Jupiters Hotel & Casino- Echo Entertainment Review

Great place!! I have been here a number of times and every time it's been a blast. It's very professional and the concierge couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable about the Hotel and Casino. Every where you go things are in great order i.e. no rips in any chairs, no chipped paint etc. The staff are very professional and there is plenty of parking. It's also quite well set up for the disabled access.

Overall, great hotel for a weekend or holiday of shopping, entertainment, and dining, with good hotel amenities.

Fantastic river/city views, dining establishments, entertainment, parking facility and location.

Good room facilities, cleanliness standards and services.

A shame that there are no beach view or direct beach access.

We stayed here ,experienced some fantastic moment .over all good hotel.

Great place to stay when on the Goldy ,really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Was great stay there after so many years. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Parking is also free which is a added. There was boom gates there before that was a real nuisance. The club sand which at the 24hr cafe is AMAZING!!!!

1hr line up to get in, then a 30min line up to order from bar, then back lining up for 30m to get next drink! The Star has lost the plot

Since their new branding and change The Star looks up to date and modern. I visited the casino part of The Star and enjoyed myself. Lots of tables to play and plenty of bars to get a drink.

Back to Cucino Vivo for dinner with friends and as always the food & service was excellent

I stayed at the star casino last weekend I had booked through a central reservation site when I arrived room was ready for 2 adults although I had booked for 3 adults a lot of rearranging rooms and we got a room about an hour later room was good but had to pay with debit card for a deposit on mini bar ect left Sunday morning it is now Thursday night still no money back in account not happy as we paid over $600 for 2 nights what does the star hang on to this money's to make interest off. Will never stay there again

Enjoyed it, but used none of the facilities. Close to the exhibition centre!

Expected a lot more now that it changed its name. Very limited and expensive eating options with terrible decore. I have seen better layouts in an RSL. Not really worth it unless you are desperate to gamble....

How poor for the Gold Coast's only Casino - Atrium Bar Closed - Garden Bar closed - 45 min wait for Food Fantasy and then food quality so poor - Soup cold Roast meat cold - selection very poor - kids with their hands in every thing and no adult supervision - I doubt this would pass any quality control suprised I was not sick this morning. Never to return will spend my money else where.

The recent refurbishments have truly worked wonders here, the family thoroughly enjoyed the variety in the buffet restaurant and the service and food was top notch. Thank you for a great evening out.

Clean, as good of service as you're going to get in Oz, great "garden bar", trendy crowd, multi-bars throughout and good location next to the Broadbeach strip

We went to see a show - The Merchants of Bollywood - so arranged to have dinner beforehand. We chose Cucina Vivo and enjoyed the meal, the setting and the service. The show was excellent - high energy, entertaining and a great spectacle.

The parking at this place is a absolute JOKE it's an insulting ...

Depends on what you're looking for but the upgrade is worth a sticky

The 1st time we have been to the Casino. Leo Sayer Show was great. Staff with whom i interacted were very professional and courteous. A very positive night.

Food Fantasy went out of their way to cater for my son's dietary requirements. Awesome food and amazing service.

Drinks were unnecessarily expensive. Staff seemed bored and unenthusiastic.

The building so big but the casino so small, not much to play, sydney s better !

still same as last time no wins, no decent food drinks over priced and there is no point in being a member because u get jack for it and since star sydney has taken over it s even worse they need money for the reno s that is why people r losing and so many people complaining that they can not win $2 so sad

Loved it, only issue was couldn't go in casino with neck tattoos, great food, stayed for two nights room was excellent would definitely stay there again

The atmosphere was pretty good went for New Years Eve the food was pretty good the dumpling place that we went to only had one cash register open due to a technical fault but the staff there were pretty fantastic and was speaking to the customers and keeping them occupied and acknowledged while they worked on the issue

We didn't stay, just enjoyed a few visits to the casino, payouts are way better than the Brisbane casino.

Great Hotel at a good location! 5-10 mins drive to Surfers Paradise..

Great night spot. Friendly staff and especially helpful when the security staff aren't there to harass you and have a power trip.

Parking was a nightmare and we had to rush to make the start of our show. The bar service at the theatre entrance was not very fast. Some people had difficulty identifying the row and seat numbers in the front few rows.

Great rooms but renovation was frustrating. The new rooms are really nice and modern.

Room service is relatively fast but it did miss a few things like my toast some mornings.. no big deal.

Sat at the pool but had to deal with Jack hammers.

Will visit again but after the renovations.

Rooms have been upgraded and are so much nicer. Buffet breakfast is standard with fresh omelets available.

Jupiters has always been a different environment Very Gold Coast which set it apart from other Hotel / Casino complexes. The atmosphere as you walked in and especially Spinners restaurant set it apart and gave it a unique ambience. Unfortunately the recent changes and closure of Spinners are disappointing to say the least. It just feels like walking into any old RSL Club or Surf Club now. Bring back Spinners and don't expand The Food Fantasy Buffet. There is nowhere to just turn up at any time and get a decent meal without booking ahead. Spinners was ideal in that regard and the food was always spot on. Casual but classy. Buffets are terrible with everyone breathing over and coughing into the communal food. Such a shame to go generic instead of keeping the Holiday / Gold Coast vibe. We used to love it there because of Spinners but now we will not go there. No Spinners, no us. We drive up every year from Melbourne and look forward to Spinners specifically. Very poor decision. Bring Spinners back.

Fantastic value for money all round I recommend it ,pretty much do everything

As far as casinos go it's all right. Nothing to rave about

Customer service is great but machines are rigged. Example you bet big then when you do get a spin, payouts are tiny. Not worth the travel or the fuss for us to get here. Regretting it already :(, hopefully it picks up or never coming back.

Has the demand to run more than 1 poker table of each stake. Should really have at least 2 of each. It's a long wait as it stands. Alright if you're wanting something to kill time.

A regular casino that is a bit overrated. Good but not great. Not Las Vegas like for sure
