Floating for an hour in a warm Epsom Salt bath with no light or sound was deeply restful. I was so tired. My body was rested, it was my mind that was tired. I often walk around with a deep sense of confusion, because I sense so much (patterns, cycles, tones, color, and I'm constantly responding to every person and thing I see). Without the beautiful worlds stimuli, I was able to easily listen to my own deep self. :). The deepest rest for me was finally hearing me. I could have slept I was so relaxed, but I gently heard myself instead.

I also had a beautiful body relaxation for my spine. My two little herniated discs have more room in my spine as each vertebrae very slightly elongated and relaxed. Yay!

I highly recommend doing a float if this idea calls to you.

With softness, I will now more deeply enjoy the day!
