My Mother was in very critical condition i am very much afraid for her but Dr in this Hospital made me confident and said pray to GOD and have faith on Dr and they prove them My Mother recovered from that condition she take 31 days but time doesn't matter

They are masters. For god sake don't ever think about going there. I have 2 family deaths at kalra. My uncle (fufa ji) was a diabetic patient. He had a small heart attack. Such that he was passing by that hospital and just go there when feel pain. They admit him. And put him in ICU for 1 week. When his conditions getting worse and worse day by day. They had him into Hart surgery. And he rest in peace there. When we saw the actual bill they included cost of a shunt 50 k. And Said that they had to put up in at last stage. God knows what they had done to him. But I am absolutely sure that one casual visit at KALARA took his life. This is not only a single case there are many. I am resident of moti Nagar I know it very well. I have searched KALARA in Internet specifically put a negative review as I want to open some of my brothers eyes.

Excellent amenities , and staff is also very friendly.will recommend this hospital to family and friends.

Treatment and hospital staff are good...but I have concern with the canteen near entrance... He sells expired duplicate stuff without MRP written over it.

My brother had bought a chocolate 'REX' from them for me coz they didn't have other brand...after eating I felt weird so I checked expiry...it had expired 3 years back.

Imagine they are selling expired product in hospital premisis.He keeps almost all duplicate product without MRP for high profit and plays with patient's life.

I WANT HOSPITAL TO VERIFY THIS AND CANCEL HIS CONTRACT.

A person admitted with a high sugar problem. Heart rate was fluctuating between 40-70, there was absolutely no heart trouble, two days ago an ecg was also done, which showed everything was normal. Doc simply suggested pace maker, which none of our family members could understand why? They created an urgency and when they saw we are not ready for it, they suggested to go for an external pacemaker. Reluctantly we agreed. Within 5 minutes of the pacemaker thing installed she got a massive heart attack and could not be revived. At that time the doctors started to put all the blame on us that you guys delayed the decision that's why she got an attack. The doctor was panting while taking to us. It was a night mare for us. I wish the doctors get it back one day.

Indian Express podcast "3Things" episode 896 dated 3 June 2020 claims Nursing Staff was reusing PPE kit. Please go through above mentioned podcast and decided.

Dr. Kalra is the best doctor in kalra hospital. and even best in his speciality. He is the owner of Kalra hospital based at kirti nagar, who cares with human touch. All the best:)

Dylysis unit in this hospital is not good,there is bad smell in the dylysis room.There is not proper maintenance.

Worst hospital I have ever seen even a government hospital has better service then this staff have no sense of speaking no facilty or care I taken by doctors they took extra charge of every thing they just wanted to make their bill heavy. Low class treatment has given by them worst worst

Went to see a cardiologist, but was told there is only one cardiologist and he does videocalls only. They do not have any other cardiologists, even though their website lists around a dozen of them.
