Money washer company. No one will help you. Company looks good but it s a fake.
The worst management company we have ever dealt with as residents.
We had a serious water mains leak that flooded the mains room which houses our electricity supply and went unfixed for 3 months!!
Our security gates have been broken for 5 years, yet they told us they had only been aware of it for a few months!
The residents emailed a list of serious issues and complaints with photographic evidence and they conveniently chose to fix the issues that were photographed and ignored EVERYTHING ELSE!
Safety and security lights left non working, parts of the walkway are in darkness, non functioning light switches, it is dangerous.
The 2 Directors are NEVER available to speak to and are conveniently "out of the office" or "on holiday", spending our 16,000 GBP annual costs on a cruise rather than the maintenance we pay for.
They have more holidays than Judith Chalmers!!
We have the decorators in to repaint issues that have been outlined to them on a wqeekly basis via email, and we have now found out that only some of the list is being completed, everything else is being disregarded!
THE FRONT PORCH AREA IS BEING LEFT, ELECTRIC GATES ARE NOT BEING PAINTED, NOR ARE OUR DOOR FRAMES OR FRONT DOORS.
They didn't even have the courtesy to tell anybody the paint code, despite being asked numerous times.
It's a disgrace, yet they come up with poor excuses where they have spent the money.
The company is a disgrace and not fit for purpose.
NEVER USE THIS SHOWER OF COWBOYS, go elsewhere and manage your own leases and management.
