I purchased by Groupon for $75 for 2.
There were small parking lot behind the building.
After me and my bf registered and filled all paperwork, they gave us tablet to watch short video for what we expect. Then we move to where we float.

For me it was ok, and good experience but for my bf his room never turned the light off but he didn't know if it was right or not so he just waited an hour there. Then we showered and before leave the front desk lady said "we were watching by Thermographic camera so we knew your room didn't turned the lights off".
Then why didn't they change his room as soon as they found out and he didn't have to waste an hour just doing nothing. They gave us credit but I wanted cash back coz we are not going back there.

It was my first floating experience and I saw the other raving reviews of the place so I gave it a shot. The first time $40 deal was pretty reasonable. I went in, greeted by friendly employees. The experience was incredible... the float was everything I could have asked for. The tank is comfortably sized, I'm 6'1...and the room you get to hang out in afterwards was really nice as well. I got a significant discount as well for an issue with their A/C... which did not diminish the experience, but did however make me want to write this review because everyone there was very helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever float. Highly recommend this place

Clean facility with large private tank rooms with your own shower. Better than the coffin like tanks that I first experienced floating in. Great staff. Perfect one hour "relax the body and slow the mind down" get away. Every float is different but I always feel better when I have finished my float.

I enjoyed my experience at Just Float enough to go back one week later. I am seriously considering a membership to help with the cost, as it is expensive. However, I believe you get what you pay for!

UPDATE: I ended up getting the unlimited membership, and it is worth every penny. The staff is super friendly and helpful and having the ability to float three times a week is amazing! I still highly recommend Just Float!

Amazing experience! This is the second time I'm doing floating. Just float is definitely better than the other one that I have tried in Torrence. Here are the good things about this float center.

1. They have reserved parking for customers. It's really nice not to be worried about parking or meter while you're enjoying your float treatment.

2. They have 11 float tanks. Eleven! This is the most floating tanks that I have ever heard. Most places only have 3-5 tanks. This means you can almost get to come in anytime.

3. The tank is bigger than the other one. And the best of their tanks is it has light in the space. If you have tried other places, you may know it's completely dark and sound proof once you close the door. I was panicking when I got up and couldn't find the door in the tank in another center. With Just float, you can easily open up your eyes and gracefully walk out the tank!

4. They have a grooming room for you to dry your hair, put some gel or mousse on your hair if needed, and body lotion.

5. Finally, they have a relaxing room for you to rest up after float or wait for your friend/family.

Needless to say, floating actually works and their staffs are very polite and friendly. I enjoyed every moment at this place. Highly highly recommend people to come here if you want to relax and ease your mind.

It was my first float experience. All the staff were very welcoming that just added to the calming atmosphere of the business. Very clean and well organized.
I do not do well with meditation or quieting my mind so I do wish they offered a 30 min session as an hour long session was a bit long. I went with a friend so I couldn't just leave early.

Haven't try their services yet, but definitely interested in a dive.

When you pay for an hour be out in 60 minutes, not 61 minutes or the hit squad will start pounding on your door constantly. Even though staff tells you immensely to take a shower immediately after.

This place is ideal for someone who seeks to be inside a warm tub floating in complete darkness. The staff is friendly and helpful but the experience was very disappointing. After 20mins inside there was no fresh air and I had to open the door. After 2mins of some air I closed the door but the lights inside never turned back off. I believe that more control over the music (volume adjustment/on&off) throughout the whole session and fresh air inside the tank would have made a difference. The only reason why I did give this experience 2 stars is because the facility was clean and staff was welcoming. And two because my own eucalyptus oil helped enhance the float. Without my own eucalyptus oil and nice facility, the experience would have been far more displeasing; I would have rather invested my money in massage therapy at a Spa or simply a high intensity workout with a cold ice bath at the end rather than this floating experience.

1st time experience. Friendly service... not my thing personally.

I've been here twice, the first time was an unforgettable float experience. I can't even describe here - also, I left feeling rejuvenated and taller due to the decompression on my body. Definitely give it a shot!

The first time, I was very anxious. I was like, now what, and I counted backwards from 100 as they suggested. I reached 1 and I was so not settled. I finally settled, and the time was up. I knew I had to do it again. By the second time, I was able to drop into profound peace within ten minutes. It gets better each time I practice.

Absolute tranquility. From the minute you open the front door you are greeted with diffuse lavender and friendly, respectful staff. The facility cultivates the perfect set and setting for your journey inward. The experience is seamless from the introduction video to the hangout lounge afterwards. This is more than just a float facility, this is an experience!

Very gnarly experience. The place was clean and quiet. The tank rooms were spacious. They also provide a floating Halo if you need the extra float support which I do. After the float they have a "grooming" room where you can blow-dry your hair. They also gave combs hair products to use.

Amazing leave your stress here, the staff and the experience, are far beyond my expectations

Floating for an hour in a warm Epsom Salt bath with no light or sound was deeply restful. I was so tired. My body was rested, it was my mind that was tired. I often walk around with a deep sense of confusion, because I sense so much (patterns, cycles, tones, color, and I'm constantly responding to every person and thing I see). Without the beautiful worlds stimuli, I was able to easily listen to my own deep self. :). The deepest rest for me was finally hearing me. I could have slept I was so relaxed, but I gently heard myself instead.

I also had a beautiful body relaxation for my spine. My two little herniated discs have more room in my spine as each vertebrae very slightly elongated and relaxed. Yay!

I highly recommend doing a float if this idea calls to you.

With softness, I will now more deeply enjoy the day!

