A great place to stay, activities and various social events

Very beautiful and wonderful, but this is not a tourist hotel
This is more transit because it is not reasonable for the guests to open up. You have to travel and risk the roundabout going to come every little place in a very difficult place

For the name of the hotel chain you expect luxury. However, the premises are old and poorly maintained.

Everything could have been perfect if they can solve the problem of flies.. Flies are in everywhere, in our suite, restaurants and of course on the beach so if you have children take care.

And the most annoying thing is the cold water of the outside pool and beach, my 3 years old daughter couldn t enjoy the weekend we paid 12k for , we booked this May. Because there are rules that under 18 years are forbidden for using the heated pool that by the way our suite view it and imagine the frustration of 3 years old child..

Cigarette smoking is allowed indoor and outdoor pools!

Quality hotel but does not have wow factor, except for Italian restaurant. Beach is nice too.

Iftar Ramdan was excellent, friendly people and luxurious place

The place is really nice the service is really so good the food is nice the only bad thing is fare away from downtown

A great hotel with 6 restaurants and weekend events

Located in Mirage City, about 15 minutes from Cairo's airport. This is not just an ordinary hotel. It's a large resort, with pools, spas, restaurants, shops, and many other amenities. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are large and clean. I've stayed here about 1/2 dozen times for business, and have enjoyed it each time.

Overall, a very good experience. Hotel is massive with substantial list of activities. The executive lounge is probably the largest I've been in anywhere in the world.

The room was comfortable, but furnishings were a bit dated and worn.

Gym was very large with loads of equipment. The bikes, though, were old and in poor condition.

Staff was attentive and friendly.

The place is beautiful but badly managed and needs a change or rehabilitation.

I always loved this place, from the first time I visited this place and every time my love to this place does not decease.
Their attention to details and the open space of the Golf play ground is magical.
I totally recommend others to go their, try the food cause it's superpub. Visit the club house and enjoy a the night their.

Nice place specially for ppl who have trasit flight as it is very close to Cairo airport, rates is little bit high compared with other hotels, I like the food taste, but no too much variety
