Very poor service, i.v.m. buying a house requested a debtor change. This possibility is indicated in the conversation by just lease when concluding my lease contract. However, this is not possible, and I get the option to pay 2500 euros to terminate the contract. Ridiculous!

Please think twice before working with this company. I terminated my contract on June 16 and returned the car on July 16 neatly. Now 2 full months later, I still have not yet received the amount paid for windscreen (before 16 to 31 July) back. I get no response to the e-mails and only empty promises over the phone.

After damage to my to my car (by another party) data passed. Then Juslease lost this information and sent me the own risk invoice. Mailed and called several times about this. I had the collection refunded and assumed that it was ready. Nothing turned out to be less true. Today I received an invoice with a payment date of 5 days, 7 days after this date. If I do not pay within this time, the car will be taken back. Just called, but department not available. I'm curious what kind of drama will be waiting for me tomorrow. Justlease, absolutely not recommended and for me again never again!

My first experience with Justlease can be called SUPER. The website is very clear. Assembling your car is a piece of cake. Your request is quickly coded. You ordered car word in my case comes within a few weeks at a garage in your area. If you want to change something during the contract, that is no problem either, such as adjusting the kilometers up or down or adding an extra option. Justlease is very transparent. I am very happy with my choice for Justlease.

Nice competitive offer and fair contract where you can adjust the kilometers per quarter.

Also clear in advance what the penalty is in the event of early termination.

Can only give positive feedback!

If there is something better it is free delivery at home address instead of 75 . But you also have the choice to pick it up yourself at the experience center.

What a bad company !! Customer care NEVER responds to an email. They lie and cheat when it comes to facts. If you send an email with a request, comment, question or whatever, there will be no response. So then call AGAIN. It is a hopeless company. If you bring your car to a garage which they recommended by phone, you will receive an email weeks later that you are not supposed to take the car to a garage of your choice. At the start of the lease, we received a car that was almost a year old, but had to pay the full pound. No, I do not recommend Justlease to join the sea wb leasing. We are happy when the contract is concluded and we should have delved more into how this company works (or rather, does NOT work). I say ... ... find another company to lease your car !!!!

They occasionally send an invoice but to date (3/4 months) nothing written off from the direct debit. How relaxed is that! Mail sent, they have been referred to finance department. Well see reaction appear in 2020. I do not get all the fuss, free lease car what more could you want:))))) Regards Ismet

Are you looking for a private lease company that will lose your paid bills, poor communication and knowledge regarding the employees on the chat, would settle overpaid invoices on the next invoice and after you ask to have all your paid bills sent you simply ignore afterwards, do not dare to apologize after the invoices have been found, then you have to go to Justlease.nl.

To clarify the story:

Normally you can choose a new car at Justlease 7 months before the end of the contract. Now in June 2020 I saw a nice 1st version of the car that I now drive as an occasion. Through the chat function I spoke to the very friendly lady and explained the story that I have 9 months left and would like to exchange the car for the ST. Ms says she is happy that I want to stay there and that it should not be a problem and that the remaining months can simply be added to the new contract. So that I don't have to pay a fine. It was very important to use the same e-mail address, so that it can be handled quickly . After all, it is only 1 car in stock. So I arranged everything, quickly arranged employer's statement, scan all papers, print, scan, sign, and send. Day later: Justlease calls after approval, but sir, do you want this ST as a second car? Uh. No, was clear with the trade-in. But sir, that is not possible at all. Because then you have to pay a fine. So I say, but madam has indicated on the chat that it wouldn't be a problem as I will stay with them anyway. Ohhh the gentleman on the phone says, she's just new, she might make a mistake. So I ask, is there not a supervisor who is watching or acting on it, sir did not want to answer that. So then you know enough.

After that, Justlease suddenly starts to lose accounts again. Send threatening letters with fines, interest and even that they want to collect the car. So we checked out the bank account again. Everything sent, and yes. They say without apologies, we have canceled it and it is correct again. Even paid 6 euros too much. This would be settled the following month, but I received the invoice and what do I see. Just standard amount. So I sent an email. Some vague answer that she added that set-off to another. And whether I can still transfer the remaining amount of 400 euros. So I was able to look up and send my bills again. With the question if I want to email all payments they have received to me. After that, you will simply be ignored. Of course there is something on my part, I no longer have the specified account number, so I already passed the new account number 4 times by email and telephone. But unfortunately they do not understand how to adjust that. So I pay the invoices myself. But apparently that is too difficult for them.
Never again Justlease for me and I hope that everyone will consider working with Justlease.

