I usually dread any form of clothing shopping but shopping at G-star was a very pleasant experience. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The store is well-kept, the changing booths clean and comfortable. Also the jeans are very comfortable and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I will only buy my jeans here anymore.

The store is pretty big and has a nice variety of clothes. The staff is very helpful to show you and find the nicest fit for you offering honest opinions.

Super helpful service, great selection of jeans and clothing and free drinks while you shop. The jeans fit nicely and are really comfortable. Amsterdam is the home of G-Star and this store knows how to do it right. Will come here again whenever I need new jeans.

Clothing remains somewhat pricey, but the staff is excellent. I was kindly and patiently helped until I had a model with the right size and fit. Very nice.

Very bad customer service. If you need to do a refund they avoid it and they said they are franchise store and you have to contact customer service by phone if you want a solution. It seems they are working with individual commission. You have lost one more customer.

What I just do not understand is that a shirt or t-shirt is only S or M size and that there are no common sizes L or xl. What is on the shelves is all there is.

Expensive but nice denim in downtown Amsterdam. Staff were helpful.

Very friendly staff. Will be happy to help and offer you a drink right away. Also nicely helped with choosing a size that was not in sight. Neat shop.
