I write today because your lack of respect has crossed borders. I hope that I never touch you with this professor and if he does, it is better that you ask for the change of class, besides not teaching, he is a despot. Today I had to leave class because I could not continue holding his lack of respect for me, I have only endured ten minutes in class, it was a continuum of unfortunate comments, in front of the whole class laughing at me and my exam. When they left I followed their bad comments, saying that I look angry and I do not breathe, that's how people go. I have not left class for suspending I've left class for feeling offended and belittled. Unfortunately there are teachers like that and I know what. who spoke, because he dedicated me to teaching. When he left, he became angry with another colleague, who later tried to talk to him in private and his answer was that we will talk and leave him alone. I ask for resignation to this professor, because he is not nobody to treat people badly, nor to ridicule anyone in class in front of their classmates. Last year, in the last half hour there were about 10 people to practice the oral and just called me once, in addition to endorse comments as it is impossible for me to approve the aptis or the pet. Making public mock comments about those exams, demonstrating again to the whole class that if you approved it was a miracle.
He has given me that I am strong and I have good self-esteem, but he meets someone younger or with a worse self-esteem or with problems and destroys him. No one should address people as he does. I really do not speak from the rancor, it is from the pain that there are teachers like this yet. I hope you do not run into that gentleman and if you do not do it to you who treat badly, but if you see that with a partner he does, do not shut up and help him. He ended up repeating that I hope he gets fired.

I have studied German there for two years, so I can only speak about my experience with this language and the administration of the center in general.
The personal treatment in terms of administrative issues is terrible, every time I had to do paperwork I came out in a bad mood (not to say that you cannot send the enrollment by electronic means, although that I think is something general in all language schools officers).
The web page is not very intuitive and not functional at all, rather than informing you confuses you, you have to go to the language school to get any information (they hang it on a piece of paper on the entry cork, because if you call by phone they will not answer you correctly ).
The German teachers are good, but in my opinion the learning system is poor, even if that's not their fault. It's about filling in the gaps in a textbook and hopefully doing group exercises to improve pronunciation and speaking fluency.
I think that you learn more in a private academy, even if it is more expensive, and the treatment will undoubtedly be more personal than here.

In the Secretariat they do not give any information about the content of the courses other than to collect printed matter. They are not coordinated with the web page where, as it is said in another comment, they allow an online pre-registration that then does not work for you at all.
In the first course of English students without any knowledge of the language (no test should only be lucky in a drawing to get a place) with others who have failed or have not wanted to take the entrance exam for having completed their studies long ago or for any other circumstance. That means that the groups that are formed result in very heterogeneous levels (in addition very large groups, I found myself in a class with 25 students, impossible to make an effective practice with this ratio of students per class) and complicates a lot the effective work, having many dropouts already in the first quarter. If you find yourself with indolent students and passing teachers, the class can become a cricket cage and a real waste of time and money (the rates in the EOI are not as cheap as they were years ago and I think that they will have more and more difficulties to compete with private academies).

I have studied German for 4 years at this EOI with unbeatable results. The German department, in addition to the classes, makes a great effort to organize other activities throughout the year to help us progress. Unbeatable result in these four years. Special mention for Lola R., tireless teacher. As for the school in general, it is probably the best in the south due to its wide range of languages and the means they have to help us.

This language school, despite having been located in a new place, is still quite old and gives a bit of a grime, especially services. The audio system of the classrooms is quite bad and the center custodians are quite unfriendly.

The English department has a great teacher, Ana C. of 10.

Good public place to learn English but they have an incredible lack of control, each teacher goes to his ball, the website is not very intuitive and they upload poorly explained and convoluted information. In general, they are unprofessional.

I wouldn't go if I wasn't caught close to home.

With Violeta, the experience in learning Chinese has been unbeatable. I have discovered a language that I am passionate about and I recommend. I would like this teacher to continue with us in the next course and this is what the bulk of the class thinks.

If you are looking for a place to learn a language in all its skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing), this is the right place.
I obtained my C1 certificate in English thanks to all the teachers at this school who taught me dynamically and with great interest towards the students. Now I am studying German at this same school and, again, I am delighted with the quality of the teaching.
Our teacher Lola provides us with very varied material, we make games, we sing and, above all, WE LEARN.
I have no complaint with the secretary either: they are always ready to help me.

I have completed C1 of German in this EOI and they are all great professionals, both the administrative staff, the secretary, etc. as well as the teachers. The course is blended, which allows you to take classes at your own pace and be able to work both from home (through a Virtual Classroom) and at school. Professor Lola prepares very dynamic, fun and resourceful classes, in which you learn almost without realizing it, using games, songs, group exercises, etc. Highly recommended!

On their website they announce "ONLINE applications" and, at the end, you have to go and take the photocopy of the ID to the school. And not only that, they make you fill out another paper application in case the online one has not been recorded correctly ... incredible. And if you want to enter a course other than first, you also have to bring the level certificate even if it does not say anything in the online application (and that is only a PRE-registration ...). That by email no, that I come back another day to take it within the term because, without it, they do not process my request, claaaaaro, we have nothing else to do, just go, come and even stop working because they only open the secretariat in the mornings ... What a service to the citizen, they have already seen my hair.

I have had the opportunity to study English and German in this eoi, I have taken 6 years of both languages and I have to say that the quality of the classes is very good, the teachers are highly qualified and for me it is the best place to learn a language.

The school as such I don't know how it will be but the secretarial people are lovely and super attentive giving information

I would like to tell my experience about the special German course on "Teaching for Teachers". It has been very useful and I have learned many techniques and strategies that I can apply daily in my classes.
Professor Lola is excellent, highly qualified in teaching and with an ability to transmit excellent.
I recommend it to all German teachers and, above all, I am very grateful to the Fuenlabrada school that has organized this type of course, since it is currently the only one in the entire Community of Madrid.

Studying English A1 with teacher Ana, she is a wonderful teacher with whom you learn a lot in a very short time.

I have studied in three language schools in the south of Madrid, and it is in the EOI in Fuenlabrada where I have had the best experience. The involvement of teachers in the German department is very high: classes are very dynamic, the main method is completed with much more material and complementary activities are organized. The opinion of the students is also collected and taken into account. Another point to highlight are the library funds, for all levels; and the website, where you can also find some resources.
If I have to make a mistake, it is the Secretary's schedule, exclusively in the morning, which makes the procedures difficult when you work in the morning.

The official language school of Fuenlabrada is an old building in which in summer you get very hot when you go to classes.
It has a library at the bottom with a lot of study material in the different languages they teach.
However, to enter this official language school you have to wait a long time because there are not many places for the number of people in Fuenlabrada.

Once again, I have to negatively reassess the attention of the secretary of this center. When you call to ask for information on the phone about when you can pick up the registration envelope or when you have to enroll in a course, they tell you to look at it on the web, that they cannot look at it and that they "do not know it by heart" .....
I don't think it costs so much that they have it in sight or to be able to look at them. Nefarious attention.
