This must be the company with the worst, slowest and most customer-unfriendly, say rude 'customercare' / back office ever. Think 10 times before you start working with this company!
Do not call back, do not respond to mail and not to the chat unless you cancel a payment, you will have a response in a day. Been months to get the car returned because the contract expired. You would expect them to send you an email or call you nicely to point out that your contract is about to expire. They have never heard of duty of care, so they do not do so while their own policy states that they will contact you 7 and 3 months before the end of the contract. It is now June and today we finally managed to return the car. That went smoothly the people of the intake point are neat. Every day they get complaints about the underperforming back office, this gentleman told me.
The months of April and May were simply charged and I reversed them because I refuse to pay for the fact that Justlease does not ensure that you can return the car shortly before or after the end of the contract date despite the many contact attempts on my part. I bet the final bill will last forever and the months of April and May will be deducted from the deposit and overpaid miles.
In short, a waste of your time, bad for your heart and I would like to save you that misery. DO NOT.