Never start with it, or you must like to be after your own money and pay for everything.

I returned my car early on 17-5 because I wanted to get rid of this terrible company as quickly as possible.
Of course I had to pay a considerable lump sum payment here.
For the lump sum payment I already had the invoice on 20-5, and on the same day I received the invoice for the June lease.
Of course just sent an email that the car has already been returned and that they should not write off the June lease.
I receive an e-mail stating that they can no longer stop this collection, so I had to cancel it.
You would think problem solved but unfortunately, the amount of the lump sum and the June lease was debited as 1 amount.
And this is strange because I actually received 2 separate invoices for these amounts.
This sketches a picture of what kind of company you are dealing with here, here you are not a customer but a dairy cow.
The same e-mail also stated that I would receive a final invoice within 2 weeks in which everything would be settled, such as the deposit, the remainder of the month of May and in the meantime the lease of June.

Of course this invoice is not drawn up so after 3 weeks I will just call, I was told that it could take 6 weeks due to a backlog.
Now this in itself is a good explanation, although not that they did have time to draw up the invoice for the lump sum payment within 3 days, so I am talking about a selective backlog.
So now just wait and see when I get the money I am entitled to.
So if you are considering becoming a customer of Justpay and Justlease don't do it walk around with a big bow.
And now there are so many better and cheaper providers that you can miss this club as a toothache.

Update 11-6-2019:

As you can see from the reaction below, she is not all that interested.
If you googled for a while, you will see that this problem has been going on for a few years and that they are not doing much about it, why should they, too, have the money?
So once again never start to become a customer at this hopeless hobby club.

Meanwhile, another month further and still no money back.
My legal assistance has already taken action twice, but they lie just as loudly as they do to me.
If you could make money with lying they would have been bigger than Apple.
A summary of what happened again.
I did receive a final invoice, but it was obviously not correct.
the deposit was missing on this invoice.
Obviously sent an email to indicate this.
Then they came up with the brilliant idea of charging the lump sum once more and then deducting the deposit from it.
So instead of receiving about 500 euros from them, I was allowed to pay 848 euros.
My legal assistance immediately went after this and has since been credited with the promise that a correct final invoice would be drawn up immediately.
This has already been 10 days ago and you have not seen an invoice yet.
My legal aid must now come into action for the third time for a simple repayment, which in the meantime also assumes that the financial situation at Justlease is so bad that they cannot pay back.
Given the many complaints about the administrative chaos, this also sounds plausible.
So an accelerated procedure is started to get my money back as quickly as possible.
Nice detail is that last week I received an apology letter with a VVV voucher of 25 Euro, in itself a nice gesture but if you still have 500 Euro credit this is a cigar from my own box.
19 coupons to go, shall we say.
And finally, I cannot emphasize enough not to GO WITH THIS CUBE IN THE SEA.

This company is not worth 1 star. What an incredibly bad company I have never seen something like that. You are promised so much and so many rights but in the end you have nothing and you get nothing. No money will be debited and if you call them every 2 weeks because you want to pay, they promise everything again and then they will not do anything again. I have the car for almost 1 year and have not paid anything yet. the app does not do anything at all, it is very worthless. Never expected this after all those beautiful stories from Ze. They had a 1-month malfunction and in the end that malfunction lasted for 1 year. And then they expect you to pay everything in one go. Unbelievably worthless this is completely spit.

Justlease belooft maximale flexibel te zijn en altijd bereikbaar. Beide leuzen zijn leugens.
Na 2 jaar van het 4 jarige contract een debiteurenwissel aangevraagd, dit duurde 5 maanden om dit uiteindelijk rond te krijgen en dat had alles te maken met de laksheid bij JL.
Personeel is onbereikbaar, reageert dagen achtereen en soms zelfs weken achtereen niet.
Er zijn in de 2 jaar dat het contract liep meer facturen NIET goed verzonden dan wel.
Er zijn continu kosten die gecrediteerd diende te worden.
JL gaat ook niet goed om met de privacy van andere klanten, daar waar wij 'door een foutje' ook meerdere facturen van andere klanten hebben ontvangen in onze mailbox waar zeer gevoelige informatie op staat vermeld.
Schandalig!

