I understand logistics can be tricky, but if you get your food 2 hours after you order it, then it doesn't matter, right?

I have been using just eat for years, accepting constant cancellations of orders, delays, badges and again badges in customer service.

Now I'm done with just-eat, what a shame that a good concept can't be executed properly and what harm you get from being hungry and with a long nose - and the improbably poor customer service on telephony doesn't make things better.
