Not good didn't care the patient, room is not clean .

One of the thriftiest hospital...for 1.5 days ,they made up a bill of 75000 +(20000 additional medicines ) ...bill was totally exaggerated. It includes charges like..monitor charges , oxygen , nebulization charges, doctor's visit 15000 ( 1500 per visit for 1.5 day ) and so on.
Better take the patient somewhere else!

As per my knowledge, its too good hospital. For best treatment.

I do not understand the differential consultation charge for same category of patients. Also if the doctor suggests for some tests and calls you again after 1-2 days, what is the point of taking consultation fee again and it goes on for every time.

I am raising concerns on orthopedic doctor not sure about others. Trust me it hurts that 800-1000rs for doctor just to write 2-3 test and come back again with report so that they might take 800-1000 again. I raised my voice but eventually had to pay because of the wierd hospital rule.

So should you decide to visit, be prepared for extravagant charges

Very nyce hospital . Kalra sir is very pulit. And they treat every thing very carfulcar.

Its is a heart hospital only, they do not have all departments other than heart. In case of any other disease, they start heart related procedures and charge huge amounts.

Its charges are more than Ganga Ram Hospital, but services are not more than 10% as compared to any good hospital.

My name is April Jean Bhayana, my 4 year old son came to this hospital i believe last october, right after my family and i shifted from America. My son had a 104.9 F temp and i had the thought that at 105.0 F you die. This was not right after all, i found out later that it can cause brain damage if untreated etc etc blah blah and the other useless facts. To say how much we adore our kids and how important their care is, on my husband and i's 10th wedding anniversary my son Arjun was nearly 6 months old. He was a shock. we didn't expect to have any children. amazingly 3 years later Sid came and nothing is more precious to us than those two little boys.. Arjun was so ill i thought on the edge of death. The staff came in numbers of times checking him asking if we needed anything, they even checked Sid out because he was also ill but not as badly.
The love and compassion my family and i had been shown is outstanding and well beyond most hospitals i have been to. One example,

Arjun had to have stitches to his cheek and eyebrow after getting between two dogs scuffling (both dogs had been put to sleep not long after) this happening a week after he had turned 2. I went to a very prominent hospital in Michigan USA. Roughly 8-10 min passed and i told a doctor "you can at least clean the blood off of his face he is asleep now" and the doctor and two nurses laughed. i got extremely upset as my child was bleeding everywhere. I asked, "what in God's name is the matter with you, why are you not doing anything?!" the head doctor looked at me eye to eye and said "we have a shift change in three minutes ma'am take a seat someone will be in shortly." I was livid, so much so i could barely see straight, I stormed out and later was contacted by the hospital staff to say sorry and so on. My son did not have to suffer nor did we. I took him to an ER that was across the highway. less than 10 minutes they had him cleaned up and stitches were being put in at 15 minutes after we got in the door.
This due only to the Staff and Doctors caring. Being a parent sometimes gets the best of us in how we react to others when it comes to our children. I suppose this could have been a shorter way of saying what i wanted, but i dont think it would have gotten the true feeling as well if i had not told the other incident.

**~~ I was a bit snippy but they understood. They kept the cool head and reassured me very promptly and professionally that my son would be fine and they would continue all they could until he got better, even through his own crying fits. i mean, what small child can handle an iv in his hand for what ended up being 4 days and not cry. I am lucky for this hospital, Dr. Kalra who came in several times to check his progress personally, every staff member who helped him feel better and a special place is in my heart also, no better or less than the rest, for the lady who did not make me wake my babies just to change the sheets~~**

I will be admitting myself in tomorrow or day after for an umbilical hernia repair and conjoining surgery that will help the first along. I have full faith in all of this hospital's staff and Doctors even those i have not yet met only because to me and my family, Kalra means Care and Concern for each person they meet. (they may have that saying already but as far as i know i just came up with that, i am not talking jargin)

For those of you who actually spent the time to read this whole review, thanks so much. I had to tell how i felt given some of the bad things i read.
1 last thing. You cant go to a country and not know the language and expect folks to understand you. I sure don't, i truly appreciated the Doctors speaking to me in English. It meant a lot.