Justlease dient zijn backoffice op orde te krijgen en indien zij verzuipen in het werk niet zoveel contracten af te sluiten daar waar zij dit niet kunnen behappen.

Hou ook rekening met NIET gereden kilometers, deze krijgt u namelijk NIET terug bij JL, iets wat niet in het contract word vermeld maar pas achteraf duidelijk word.


Wees gewaarschuwd, er zijn genoeg aanbieder van private lease voertuigen, qua service en communicatie hebben wij nog nooit zo'n waardeloze partij meegemaakt.

I lease with them for the first time. Have a car for over 1 year. I am happy with the car, but always errors with the invoices. Errors and corrections from the beginning. So I always have to keep a close eye on what is stated on the invoice. Fortunately, they do solve the problems in the end, but something is not quite smooth there.

I am also happy with the car, the maintenance, the possibilities, etc.

Good value, good service.

Clear overview of the site.
After ordering comes the online ordering environment where you can upload the documents you need, very handy. Next comes a quick response. I also had contact via e-mail and telephone, also with a quick response and clear answers. I am very positive about Justlease.
The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the missing option (Tesla model 3) of sport rims (on the SR + version) that I could find on the tesla site (rims are available in other versions of the tesla on the justlease site). )

I have bad experiences with Terberg and daughter company Just Lease; telephone accessibility is poor once you are a customer (waiting time often 30 minutes). Payments were not cashed time and time again (the direct debit at Terberg is far from flawless) and only after a reminder on my part were there some months backlog of my account but not everything so Terberg sent me a threatening letter about my payment arrears. While I myself had emailed about the junk about the collection procedure. An employee told me by telephone that this collection problem was certainly known to Terberg, that I was not the only one with this problem and that this had to do with a new billing system. Shortly before the end of my lease period, my car had to be inspected APK and I was called by the dealer who had carried out the inspection. Various parts were found to be out of order, such as the coupling. However, this is not a requirement for APK. Terberg refused to have these parts repaired because the car would still be sold after the end of the lease period. Only the repair work required for the APK could be carried out. Also in this case the communication between Terberg and the dealer was so slow that Terberg gave the necessary permission for the APK repairs only at the end of the afternoon so that they could no longer be carried out. Terberg told the dealer that I had to arrange transportation for the next day because, despite the fact that Terberg communicated so slowly about the agreement for the APK repairs, that was really my problem. Fortunately, the dealer found this outrageous and I could borrow a car from them free of charge. After taking the car, after the lease contract ended, I received an invoice for some small scratches in the bumper. 4 years had a car in the lease, when entering into the contract and during the contract they are helpful but when returning the car and settlement you can whistle for your money. Have been busy since December to get the deposit and my subscription money back. And above all you have to look carefully at the statement because they don't put everything on it that you have to get back. You have to go after that yourself. And then you have to wait. Becoming a customer was fine. But when you are a customer, a lot of hassle starts. Poor accessibility of the call center, invoices that are incorrectly (repeatedly) increased. General terms and conditions that are not met (via consumer association).

Now I want to cancel, I am told that the amount to hand over the car is 175 euros. Money knocking. Returning in Utrecht is only possible 2 weeks after the end of the contract. This therefore costs another 200 euros.

This while a MANUAL for returning a lease car is available stating that returning it costs 75 euros.

RESPONSE from the helpdesk:

The manual you are referring to is outdated. The price of returning at a location other than ours in Utrecht has changed and the most recent price is valid.

You may see it this way: if the price of a banana is changed at the supermarket, you cannot arrive with an old brochure two years later.

I have long thought about writing this review. Now for almost 2 years I am still being haunted by their very poor financial administration. I'm done with it and that the book is closed for me. They do not listen and are very rigid. E-mails will not be answered. This one star is still too much.
I would not recommend anyone to lease a car here.
It is incredible that they are allowed to carry the Private Leasing label.

