Jupiters Hotel & Casino- Echo Entertainment Review

Great sports bar for watching the north London Derby. The star was buzzing on a saturday night with something for everybody.

First time we have been...not as large as i was expecting after seeing other casinos on usa..but it was ok due the the fact having a win on 3 different machines that paid for lunch.

Very luxurious, friendly staff, great facilities and great restaurants. One thing a bit disappointing is they charge for bottle still water

It's a casino. It had gambling. It is also seemingly under renovation. Not the best selection of games but good enough.

Jupiters is a great place to catch up for a drink with friends.

gives a welcoming vibe and has different entertainment venues to go to. Highly recommend

It's a good place for having a few drinks with your mates.

I stayed here with my family and I did not like the experience and I am very disappointed in the service. I will definitely NOT be coming back.

Good buffet when the kids are free during school holidays. Otherwise it's too expensive.

Walk in give them the money over the counter and walk out waist off time and money $1000 give you one hour on poker mashins entertainment if you lucky

I used a casino.
I enjoyed the casino experience in a gorgeous atmosphere.
I couldn't win much, but the fellow I went with won about 1.2 million yen in Japanese yen, so I gave a toast.
Since the dealers here are civil servants, they didn't take chips.

I enjoyed Sunday lunch with some friends at The Star, great food and atmosphere. A great afternoon in a lovely venue.

Thought we would try lunch as we are locals. Lady at reception desk was eating and had her mouth full of food as she answered our enquiry. Food in sports bar was of a low standard. Would never go again.

A bit disappointed with the Star. Considerations with the current renovations. Arrived at 3pm for a drink. Could not locate a bar. Found the kiosk near the entry. Ordered two beverages. Waited over 30 min to be advised they lost our order. Then to wait an additonal 15min for the beverage.

Super cool place. The renovations have worked wonders.

Sad to see the monorail go though!

A bit old and dated now. Needs further refurbishments to bring it on par with other offerings.

The choice between incredible outdoor and indoor space keeps the night interesting. The gambling machines allow to play from as little as one dollar and offer the one or two winning experience. Please stay responsible though The Star is a great recommendation for Tourists and Locals - It always has something to offer

I had a less than satisfactory customer service experience.

Went into the casino. I like the atmosphere there and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Considering how cold it was outside it would have been nice to make the casino a little bit warmer.

The rooms are amazing after the hotel's much needed revamp. A new lease on life for this Gold Coast icon.

Wow what a wonderful buffet you have. I went there last week with my family it was great from the front cashier Lesley with a hug smile and she always welcome our guess. I have been there a few times and it is always very nice ,love seeing the old faces. And when we leave always get a goodbye and how was everything . Great work Harvest. Thank you Lesley keep smiling.

The suite was beautiful, the caviar interesting, the steak was amazing and the cocktails, wine was top notch

Went last week to watch a big game, in sports bar.
Checked before we went our game was on the big screen just b4 game found it wasn't.
We weren't to happy BUT the manager arranged for us to watch game with sound on a side screen, and came and checked on us to see if we were OK, didn't note guys name (sorry should of done so), this was 1am Monday 27 July, your manager, turned around unhappy group of customers into a appreciative group of customers, just with his customer service, just wanted to recognise, his efforts on your behalf.

We have been frequenting Jupiters for a few years now and always have a great night. The decor could do with a bit of an upgrade but the service is phenomenal, we particularly enjoy the canadian twins who often make us delicious cocktails in the Quid bar (it is a little hidden but worth the hunt!). Their $10.50 cocktails are a fantastic deal, now if only we didn't lose more on the blackjack!

Had a fun night at the star on the weekend. The garden had a super fun vibe and atmosphere. Nicely decorated and good food and drink options. The nineteen looked pretty cool and fancy but preferred the garden.

The location was a bit out of the way if not parked within ots own car park. I only visited the casino and bar. Both the casino and bar were visually pleasing while also providing everything we were looking for. The casino was well structured and designed, allowing for easy movement between tables and machines without worrying about making way for others. The bar was reasonably priced, and a relaxing scene. Its location is perfect due to how close it is to pacifc fair, alowwing for easy access to shops to spend any winnings.

My wife and I stayed Saturday night at the Star casino and hotel. We were in the executive rooms which come with complimentary breakfast as well as giving access to the executive lounge on the lobby level. There is also a happy hour from 5 to 7 pm for adults in the lounge so we went along and were spoilt with cold champagne and tasty nibbles - especially lovely scallops on a pea sauce. Two of the staff in attendance deserve a special mention -Sue and Graeme as they were super attentive and welcoming. Very enjoyable activity before we attended our function.

Nice and compact casino. Plenty of gambling and entertainment options here, with convenient monorail going up to the main part of the beach, Broadbeach Oasis Shops. Walkway to the beautiful Gold Coast Convention Centre as well

Great facilities. Staff are overall helpful although not informed enough about the facilities and the opening hours. Had a security guard that was very rude.

We went done in the new nineteen restaurant the food were amazing and the service excellent especially the one who assisted us

Visited on Thursday to find that most of the restaurants were closed, we found a snack bar which was good food and service

The food fantasy buffet is still fantastic after all these years. Was a massive queue for a Monday Lunch which I can put down to their September promotion but worth the wait.

We ate the Food Quarter last night and my meal was revolting, I thought fish,chips and salad was a safe bet,but the fish was battered watery slop, the salad was limp lettuce with 1 cherry tom, won't be back.

I had a really nice stay here for a conference. The rooms have been recently updated and are clean, modern and pretty spacious. The views over the coast are great from the upper floors. Great pool and well equipped gym. If it tickles your fancy you can have a punt all night long in the casino as well.

Rooms are very fresh and clean, beds and pillows are heavenly.

Staff are so friendly and made our stay every bit special. Had a bottle of wine brought upto our room for our anniversary and chocolates such a sweet touch.

Array of resturants onsite to choose from, great cocktails and pool area & bar is great.

Will be back for sure

Pretty good overall, much better than Brisbane but Melbourne and Sydney still better

Went to the Garden Bar for lunch. The menu was well priced and the food was delicious!

(Edited review) Renovated and looking modern with great facilities.
Casino has had a make over and restaurants to suit different budgets and tastes.
Hotel rooms have also been renovated and have a modern feel, comfortable beds and great service.
