Expected a tech to come do an estimate, instead got a salesman. Stayed at my house until 11 at night trying to make a sale. Eventually felt exhuasted and pressured enough to agree on a sale, $6800 dollars financed for insulation and shutters. Which is grossly overpriced. While looking over my paper work the next day, noticed something I missed in the barrage of forms he had. The salesman fudged the numbers to the finance application, he wrote my mortgage payments were far lower than what they really are, and also wrote that my income was alot more than it actually is. He refused to go down to 9 inches of insulation (like I wanted) during the negotiations and kind of ignored my wife when she had questions. After thinking about it for a night we looked up reviews online and it seems their work is appalling and frustrating according to a lot of people. Decided to send a telegram to cancel our contract agreement.
TLDR; Aggressive salesmen who are too good at their job. Lied to me and financing company to make a sale. Alleged lousy work and poor customer service. I will never do business with them.
