We have been here many times over the last 10 years and we love the service...

The only disappointing thing was the restrictions on the restaurants...

Work function, I wasn't paying so no comment on cost. Rooms are nice, aircon can be difficult to get right because you can't open windows for fresh air. Check in staff are really good and professional

Was all right.. some nice big screens and ambience.. not much to do but worth a quick visit though

Well presented establishment, great for dinner with ample parking and entertainment.

Just had a few drinks in the bar area after a work function. It's a nice place to hang out for a few casual drinks.

Love it. Comfortable rooms. Super comphy beds. Entertainment and food. Gambling for those that like too. Dripping money but ok for us lower class folk too.

Nice food and drink.Great environment and friendly service. So overall it is a great experience to have dinner here

Two female staff members in Food Quarter called "Morgan" and "Nicole" gave me the worst customer service of my life. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and would never dream of treating a customer the way they treated me. They have terrible attitudes, tried to argue back to a customer rather than come up with a solution. One of the girls is a manager I'm pretty sure as well. Due to the fact they have horrendous attitudes and pretentious demeanours, I left the casino without gambling after my food due directly to the bad service from these two. Everyone else in Food Quarter gave great service except these two. I intended on gambling a few hundred dollars but instead left without gambling anything after receiving disgusting customer service from "Morgan" and "Nicole" on the evening of 04/01/2019.

Staff friendly. Walking distance to Pacific Fair Shopping centre. A variety of restaurants to choose from for dining. Easy access to bus and tram line. Clean modern amenities. Love this place.

Went for the Lunchtime Buffet at Harvest Bistro for the my wifes Birthday. The food whilst presented ok was tasteless some was cold,the prawns were frozen thawed very hard to peel, the beef and the lamb chops were tougher than old boots.On the only good side the pork was nice and tender and the dessert was nice. Not a real good experience for a birthday treat.Sorry to say will not be eating there again.

We went to the Star Casino on Sunday to watch a free movie, and then again on Monday for another 2 free movies, followed by lunch. We loved it.

Nice place for adults. A bit dated but going to be updated soon for commonwealth games!! Hopefully will be able to compete with crown casino after upgrade. Good variety of good restaurants. Generally recommended for adults! :)

These guys were the direct reason why a $5 billion brand new casino was rejected by Anastasia Palaszczuk which was to be built by a competitor located on the Spit at the Gold Coast. Getting government in to block direct competition is not on.

Limit choice in tables. Sky city Auckland is better.

I took my family put to M & G Cafe & Bar, the food was quite good the atmosphere was relaxed.
The staff were helpfully and kept calm during a busy service period which showed a level of professionalism I rarely see in cafe's.

Improved a great deal since we visited a couple of years ago.
Found a good deal which included breakfast, which was one of the best we have had anywhere world wide.
Good size clean, tidy and quiet room (level 10).
Pool area large with spas, and plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas. Bar drink and food service out there also.
Only negative is parking chaos in evenings, and even locating ramps to other levels, good luck.

A large hotel and casino complex. It s worth becoming a member of the casino to get the benefits on food , drink etc.

Bars were ran perfect for the football, and loved how you could see it at while having gambling.

As a guest, competing for parking, access to restaurants etc with the general public, is a bit annoying. Rooms are nice, but not great. If you can get a good deal, it's a good option. At full price, many superior choices at Broadbeach.

Brilliant! The upgrade is a huge improvement, roof top area for the younger generation is gorgeous, food was fabulous. Well done.
