VERY DISAPPOINTED with the hotel. We had a junior suite room. At the very least I expected the room to be clean and it was not. Cob webs on the windows, hair in the jacuzzi, the table was dirty, the gray cloth lined bench at the end of the bed had white spots on it, right next to the toilet there was a poop stain on the floor....&& after 11 there s absolutely no food available. No vending Machines or anything. For the price we paid for one night it was NOT worth it. Complained immediately about the cleanliness of the room and the only thing they could do is take $20.00 off our room rate. We will not be returning. Save your money.

Overall a good place. It's clean and has what you'd expect from a casino. It doesn't get 5 stars from me because I printed a voucher that was offered to me through the card member kiosk for the buffet that they refused to honor because the buffet was being offered that evening at a discount.

In my opinion, no business should refuse to honor anything that they have offered a patron. Any limitations on offers should be stated clearly and in advance rather than just renege on the offer at the time the customer attempts to take advantage if what they've been offered.

It should be made aware that this is a non-smoking facility way more than it currently does. No microwaves in room. And granted i was there on a tuesday mid-morning but summertime.. we were literally the only 3 under the age of 40.

We have not stayed in the hotel or eaten in the upscale dining area.

We had the buffet dinner on Labor Day Monday. It was a very good meal, with an emphasis on BBQ that day ( including brisket, back ribs, pulled pork), plus the usual things like carved pork loin, fried and rotisserie chicken, various hot and cold salads, a pasta dish, a small selection of Chinese food, soup, salad bar, etc. Non alcoholic beverage was included, as was a large dessert bar.

All food was hot and we found many items we enjoyed. Weekday dinner price is currently $18 unless you have discounts of some kind. That day it was half price for Players Club members. They have a Senior breakfast buffet special on Monday and Wednesday mornings that is very reasonably priced and has a nice selection. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Although I think the Davenport Casino has a larger selection of dishes in their Buffet, we have always found good food at Jumers.

This is a nice, large Casino complex: well maintained, smoke free, the large parking lot accommodates RVs or trucks, plus a covered parking area.

Nice and spacious. Valet parking. Lots of different slots to choose from. If you join their club you can get free gifts or buffet vouchers. Even reduced rates on the rooms, which I hear are quite nice.

The food that's prepared there was awful to look at and taste was very bad and the chicken seem like that they put it into the oven to cook it again and then bring it back out horrible horrible.

The cafe service was the worst. All staff were poorly motivated. Food was good but waited 45 min for it. Appetizer came out with our dinner. Asked 2x for napkins and water and refill on soda. Waitress never asked how it was. She charged me for a free refill on my soda. Didn't bother complaining.. the staff clearly didn't care.

My stay was just OK because, the only good thing I can say was that I slept good in the king size bed. However, this place is over priced. The rooms dont have a microwave not to mention I love my coffee in the morning. I had to get fully dressed to go down the hallway to get coffee. Plus my husband had to go from the 4th floor to go out and smoke. Why don't one side of this building have walk out decks/patios for smokers .
The next time I'm down this way I will stay at stoney creek which has an adult pool free breakfast and much more amenities for half of what we paid at jumers.
Jumers has a 3ft pool no free breakfast plus the suite with no jacuzzi was 209.00. What a
waste of money.
My fault for letting my husband make reservations. He was frantic to get away plus, I was busy working and couldn't tell him about stoney creek before he up and made plans and reservations. Soooooo with all that being said good bye Jumers. No referrals from me. Plus I didnt gamble on those losing slots. We went to fish at the Mississippi river and lakes in our boat. They have a lake behind the building but, you're not allowed to fish in there. Really!!!

Stopped by to do some gambling on my way through the quad cities. Great casino with tons of table games and slots. Smoke free in the entire casino is also a huge plus. Beverage stations were nice with large cups and the entire place looked really clean.

Casino staff very rude. Food at the Blue Square Cafe staff were friendly but the food was not that good. Order spaghetti Parm and the meat balls were tough to chew and the noodles still had a crunch to them.

Funny how a casino that is in a state that just started issuing temporary paper IDs won't accept a paper ID accompanied with a valid expired license. Better off just spending your money at the new casinos in Iowa then mess with this joke.

Stopped by on a Sunday evening during a road trip. Was mostly interested in the dining options. The buffet unfortunately was closed (around 8pm) but the blue square cafe was open. Lots of food for the money although options are limited. The ribs were surprisingly good.

Jumer's has a buffet that we prefer over the other casinos in the area, due to the variety and themes throughout the week. Mid week three Casino has a laid back atmosphere and there is space available at many of their table games.