Only drama last 1.5 years with Just Lease "subsidiary of Terberg Leasing". If only I had read all the comments and reviews about this company before, I definitely would NOT have leased here.

I've been leasing a car for 1.5 years now and I keep having problems with them and I'm not alone.

Or they bill you out of the blue for a service you've never heard of. And then you get an arrogant employee who takes the blood from under your nails and treats you antisocial. They promise that the next invoice will straighten out the amount they have taken too much, but it doesn't happen, you have to go after it all the time.

When maintenance needs to be done, someone just comes to pick up your car with dirty clothes and just drive 80km and those km's are not reimbursed by they "just belong" they say while you pay for it yourself and it is THEIR car that needs to be maintained.

Repairs are just chaotic.
They promise that if your car is repaired you will get a "same segment" replacement vehicle. But you get a cheap bagger car and then you have to drive around for 2 weeks while you pay full for a class more expensive car and you also have to pay for that bagger replace car while the repair is not your own fault. They charge a deductible for something you have nothing to do with.

After contacting you, you are sent from pillar to post, an employee who does not know what he is talking about, stutters for 2 minutes because she cannot find an answer to my question and then just shouts something that is not right.

They don't keep their promises, this is still the tip of the iceberg. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT lease here! there are plenty of other leasing companies that are doing much better.

There are so many more things but don't waste another word and waste my time.

Just Lease a tip:
That's not how you deal with customers!

NEVER MORE JUSTLEASE OR TERBERG LEASING FOR ME!

Private lease has a good brand! Sounds good, but in practice that means that I am now the fucker.
I now lease to private leasing and I am very satisfied with that. But now the requirements have changed due to that quality mark. I can no longer enter into a new contract, because my housing costs are too high compared to my income, or my income is too low compared to my living expenses. I really do not earn bad, cheaper living really does not work. I always pay Justlease neatly and optijd, like all my accounts and have no debts or bkr registration. A good customer I would say so. Unfortunately, when my contract expires, I am stuck, thanks to the quality mark! I do not need that quality mark! I did not ask for it! Abolish those expensive quality marks! Their only solution, let someone else lease it for you and pay it.

I have been leasing a vw polo for almost 3 years and am very satisfied with JustLease! soon time for a new car :) a bit of a shame that the range of cars does not fully match my wishes, but they probably can't do much about that either!
I definitely recommend Justlease, a good leasing company!

Organizational a mess.

Do not respond to e-mails - final invoice balance will not be paid - excess KM driven in the first year will not be settled with too little KM driven in the 2nd and 3rd year - unclear invoices when transferring to 2nd contract - write off at once every 2 months instead of per month und so weiter. .

Unfortunately, the contract will continue for a while.

Meanwhile my second private lease car at Juslease. New car is brought home, during maintenance, the car is taken to work or home and brought back. Employees always friendly and helpful. Too bad that something went wrong with the delivery date and the repayment of the amount that I still got back from the old car. E-mailing and calling for two months now because the app does not properly register the kilometers driven, which is difficult for keeping track of the monthly kilometers driven and trip registration for work. Unfortunately still not solved, otherwise certainly 5 stars.

Almost four weeks and two more calls. Again 2x problem explained, get started immediately and unfortunately, as usual by now, heard nothing more from Juslease. App now indicates 900 km less than I actually drove. That therefore has no added value whatsoever, while this has always done well with my previous car.

I am happy with the service, the flexibility of the kilometer bundle. But also the friendly customer service. They have always helped me well and, if it is up to me, will remain a regular just leaser for many years to come. I recommend it to everyone

Handing in the car was a big drama. The booklet states 75 euros for returning a car at the location. In the meantime I have heard three times a different amount ranging from 170 to 200 euros varying. Then you hand it in yourself, you would think, were it not that all hand-in dates are almost full. Throwing on corona seems to me to be a problem for the company and not for the customer. Delivery is possible for 50 euros. Emailed and called behind the final invoice, because it will not come if you do not go after it yourself. Say what you do and do what you say, that should be your motto when it comes to customers.

