have been nice to have a day's notice so that we could at least know that he was going to come by and make sure the bathroom was presentable. Now our bathroom, front door and garage door are amazing! We will definitely have all our home improvement needs through K-designers, and we will always ask for the contractor that did the bathroom. Thank you John, you did an amazing job!

We had two windows replaced, and we had siding replace the wood on front of our house. We will never have to paint again and have better insulation. House looks amazing. Very happy and satisfied with the work!! Salesman was great and gave us plenty of his time. I highly recommend K-Designers for both Siding and windows.

The men who installed the siding were professional and diligent workers. It has been a pleasure working with this company. Our home looks wonderful.

I am really glad that I got my windows and patio door done by K-Desingers. The people were so good with comunication and helped with everything we wanted. Finance was easy with K-Design and they were very understanding. In the future if I need any household services I will surely get it from them. Thanks again K-Desingers.

Very poor craftsmanship and unprofessionalism from this company. We had siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters put on and have had nothing but issues from the start. Most recently we had a flood in the basement due to the poor instillation of gutters and inappropriate placement of a downspout. When we called the project manager he said part of the issue was our roof was not up to code. After calling the city inspector and a local roofing specialist I found his statement to be untrue and the reason for the leaky gutters due to misinstillation if flashing. They have also done an inadequate job installing the fascia. There are many gaps and the fascia is coming off of the house in multiple places (this is less than one year old). Furthermore the gentleman that installed the fascia installed it underneath the gutters and told the boss he removed them. We were at the house and watched him install the fascia underneath the gutters, this is not the appropriate way to install the product and may have also lead to the leak in the gutters. Upon completion of the fascia instillation many gaps were noted and the installer instructed us to buy paint. I did not pay $10,000.00 to have to paint gaps. Upon completion of the project the company has been very difficult to get a hold of for repairs. The initial siding installers left many holes and we asked that the pieces of siding with holes be replaced. We were patient and told K-design that they could bring the product next time they were coming through town, apparently they continued to forget about us, after months of calling about replacement siding our color was discontinued. I would not recommend this company. They are not professional, they are difficult to get a hold of on the phone and do not return phone called in a timely manner and overall poor craftsmanship. Consider spending your money elsewhere.

Extremely rude unprofessional sales personnel. I've been telling them for the past five years "I'm NOT interested in their services" and they continue to harass with their disgraceful sales tactics. I block their number and the next time they call they use a different phone line. Very happy I did not hire them for my renovations.

We are very happy with our new windows from K Designers. The windows do a good job of keeping out the heat from the sun, just like Morgan promised. The project was finished on time without any hitches. Mike and Gregg worked on the installation. They were very meticulous and worked very hard to do a good job and be sure everything came out just right.

My husband and I hired KDESIGNERS to replace windows at my house a couple MO the ago. Our representative, Leo, was very professional aND knowledgeable. The installers were excellent, polite, and very professional. We are very pleased with the work. The new Windows are gorgeous, easy to open, and help with privacy. We feel that this was the best investment for ourhome. The quality was like Andersons, but at a better price.

We have used K Designers on the re-siding of our home several years ago. We decided to place new windows in the house and choose K Designers to do the work. It took them 2 days to install, but boy what a difference. They were professional and courteous and they cleaned up any messes they created. Thank you K Designers for the beautiful windows.

Recently K-Designers did some work on my house such as installing a new garage door and wrapping trim on the house. We are pleased with the finished work and with the way that K-Designers complied with our wishes all away along.

Excellent workmanship, timeliness and beautiful finish. Only had to make $100.00 deposit to finish a $23,000 job. I would definitely recommend K-Designers to those who seeks good guys!

We replaced every door and window in our home. 13 Windows, four patio doors and a new double front door. Everything was completed in 3 days. The craftmanship is excellent. I would definitely recommend or ask them to do other work.

Wow, worst sales experience I have ever had, and i went in to this expecting a time share like experience, that should tell you something... salesman spent an hour and a half before we even got to pricing, i tried to be patient but this was absurd. Then he refused to listen to what i was saying, just proceeded with his normal pitch. Had to ask at least 3 times for his bottom line offer before i told him to leave. Had to tell him to leave my house 3 or 4 times before he continued trying to sell to me and offered his bottom line deal (which was still almost $5,000 above what i told him was even remotely affordable for us). THEN i had to tell him to leave my house 3 or 4 more times before he finally did. Was about ready to call the police on this trespasser.

Don't do business with this group.

The men were very courteous & did excellent work. The completed the job quickly & made sure I was satisfied with each process of the job. They did a thorough job of cleaning up after the completion as well. I would highly recommend this company. I have had their services for 3 different jobs and the results were the same each time.

K-Designers is a great company, I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity they gave me. They treat their employees well and give them the ability to make very good money working part-time hours.

We are happy with our windows. We live by trains and the windows have really cut down the noise and our house stays pretty warm too as out heater recently went out. Thank you KDesigners we love our windows and I know we will love our doors too!!

We just had our bathroom remodeled with K-Designers. David was the contractor who completed the entire job. He was great and worked hard to get the job done, even though some of the work was unexpected since the work order did not have everything listed that the salesman had agreed to include in our price. Having purchased a fixer-upper house last year, the bathroom was a real disaster! I am happy to say, it looks beautiful now and turned out just the way we wanted. The price we paid may be more than if we had decided to contract out all the work and manage the project ourselves, but having David do everything that needed to be done, bring all the needed materials and supplies, and do it in a timely manner, was worth it. They also threw in 2 sets of shutters for the front of our house, which David also installed. They look really nice!