P.S. I was born in Owatonna, Minnesota, United States of America. I wouldnt right a fake post for anyone about anything. I would gain nothing and nor would anyone else. Really and Truly. I just had to say how they had impacted my life once and i am not giving a second thought to trusting them with my life again.

Doctors are very coperative. My mother in law was admitted for by pass surgery and it was very sucessfully done.

Very good hospital, Dr. Sunny chopra is too good . he is very nice person. As per my knowledge he is the best orthopedic Dr.

Kalra Hospital is one of the reputed hospital of Delhi. I visited here with my uncle. Staff of this hospital is not much co operative. I like the facilities provided by the hospital authorites. But the staff of this hospital is not responsible.

They are proper thief. They don't care about life, they want only extra money.

I got admitted my father they looted us as much as they could loot finally my father expired .

Every hospital provides medical services so does this but the unique this of this hospital is that it provides a positive environment which is healthy for the mindset of the attendants and the patients as well.

Very good hospital, with very friendly but professional staff and a caring atmosphere.

Bad experience. My mother in law admitted to the hospital. This was a transfer from another hospital in Dwarka since she was recommended a GI Surgery. We share all the reports and discharge summary with hospital before admission. Kalra hospital confirmed that they have all facilities for Surgery. They admitted her for more than 14 days and did not performed any major treatment . Administration was worst. Doctors only visit case based inexperience . Behaviour of staff was bad. Finally they recommended to another hospital after wasting 14 days. A place for making money. Although Dr. Kalra responded well but his visiting team of other doctors horrible. Avoid Avoid Avoid this hospital for any Surgery. My mother in law shared her experience all this about the hospital administrative staff behaviour. Now she is been treated in Army hospital. One of the worse hospital ever experienced.

They are running business in the name of the hospital and loot people. They do not take responsibility of the person and do not understand the emergency, and just want to mint money. They sent the patient home the very next after emergency operation even after multiple request to keep her in hospital (80+ years old with fracture). Later we realized that they made it more worse (clots were created after the operation) and we had to admit my grandmother in a different hospital. NEVER TRUST THEM

Very expensive hospital and facilities are good but their staff are very poor specially dr kalra is a very Rudy person and he is not firm in language. he only want to make money not make a person life healthy

Very bad experience in kalra hospital, there is no basic facility in rooms as per medical requirements .

I have worked for this hospital for close to 6 years and have worked at quite few other places in India and abroad before joining Kalra Hospital, hence my tryst with healthcare is quite long. My experience here has been excellent. Needless to say the staff is professional and approach of Dr. R.N. Kalra is purely scientific and humane towards not only patients but towards his employees as well. The hospital provides best of the treatment at par or even better than the treatment provided by the industry leaders. Keep up the good work Dr. R.N.K.

One of the hospitals in which healthcare is a business. The admission is so forced upon and the word "medical insurance" brings a smile to the entire staff of the hospital.
The reception was pathetic.
Rooms were filthy and room service was pathetic. Toilets were cleaned on yearly basis i guess.
Last but not the least I was treated by Dr. kalra. What a jackass this guy is. He might think that he is going to carry his wealth in Hell. Tries to incur as many medical tests and scans possible.
3 days, only sline and bill of 48K. Trust me I wouldn't admit myself even if I meet an accident in front of Kalra Hospital.

I would like to share my sincere thanks to Dr. Vipul Rastogi for his excellent support and caring for my family who got admitted in Kalra Hospital for Covid-19 treatment. He is very energetic, supportive and always been particular for the diet and medicines for each patient. He also make sure cleanliness of ward and the required instructions to be given to the nurses regarding patient needs and requirements. I sincerely thank him again for all his support during this difficult period , for me he is a GEM of Kalra Hospital.

Quack doctors. They would give prescriptions on a piece of paper and when questioned about the disease or medicine, they will not respond. Avoid this madhouse
