Really beautiful resort showcasing Tucson! We had a little bit of problems with staff and our reservation (which I know they're just going by policy and whatever) but a little more help and accommodation was expected.

I attended a conference last week and the accommodations were excellent, the service and the attentiveness to detail by the employees was also excellent. I would highly recommend this resort to all of my business associates.
Amenities are great, the pool and rooms are fantastic. Finding the fitness center was a chore and signage was not update to correspondence with ongoing contraction changes.
The view was gorgeous, the detail in the hotel was amazing the food is great and the fun was just non-stop. I relaxed I had fun its comfortable and...Starbucks!
I couldn't have been happier with the service and amenities at this gorgeous resort, even if I never looked out a window. But of course, I did. The views, day and night are spectacular!
Had the best time of my life! The staff is absolutely helpful. Clean rooms, amazing scenery's. Definitely the best staycation I've had in a long time. The company party was absolutely genius! Entertainment, great food and drinks!
These staff is always very helpful. the lazy river is a great occupier for your children while you enjoy a game of golf or a meal in one of the restaurants.
Nice hotels and great views on upgraded rooms of the pool and golf course. Nice attention to detail and restaurants. Try the Arizona Burger at the Grill. The spa is expensive but includes access to the whirlpool pool and steam room for the entire day.
Beautiful Resort just outside of town. I came here as a guest for a career move and while I didn't end up in AZ, I wish I did. Such great weather, so much to do and see. Stay here, but venture out at night. Hit trails, or golf during the day. Explore. Stay hydrated.
The hotel it self was perfect. But food was over priced (about 28$ for a chicken dish) but still pretty good. The breakfast buffet was, again, over priced but, again, still enjoyed it. Rooms are way too expensive (210$ per night) for the size that they were. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
The stau was pleasant and everything was nice and well made. Overall it sure is pricey but everything is totally worth it (except for some of the food options). Beds are comfy, variety of pillow firmness levels and a wonderful bathroom.
Was told my view may be restricted because of some remodeling. I wasn't told that I would be woken up at 5am by people using hammers and yelling. This was 2 days in a row.
Amazing resort tucked up into the Tucson mountains. View from patio is a must see.City and Tucson valley view anytime of day or night. Try for tequila toast at sundown.
I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway. The location highlights the beauty of the Arizona desert and has hiking trails available walking distance of the resort. They have great pools and I recommend checking out the spa.
Our favorite Resort in Tucson. Family-friendly amenities, nice rooms, plenty of room on the grounds to walk and play with our children, and amazing views.
Excellent customer service, excellent environment, my favorite part was going to the lazy river. And eating breakfast buffet. Hiking was great too. Our hotel room was clean, the bathroom was big. The only problem with this hotel is that it is expensive.
If the location was all that had going for them that would be enough for a 5 star, but the hotel its self is gorgeous, great service, we were at a seminar and the staff was awesome, just a great hotel for not a bad price.
Me and my girlfriend love this place as a staycation. Generally.very good service, plenty of room to social distance and the food at Salud is good. BRING BACK THE S'MORES!!! Also, the lazy river slide isn't just for kids, so just do it.
I can't say enough good about this resort. This resort is so beautiful and is in a perfect location. The staff were ALL so friendly & helpful. They always made us feel so welcome and very appreciated. Everything we asked for their reply was " absolutely", and then " my pleasure". I can't wsit to return.
Beautiful Hotel. The grounds are about the best I have ever seen. The only thing I dislike is the food is not that great. For the price you have to pay, the food could be a lot better.
The restaurant and bar service is terrible. Tables are always dirty and staff refuses to clean them. Long wait time for someone to take your order. Nice hotel. Terrible work ethic. Looks understaffed.
Very nice resort. The rooms are large and clean. The room I stayed in had a nice small balcony facing some hills to the back of the resort with a nice view of the desert. The rooms are all smoke free and smell good. There are designated smoking areas if you need them, but they are tucked away so they don't interfere with the landscape and keep you out of the sun.
I stayed at this hotel for an annual Botany conference for five nights. Since I had never travelled west before, this was also a great opportunity to see flora of the west. The venue was amazing, the food was spectacular, the rooms were immaculate, and I just really enjoyed being there. If there were any downside, it would be the distance from other places as we were restricted to eating mostly food available at the hotel's restaurants (which were delicious). Please use caution outside, there are many warning signs, this is the desert and there are many dangerous creatures out there as well!
Cool pool but sadly this is the only resort I know where you can t order drinks to the pool in the afternoon. The hotel forces you to get a table in to get one . Happy Veterans Day I guess.
Very cool place with gorgeous views and beautiful landscape. Rooms were nice as well and service staff everywhere to help with anything you might need. Great place for large group meetings.
The hotel is nice and the food and service are also good, but we encountered people in regular clothes in the pool, with outside food and very loud music in personal speakers, the ambience was just not nice at all. It is very expensive and we weren t expecting this. Won t come back.
Lovely spot. It was under construction while I was there.
The front desk guy seemed a little meh when I checked in, did not bother to explain anything about the property or events. Luckily the girl at the desk was explaining everything to another guest so I just evesdropped on that. Don't wear your t-shirt to check in apperently.
Nice resort, we enjoyed the service (though some of the girls at the check in desk were a little rude), but wish the pools/lazy river had more shade. We weren't able to have our baby in the pool long for fear of her getting burnt. Overall, would definitely recommend, the desert scenery is beautiful and the atmosphere is enjoyable.
Beautiful resort. Beautiful drive in. Lots of places to hike. The pool is very relaxing. Enjoyed the lazy river. Would reccomend for a family. Lots of children.
Stunning view and service. A great hike right out the front doors. A quick ride in to town with ample uber/Lyft drivers moments away. The restaurants are great and the pool and hot tub were relaxing. Didn't have a chance to use spa services.
Nice location, great property, awesome views of the Tucson lights, pleasant staff. A little something for everyone - hiking trails, spa, gym, golf course, lazy river and pool. Food prices of the two main restaurants are high, but overall a really nice place to stay!
