Incredibly bad service! An amount would be settled. First more than 1,200 paid, but not the 1,000 that I had to receive. Called; a refund invoice is open, but apparently you first have to call it after that. (which is not communicated) Then it is said that it is agreed but there will only be about 3 weeks !!! be paid out. Asked why this should take so long. Is our procedure then you will be told. Asked for a manager, but that is not possible because the answer is that they are self-managing. Too stupid for words this course of events. I would say; send yourself nice to the downfall!