Leasing a car at Justlease is easy, but the promise "carefree driving" was not delivered to me in any way.
The Ford Fiesta had a number of ailments. I assumed that the car would be collected and delivered for repair and maintenance by Profile as promised. Profile knew nothing. Maintenance, replacement of floor mats and repair of car kit at a Ford dealer was even worse. At Justlease, the standard answer to malfunctions is: Do you need this or that. At the Ford dealer also but the other way around. Cupboard to the wall. I drove around for almost a year without being able to call hands-free. Car lost twice a day without being repaired, because Justlease gave permission too late.
Contract bought off prematurely because the Ford also did not like it further. Returned with reported minor damage made by a third party. Everything neatly arranged with the claim forms. I still get a deductible when taking the risk. Although I still called about this beforehand and I was assured that everything was fine. I also have to pay a Deductible for light rim damage that according to the employee really falls under normal user damage.
Amounts reversed. Then you will immediately receive an answer by email. No response to the other emails I sent.
Final settlement also not yet deposited into my account. Just over 20 minutes on hold, so just imposed. Bad service, poor handling.
Most of the positive reviews are on the Justlease site. Google gives a better picture. Apparently someone has been hired to answer the negative reactions. Unfortunately. I am very disappointed. Afradertje.

I have since 3 years customer just lease. In the beginning, communication was sometimes chaotic, but the strength is that people at just lease want to improve their service. I must say that it definitely succeeds. unfortunately suffered damage to the car by another who has not left a note. A smooth handling followed and a combination with maintenance of the car was quickly realized. After the damage story I was immediately allowed to give my opinion with which something is being done with. The fifth star can just earn a lease by reducing waiting times. Incredibly bad service! An amount would be settled. First more than 1,200 paid, but not the 1,000 that I had to receive. Called; a refund invoice is open, but apparently you first have to call it after that. (which is not communicated) Then it is said that it is agreed but there will only be about 3 weeks !!! be paid out. Asked why this should take so long. Is our procedure then you will be told. A terrible company. Arranged a lot to lease this. Last minute they call that it is not possible. The employees themselves don't know what they are talking about! It is a mess and not worth your money. I say never do!

This must be the company with the worst, slowest and most customer-unfriendly, say rude 'customercare' / back office ever. Think 10 times before you start working with this company!
Do not call back, do not respond to mail and not to the chat unless you cancel a payment, you will have a response in a day. Been months to get the car returned because the contract expired. You would expect them to send you an email or call you nicely to point out that your contract is about to expire. They have never heard of duty of care, so they do not do so while their own policy states that they will contact you 7 and 3 months before the end of the contract. It is now June and today we finally managed to return the car. That went smoothly the people of the intake point are neat. Every day they get complaints about the underperforming back office, this gentleman told me.
The months of April and May were simply charged and I reversed them because I refuse to pay for the fact that Justlease does not ensure that you can return the car shortly before or after the end of the contract date despite the many contact attempts on my part. I bet the final bill will last forever and the months of April and May will be deducted from the deposit and overpaid miles.
In short, a waste of your time, bad for your heart and I would like to save you that misery. DO NOT.

We just drove around in a Seat Ibiza for less than a year. Delivery would be within 2 weeks, but there were more than 3. In itself that was not so bad. Upon delivery, the engine management light turned on, so we had to return it immediately to have it checked.

Then the administration ... We had him in the lease for a year. After 3 months my wife asked if the lease car was already debited from our account. After a brief investigation, it turned out not to be the case. The same week suddenly received a message that they had made a mistake in their administration and that they would quickly debit the entire amount in one go. A good 800 euros in one go. Once it was arranged it was not too bad. They write off every month and that went well. When I changed jobs at the beginning of this year, we adjusted the kilometers down. This was possible because we had previously set them a little higher. However, the processing took 2 months to complete and would only start on 1 July. Bit strange right? I do not request a downgrade for nothing.

Because we used the car less than expected, we called justlease to ask if we could return it earlier. This was possible at a surrender acceptable to us. After completely cleaning it, we were told that there was more damage to the car than when it was delivered. Unfortunately for them I had already taken pictures of the damage on delivery. After discussing the photos, they quickly agreed. This didn't feel right, as if she was trying to get some money out of it.

To top it all off, we received the bill from Justlease yesterday. Whether we just wanted to pay 1700 euros extra because we had driven more than 20000 kilometers more. Of course, nothing was right about this! Immediately called Just's friends. Got a friendly lady on the line who told me that her computer didn't work and that she would sort it out later. Today I received an e-mail .. very sad .. but their system is not working properly and if I can e-mail again in a month .. Now I have to go after their problem.

