Terrible place to gamble or have fun. Been playing here for about 7 years or more and when I play, I bring about $200 to $300 plus WEEKLY. I have never won over $400. I have NEVER HAD A HAND PAY. An it seems like everyone who wins lives out of town. Too many new machines they just recently got and now the people who come to play are paying for those smh.

I ll keep spending my money across the bridge at the Isles....at least I can win something and smoke and drink cheap. I recommend you all do the same. If I could give ZERO STARS... I most definitely would!!

I was there for a wedding. The ceremony was outside on a patio with a lake in the background. Very nice. Banquet room was also nice. Food was average.

Big negative was that the restaurant with breakfast buffet is located inside the casino area so we weren't allowed to eat there because we had people under the age of 21. Bad planning and very inconvenient for our wedding group. They had a small "cafe" but it had a VERY limited selection.

The casino has gotten lazy. You do expect to be fleeced at a casino, but the games provide less and less theater and entertainment. Even the ATM machines are greedy, charging you a $4 transaction fee despite how much you'll be spending there. The casino area is also naturally designed to disorient you so that it's a slight pain to get your bearings about where the exit is.

Not impressed. Hotel room was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were scratchy. The front desk staff is on the low end of friendliness and helpfulness. Went to grab a drink at the bar before our uber arrived and it took 12 mins before someone showed up (there were maybe 8 other people in the bar/restauraunt area).

One of the best casinos in the Quad Cities. Though, if you enjoy smoking while gambling you can't do that except on boats. There is a designated smoking room that vents out smoke and is atleast heated in the winter.

The buffet is good but apparently they only have a breakfast buffet on weekends. Their buffet is a tad pricey but if you get a player's card (which is free) it drops the price a bit and kids can eat there now as well. There's an entrance that isn't directly inside the casino.

Their hotel rooms are nice enough, on-board with the other newer hotel/casinos in the area. You'll want to book in advance if you're trying to get a room on a holiday and weekends can get booked up quick as well so plan in advance.

It is highly disappointing that a person under the age of 21 cannot eat at the players buffet. I can understand that the goal of this establishment is to rake in money, but to what end? How much business are they turning away for their buffet if they are turning away 25% of their customers ages 1-80? Highly frustrating.

Cool

One of the nicest, and best looking buffets I have ever seen. I was here for a faimly dinner, and while the wait was rather unreal the food was excelent. The over all design and layout was wonderfull. You must try the baccon cornbread mac and cheese its to die for. And their gelato is fresh, decadent and made in house. A must try!

Fun.

A superior quality buffet is the hallmark of James's. We go there monthly for the surf and turf and it never disappoints. Not real excited about the new machines going in and replacing the old machines, but we normally get decent play for our money.

My wife and I (being 73 years old) were very impressed with this casino/hotel pertaining to their coronavirus precautions. Kudos to Jumer's staff and management for their efforts to provide a safe and entertaining experience. They've never let us down.

No stale smoke! This very clean casino had us stay a little longer than just a quick bathroom break. Had a great time playing without someone else's second hand smoke.
Definitely plan on visiting again.

Completely mediocre experience.

Completely mediocre experience.

The mixed drinks are miniscule and the games tight-fisted.

Waited in line for more than 20 minutes for a surf and turf buffet that was run into the ground.

The food was over prepared and under seasoned, the selection was well picked over and presentation was lackluster.

Honestly, the mess halls in Iraq served better food. And the servers there spoke better English.

Skip this place and visit one of the many quality restaurants and attractions in the area!

We went to Jumers to gamble at the casino. The staff at the door and at the bar were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and it is one of my favorites in the area because you can't smoke insides like you can at the two casinos in the iowa part of the quad cities.

We went there for the buffet. It was 14.99 a person for lunch. Highly recommend that you sign up for their player's club. It's free and sometimed you get coupons in the mail. Buffet had a variety of items including a Chinese line, ham and pastrami. The mashed potatoes were probably the best I have ever had. They had a wide array of desserts including various cakes, pies and gelato.

Nice renovation - lofted ceilings with modern design; families beware: double rooms do not have tubs (showers only); registration staff wasn t overly friendly and gave us some false information about the breakfast hours.

Building is laid out such that you need to go through the casino floor entrance to reach the players club buffet. Despite this, food is the right temperature, the buffet is maintained clean and the seating area are pleasant.
