Nice hotel but very bad food i got diarrhea for a week and the hotel never tried to help after complaining.

A super cool hotel is a true resort for those wanting to have a great time, especially with an excellent artificial beach. Also, the restaurants in it are very distinctive and the thousands are very wide

This is a hotel that knows how to do things right. Their staff is clearly trained on how to provide superior customer service that's cordial, professional and attentive. When I had trouble with my key, a bellman accompanied me to the room to make sure it would work. That proactive, attitude is much appreciated. The minor issues I had were resolved quickly. Spacious room, fluffy towels and super comfy bed - all things you'd expect from a JW. There's a variety of restaurant options, and even in-room dining isn't ridiculously expensive. A free shuttle to airport, about 15-20 minutes away, is very convenient.

One of my favourite hotels in Cairo, right on the 1st ring road minutes away from New Cairo, Cairo Airport and Heliopolis.
It has many features and amenities that would make any kind of stay so enjoyable wether it is a day use, 1 night getaway, a weekend or even dinner with family & friends.
The hotel is luxurious and the rooms are beautiful and very well furnished, their outlets are top class italian, lebanese or the infamous steakhouse.
Also great for business trips stays.

Rooms are good, however the food is not maybe they need to train their chefs how to cook non Egyptian food and how to use proper food ingredients

The service is very monster, eating is very monster, and it is not very fresh. The hotel is still very monster, as long as there are two stars, it is not 5 stars, and the prices are very high.

Elegant , ballrooms are spacious, starters are beyond tasty so is the main course, the only concern was the size of the platters, a bit small.

I stayed there for 7 days and in the first day I said this is sooo amazing the rooms are gorgeous and stunning and the suit is awesome

In Egypt, the hotel belongs to a good place. You can also enjoy swimming. The staff is very friendly. I think the hotel is a long long look neat one side. Not bad, the food delicious breakfast or inside the restaurant.
