This is a hotel that knows how to do things right. Their staff is clearly trained on how to provide superior customer service that's cordial, professional and attentive. When I had trouble with my key, a bellman accompanied me to the room to make sure it would work. That proactive, attitude is much appreciated. The minor issues I had were resolved quickly. Spacious room, fluffy towels and super comfy bed - all things you'd expect from a JW. There's a variety of restaurant options, and even in-room dining isn't ridiculously expensive. A free shuttle to airport, about 15-20 minutes away, is very convenient.
