Very amiable staff food and atmosphere and comfortable

Great for gaming but need more restaurants with more options.

Great hotel service, view and lively environment. Rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned.

Asked for a room with a veiw and ended up with a cruddy one. What was booked online was not what we ended up with and had to reorganise rooms at the counter. Had a terrible night's sleep due to an extremely soft mattress and was disappointed with our room service dinner. Garlic bread was burnt as were the nachos. For a total spend of nearly $300 I definately won't be back. The most annoying thing was that this was meant to be a little treat, a night off with no intention of going out. To rest a relax! In summary one word, "disappointed"

Good venue for conferences. Always has good shows on.

Great service and accommodation. No request is too small or large. Definitely worth staying at when on the coast.

Visited for a week with family including 2 grand kids aged 4 & 5 years old. Had an awesome experience. Visited the Dream World for 2 days in succession. Missed the 3rd day due to weather conditions. Enjoyed Visit to sea world for a day trip. Spend day on Broad Beach. Great experience highly recommended for a holiday visit.

We were here a few years back and at the time, we ensured we got a hire car to drive around. Better than taking public transport which is just as bad as taking a taxi.

We came to this establishment during the worst times when Queensland experienced the torrential floods. Our flight from Melbourne was diverted to Brisbane, as the weather was just that bad we couldn't land. The airline at Brisbane took us back on a mini-bus back to Coolingatta Airport and that took an hour or so out of our holiday experience.

Once we got the hire car which was another hour; we end up at Jupiters and found the weather to be humid and wet at the same time from the heavy wind and rain. The car park facility was superb with a security smart card that allowed a sense of security for the guests.

Upon our arrival, the hotel room did not look like the one we saw on the website where we had initially booked. We tried to get a room that was shown on the website, but the staff management told us that they were in the process of upgrading and they weren't really ready for guests.

Once we got into our hotel room, I just thought at that point.... what the hell did we just walk in to? The room decor looked as though it was from the 1970s and 1980s.... I'm sorry but the room was crap really. We asked for a queen, but instead to single beds... what a joke. I had to push both singles together.

The only thing that was considered modern was the mini bar fridge, though the prices were just as ridiculous as it was with the entire experience.

I would not recommend going back to this place unless you are absolutely desperate and to experience the casino which is by comparison to Melbourne's Crown Casino just dismal.

The entire place especially indoors needs to keep up with the times....

Love this place, the bars are awesome fun if a little busy on the weekend. The gaming floor is really diverse and is a huge space with its own food and two large bars, so there's not much more you'll need to leave for

The recent refurbishment has done wonders. The atrium feels lighter, the change in layout gives a sense of more space.

The gaming floor has also been rearranged and again feels lighter, fresher and more modern. A big improvement on my last visit.

Lost $40 to a bloke on war but still had fun with my mates! Great casino lots of gambling tables, bars and dining options

The restaurants cafes and bars are top notch and the staff are great. If you want an interactive casino experience I wouldn't bother though unless you're happy with gaming rather than actually playing against a dealer. A lot of the roulette type games were on screen. I want to play at a table with a bit of banter and human interaction. I can game at home.

Place is a pit. Crown casino wanabee. Was going to drop a few grand but wasnt allowed in on a 37 degree day with a singlet

Great venue, mostly friendly staff. Roulette staff was a bit sad for some reason

Attended a show in the theatre. It's an awesome venue, quite intimate, with most of the audience close to the stage. Beware, the parking at the casino is a nightmare.

Food & service at the Imperial was excellent .

I can only really comment on the Garden Kitchen & Bar as that's where i was the majority of the time. I hadn't been before but it was really nice and had a good atmosphere.

Fantastic renovation. Don't try the nachoes tho the chef doesn't know what good nachoes is. The garden restaurant was good. Atmosphere great. Bar 19 great. Busy and fun.

The breakfast was alright but not worth The $30 per person

Fairly decent place, was a but small on the casino floor, and my absolute rewards card apparently does not work between casinos

The seafood buffet is fantastic and very well priced given what is available, bugs, prawns and crab as well as plenty of salads and roast meat also. Arrive early to avoid long waits.

Room with a good view and comfort. The mattress was comfortable too. There was no bath, so it was only a shower. It is saved that USB is usable for outlet.

More details need to be available to the public about buffet hours as we went yesterday to find out that it is closed for lunch on Thursdays. Food court ok but nothing to rave about. Staff also need to learn about food prep as food was handled with bare hands.

The new renovations makes the place more lively and vibrant also the new variety restaurants makes it more enticing to visit

Absolutely beautiful building. Staff are something to be desired and long waits for drinks. Bars could do with a wipe down between service. Local crowds can present a little rough.

The number of pokie machines is staggering, like 1000sqm of it. It feels like a pub. Only 4 baccarat tables in total in operation while i was playing.

Amazing flab absolutely enjoyable why its the staff that makes it work cleaners,bartenders,security,croupiers, housekeepers,valet,attendants and management being on first name bases makes our stay very welcoming the views wow food oh my god I am a local everyone makes you feel special thanks Star Gold Coast

Food venue is good. A bit boring some nights. Expensive drinks.

Good buffet but the hotel is a bit dated however it is getting a massive makeover so can't wait for that. Inside the casino there is a new food, bar and games section. For the new food section the menu looks like they have taken 1 good dish from many countries and put it into 1 menu. Which is good when you go there often and want to try something new all the time. Not sure if they rotate it or change it up from time to time. The bar was very popular and has more seating than the old one. The new game section has better and more comfortable seats and nicer machines.

Just stayed overnight for the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were amazing letting me check in early and upgrading our room free of charge. The club suite was awesome, same goes for the complimentary breakfast at food fantasy

Some good movies on Monday two different movies, 10am and 2.00pm latest. . Free for members.

The staff were friendly although not much to see and do here compared to Sydney. Had the buffet and they ran out of Morton bay bugs! That s why we went so we can try all the cray fish for the price you pay to eat at the buffet you expect everything to be fully stocked

As usual a fantastic night at the Star, dinner was top quality, Jon Stevens show awesome, staff first class!

Was great. Seems like they've done some improvements.
