Are you looking for a private lease company that will lose your paid bills, poor communication and knowledge regarding the employees on the chat, would settle overpaid invoices on the next invoice and after you ask to have all your paid bills sent you simply ignore afterwards, do not dare to apologize after the invoices have been found, then you have to go to Justlease.nl.
To clarify the story:
Normally you can choose a new car at Justlease 7 months before the end of the contract. Now in June 2020 I saw a nice 1st version of the car that I now drive as an occasion. Through the chat function I spoke to the very friendly lady and explained the story that I have 9 months left and would like to exchange the car for the ST. Ms says she is happy that I want to stay there and that it should not be a problem and that the remaining months can simply be added to the new contract. So that I don't have to pay a fine. It was very important to use the same e-mail address, so that it can be handled quickly . After all, it is only 1 car in stock. So I arranged everything, quickly arranged employer's statement, scan all papers, print, scan, sign, and send. Day later: Justlease calls after approval, but sir, do you want this ST as a second car? Uh. No, was clear with the trade-in. But sir, that is not possible at all. Because then you have to pay a fine. So I say, but madam has indicated on the chat that it wouldn't be a problem as I will stay with them anyway. Ohhh the gentleman on the phone says, she's just new, she might make a mistake. So I ask, is there not a supervisor who is watching or acting on it, sir did not want to answer that. So then you know enough.
After that, Justlease suddenly starts to lose accounts again. Send threatening letters with fines, interest and even that they want to collect the car. So we checked out the bank account again. Everything sent, and yes. They say without apologies, we have canceled it and it is correct again. Even paid 6 euros too much. This would be settled the following month, but I received the invoice and what do I see. Just standard amount. So I sent an email. Some vague answer that she added that set-off to another. And whether I can still transfer the remaining amount of 400 euros. So I was able to look up and send my bills again. With the question if I want to email all payments they have received to me. After that, you will simply be ignored. Of course there is something on my part, I no longer have the specified account number, so I already passed the new account number 4 times by email and telephone. But unfortunately they do not understand how to adjust that. So I pay the invoices myself. But apparently that is too difficult for them.
Never again Justlease for me and I hope that everyone will consider working with Justlease.