Great experience, took a bit getting used to at first. But it is great. I'd you have not tried it, you should.watrr could have been a bit warmer but excellent!

I have been to a few sensory deprivation places and this is by far the best - seamless, clean, serene, great facilities, friendly people, and playing Eno!

I would've given 5, but on my recent visit for Valentine's Day, I was given a really stained towel to dry with. Guys please upgrade to new towels ASAP. I took a video as proof, see the screenshot I took. Other than that, this is go to place for me and my girlfriend to unwind and relax on a Sunday evening. Must try.....

Fantastic place to relax and unwind. They have an ADA-compliant room available here with a wide room, a shower seat and no door to climb through. Even if you are large and can't comfortably lie on your back normally, it won't matter here. You'll float just fine! Here are pictures of Cabin 11, the wheelchair-accessible cabin. Cabin 11 is also great if you're claustrophobic and worried about being shut into a smaller space.

Love this place! Was my first time floating and what an amazing experience! Everything was very pristine and spacious. The salt chamber itself was very roomy and ambient. Definitely will return! Thank you for making my experience so awesome!

Staff couldn't be nicer, clean facility, lots of extras - hair ties, styling products, ear plugs and drops, etc. It's definitely a wild sensation if you've never done it before, I'm not sure if floating is for me, but the place and its people are great!

Great experience, they really cater to the first timer. Tanks are tall and wide. Completely private, very clean, and really friendly.

I've never experienced anything like this, ever. This is way better than a massage.

In terms of size, I want to put any big and tall people at ease. Im 6 foot 2, 310lbs. Completely out of shape and I had an AWESOME experience. Just like the website states: everyone floats.

Excellent facility. I have been to float lab in Venice Beach, and while that place was good as well, this one has more tanks and even a tank room all of which have speakers built in for music if you want it. I even built by own tank using schematics online and did a fair job with it. I ended up not using it as often as would have made the effort and money more worth it than going to a business, so when i sold my house, i just got rid of it all and just sold the bed liner, pumps and heaters. If you just like to do it once in a while, go with this place. It's the best you can get for the money, and it's more accessible and less booked to max (because they have many more tanks) than the other 2 places i know of.

A great way to bring your body back to equilibrium. Best to book your float when your muscles are taxed and need to loosen up

My husband and I love this place so much! I was introduced to floating first by a dear friend and we decided to try it in the wake of some medical issues I was having a few months ago. Floating is such a Godsend/healing experience! The staff are so warm and welcoming; we love being part of this "float community." The memberships are affordable and worth every moment.

I like the design of the place, and how clean it is, but the owners are so rude and disrespectful. Will never come back again.

I've been to 5 different places to float. As a facility it's by far the nicest and cleanest most professional place I've been to yet. A very great float experience. The post float spot is a bit lame but all in all amazing

Extremely clean and spa-like in ambiance. The float tanks are very large, which I appreciated as I am just over 6 feet. Staff were very nice and overall the experience was excellent. I have gone to several other float facilities in Las Vegas and Phoenix and this was far superior to those-better and larger tanks, cleaner, sitting room to relax and regroup after the experience, tea service, smelled like therapeutic oils.

Amazing experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to take an hour out and lay in saltwater to remove stress,pain, anxiety etc. Can be a little scary at first,but you have the ability to turn the lights on and off and check your surroundings. Rest and lay back and meditate on what you want in your life that is positive and breathe out the negatives. Staff is very nice, bring a styling brush for the ladies,the grooming room has everything,unless you want to bring your own products like at the gym.
Loved the lounge and the selection of teas to continue my relaxing moment.

Luxury experience for isolation tanks. You have all what you need and more to relax before and after like bathrobes and tea, and for grooming so you are ready to be in the outside world again. On the pricey side but totally worth it

Just come and float. Don't expect anything. Go in with zero expectations and just float. I've done it twice already and I will keep floating.

Huge Tanks that are like a large open Jacuzzi, in a room - not the narrow coffin type like a Sun Tan experience.

They supply everything you need in terms of a Shower, Robe, Toiletries with impeccable, well trained staff, lots of newbie instructions, hygienic & spotlessly clean.

If you want the best experience, its advantageous to begin in a Facility like this - if this place fails to ignite your passion for Floating, nowhere else will.

I have enjoyed over 125 Float Experiences around the World even though its been 20 plus years.

My only challenge is that I chose 2.5 hours for my first Session whereas I was probably wiser to have two separate sessions a few hours apart.

This was my first experience here & I love this place, worth the drive from LA & for me, when you get there they have an over abundance of parking & for me, just the town of Pasadena is 10mg Valium relaxing in itself...

Very nice & peaceful facility with a kind staff. The float experience was wonderful & truly relaxed my mind and entire body. For anyone who still needs info, the rooms are truly Private & you can lock your door after entering. Therefore, there is Really no need to bring a swim suit, etc. The actual Epson salt water felt magnificent "like slippery light gel" against my skin once lying inside the tank. The grooming rm had everything i needed for my hair (hair gel, mousse and hairspray as well as a hair dryer). After, i enjoyed my Tazo Tea (nice variety) and Tranquil peace & quiet in the Relaxation lounge. What's truly great about this place is that no one is rushed to leave. They really want each person to feel relaxed & welcomed.

Loved everything about this place. The staff are super helpful, professional, yet down to earth and cool. The reception area is inviting and warm. I was skeptical about floating. While I enjoyed my experience, it's not for me. Maybe if I try it again, I might feel differently. Many friends have memberships and love it. I have nothing bad to report. The room is clean, the float was nice, the after room was enjoyable. Enjoyed a hot tea before heading back out. If I got a deal, I would try it again.
