The company is thinking about themselves. They are not thinking about customer point of or driver point of view.
I am writing this review being a customer and driver.
as customer--Food is not on time and if it is ontime cold food is delivered, I complained to customer service but there is no use. As a customer I will not recommend this company as your delivery service.
As a driver huge loss, because we have to wait for the order for long time if can talk with customer service they immediately say that log off and go to home. They are not treating very well to the drivers, I am one of the victim.
I am not satisfied customer or driver, if they can fire me instead of making correct their mistakes, I will not even give one star.:(:(:(
