The original delivery time was 1 hour and 30 minutes after we ordered, but the food did not arrive until after 2 hours and 15 minutes. When the food arrived it was cold, dull and completely pressed together. It was possible to see the driver's GPS at least 3 other places before us which is probably why the food was cold. This is unacceptable and has resulted in us not going to use just eats service again, but choose to use Wolt or Hungry in the future. If I would complain about the food, just eat recommends that I contact the store (burger king) but do not think it is with them the responsibility lies when it is presumably during delivery that the food has been treated poorly and has become cold.
