We enjoyed our recent 4 day family stay at the JW Marriott. The JW offered a very nice room with plenty of space for our family of 3. The hotel has several restaurants that offer a variety of great meals. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and superb gym facilities. Overall great stay.

The hotel is really nice and the restaurants are perfect. Rooms were comfy, organised, clean, etc. But the only thing that made me rate it 4 stars is that the Gym s minimum age is 18 and I m 13 so I wanted to go in so bad but they didn t allow me to enter

Hotel is very good however, we got to know in our second day that the wave pool and water slides are closed for an event on the same day. We were not informed on check-in nor when we called for reservation so we had to leave the hotel since the kids were only interested in the water fun.

I love this place

I love this place
There are three swimming pools and a golf course
Alexandria Ring Road
There is no traffic ... and next to you, Retaj mall, supermarket and petrol station
Nasr City is a quarter of an hour away from you
The airport is a quarter of an hour

A good hotel, service and enemies located on the ring road of the first gathering, and it has several cafes, a bar and restaurants, as well as a restaurant with good service, this beside the real stay in it is worth more than five stars

Nice amenities like the pools and sauna, breakfast is good. Rooms are quite nice. I had a great view of a golf course, really nice. My bathroom was a little run down, although still quite nice. The light switches not super logical; like one is expected to sleep with some of the light on - I don't know what the idea was, but that was a little weird.

Was not too impressed with selection of restaurants in the hotel. The sushi bar was not bad, although not great either.

Very good pool area, artificial beach and small waterpark for kids, service is very good and people are very friendly. Very relaxing place in the middle of the city to escape from city pressure

Came here for my cousin's wedding recently. It was quite a to-do and except for the glamorous old-fashioned feel karma you really felt like you were in a hotel in a western country. The decor could really use a little upgrade to a modern flair. A lot of the front desk employee's uniforms could also use an upgrade as well. Other than that, the food was pretty good and the service was spectacular. Some food items didn't taste quite right. I'm not saying they were bad they just didn't taste right. I think the chefs should have a training session possibly, but I give them 5 stars for undoubtedly trying their best. I also can't say enough about the service. We were all treated like movie stars.

JW Marriott Hotel Cairo is by far one of the worst Hotels to stay in Cairo and Marriott hotels chain, stayed their for 4 days between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20th, very uncomfortable room bed with outdated mattress, the bed linens are not washed properly, found in the bathroom dirty towels and blocked drainage, the hotel lack huge maintenance problems, doors will not luck properly, many rusted things and paint scratches, despite I stayed in suite 3428 I found my co traveler regular twin bed room just as much in terms of being in bad conditions, the hotel management is very unresponsive and don't care about contacting you back if you place a complaint, specially the hotel General Manager, he is always in meetings or outside the property, as I felt this is some type of cover by the front desk for hotel management including the hotel manager, most of the staff I encounter are dishonest in their services, for example when I told to housekeeper why they place dirty towels in bathroom, his answer was that the housekeeping attendant whom he clean my room has some vision issues for the last week, how funny this could be, dinning in the hotel is another bad issues I had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant on the first day of arrivals most appetizers are not even near Lebanese food, on the third nigh I had dinner at their Italian restaurant where I ordered grilled salmon with grilled vegetables where the fish was ok but the vegetable was grilled from hours back and not as fresh, the hotel landscape is very dirty and outdated, dust is everywhere outside walls crack are showing in many areas, un even paint inside lobby walls, expect to have allots of loses change in your pocket as most staff I encounter are expecting you to give them tip in one way or another, the lobby in evening hours is very noisy and uncomfortable to set for chat as live music from 2 different outlets as the same time turned the place like circus atmospheres and not 5 star hotel, I did not feel the sincere effort in any of them to serve you as guest without any expectations, the hotel business center have 3 outdated equipment and computers only one of them was working when I arrived, internet is very slow, at $300 dollars a night this hotel is total rep off for your money compare to service value received, I don't recommended to you or any of your company business travelers.

Hotel is very comfortable and its staff treat them as sophisticated, and its location is very far from the inconvenience. It only lacks a chapel and even a small one, and finally thanks for the management.

Wow.

Fancy and worth going