Conclusion .. once you own the car, you drive and you pay then it is all good. Changes and administration are a disaster at Just ..

We have now started our second contract since the ...

We have now started our second contract since the end of November and have not received a single invoice until today. As indicated in previous reviews, Justlease has a "problem with the new system".
To arrange an invoice, we have already been on the phone at least 10 times and have been on hold for at least 10 minutes per call to get the answer every time that they are going to do their best and it will be arranged quickly.

Tip: tap on the menu that you are calling for sales and then say that you have been connected incorrectly and you will be helped within No time I.P.V. at least 10 to 15 minutes on the line.

There is also the option to transfer the money in advance and then the money will be settled with the invoices later. This does not seem like a good option to me, because they cannot even send an invoice at this time.

Telephone Contact with Justlease started in December and it was said several times that it should be arranged quickly.

At the beginning of January I called again and I was told that I would be called back.
Unfortunately I have not been called back and I contacted myself again. I was told again that I would definitely get a reply a week later this time, but you guessed it; again no answer until I contacted Justlease again.

The only one who has helped me well in these 3 months so far is Wouter. It ensured that we could finally use our Justlease App after a long 3-month period. The rest of the Justlease staff points you from the cupboard to the wall.

I was promised on 4 February that 2 weeks later more should be known about "the invoice problem", because they had to ask another agency.

The previous lease contract everything went very smoothly but due to the whining in the first 3 months of this contract I completely lost my faith in Justlease.

Have damage repaired to the car, where they had forgotten a damaged part. In consultation with Justlease brought the car back to the garage. Then get an invoice for the deductible and a few weeks later for the 2nd repair. Telephone contact (what a hell): "send me an e-mail". 4 mails and 7 months (!!) later never had any feedback. Now, 7 months later, a notice of default on the mat with the announcement that the car will be taken in case of further failure. Again 0 feedback via mail or telephone. I would say come and get him guys, what a flut company.

My advice: avoid this company. Mistakes are human but completely inaccessible, do not have a decent record of customer contact, a finance department where it is a mess and then arrive with notice of default ... objectionable.

Just went through a lease application and there is little positive to report. It is very impersonal, false observations are made based on bank statements and if you trade in a car, an outrageous offer is made that is approximately 40% below market value.
My advice: look a little further before you deposit your money with Justlease.

Always very satisfied with my car. I got my friend to lease with the same company. And then it all goes wrong. The reserved car for which a deposit is paid has been given away. Then another car is written that will have to meet the requirements such as bluethoot. Then there is no bluethoot on contract. Then you call after it. Say she's in bluethoot. Then still 2x after asked to hear that it is definitely in. Check it out anyway. And no, there is no bluethoot in it. And if you send an email then you are annoyed that they send you a contract and promise that bluethoot is in it but afterwards it turns out not to be and that you think it is a bit strange that they say that. You will then receive an email that it is your own change to read your contract. So honest information or advice about your contract is hard to find. And if you say something about it you get a big mouth. It is funny that they send an email again to let them know that they have a car for you. And yet again without the bluethoot. So they don't really listen to your wishes.

A while ago I accidentally ended up on the JustLease website. I just had a lease car and my subscription ran for another year. I came across an incredibly nice offer on the JustLease website and went to see what my options were.
After I arranged everything I came across the reviews here. I got pain in my stomach because I was afraid that everything would go wrong and I had made a very bad deal.
But nothing was less true.
I was always contacted by phone within a minute, but I did think along with me if I had any questions. The car was neatly delivered at home (a few weeks later than I thought but also this was neatly communicated). I am very satisfied and really enjoy the rides in my new car! Thank you!

One big drama company after 3 years of problems I hope to be finished after October, agreements are not honored. Are hard to reach for about 50 minutes on hold and quickly brush you off with false promises. Write off too much money and if you reclaim this and indicate this in an email, you will not receive an answer, this sometimes amounted to up to 300 euros too much. You then receive a threatening email that they could not debit the lease amount and if you do not pay it within 10 days they will confiscate your car. Because they don't have the money they shouldn't even get.
