Totally unsatisfied from Multilink. They are not providing safety & security of wallet balance. Since two months, they have blocked my panel balance due to malware attack. Not refunded till now. Now in lockdown time, they stopped recharge & BBPS. How shall we use the panel balance ?

We wanted to inform you that from IRCTC still we did not get Ticket cancellation refund in MOS bank account due to this we are unable to credit your Ticket cancellation amount in your panel.

So request you to please send mail from your irctc registered e mail id to agentcomplaint@irctc.co.in or cmd@irctc.co.in or agentadmin@irctc.co.in and write that you are not receive your Ticket cancellation refund from MOS because irctc not refunded to MOS bank account so kindly refund amount to Multilink.

Also Update You Account Details And Pan Card Number In Your Panel So Once We Receive The Amount In Our Bank Account So We Can Transfer The Amount To Your Account And For That Have To Raise A Ticket From Your Panel With Panel Owner Account Details ( Account Holder Name , Account Number , Bank IFSC Code And Bank Branch Name ) And Owner Pan Card Number So We Can Update The Same.

It's good to work with MOS company they have good services, and i have good response from my account executive, support ,training , my commission managing .

One of the worst travel industry. I have worked for them.. Salary is always late and not giving proper solution for their customer..and sometimes they ignore their customer if they didn't provide services.even if also delayed sometimes people don't get refund for 1or2 month.

My Rs:18450 is blocked in the panel and its been more than 10 months. They don't even reply to you mails and calls. Worst customer support. Stay away from this company. A complete fraud.

It is good for recharge platform. But not working BBPS. Customer care is in poor quality. Can't send email and no contact number. Hope they will improve customer service and will update all services, soon.

Most third class service provider, they deduct money from your commission that is completely yours. I have stopped using this third class, loathsome, deceitful company. I brought my ID form multilink and faced many problems like IRCTC Commission, Flight Price issue etc company has not solved my issue regarding IRCTC. Please think before investing. Please search on Google " miltilinkworld complaints" you find tons of complaint on website and also they are expert at changing their business name.

Particular executives are very bad... Especially ms.kavitha... Sho wont reply and she wont attend your phone call other wise the organization and their product of services are best..

3rd call service, they don't call you after getting your money

Customer service is extremely poor. How can you expect people to buy your platform if you have zero sense of how to behave with your future customers.
The lady who called me was very arrogant and was not in her sense while talking. She was just arguing one or the other way and when i told, the call is been recorded, she started speaking politely.
This is not how you deal with the future customers. I would recommend you guys to be aware and check the background before making any payment.

Very bad services and customer support. Please koyi multilink ke sath mat kam karo. Yeh company legal way par cheet kar raha hai. Iske against complain kaise kare. Sale ne 1 sal se commision nahi diya. Kam karba liye lekin commision nahi diya. Yeh company ka owner ka ghar ka adress koyi dega. Please?
