The first time, I was very anxious. I was like, now what, and I counted backwards from 100 as they suggested. I reached 1 and I was so not settled. I finally settled, and the time was up. I knew I had to do it again. By the second time, I was able to drop into profound peace within ten minutes. It gets better each time I practice.
