Jumer's Casino & Hotel Reviews

My boyfriend and I recently visited the buffet and we're extremely disappointed. We called and listened to the menu recording for Monday and it said they had Asian food, ribs, steak, ham and potato bar and when we got there not only did the price go up to 17.99 plus tax a person but didn't have any of the food I just listed and was told the Asian station was closed on Mondays.. We literally ate only Mac and cheese and some chicken for 40$. I've never been so disappointed especially since I braged about how decent the food and selection was and my bf had never eating there, I was embarrassed!!!!!!

The rooms were nice and the food was good I just wish the slot machines gave me some money back instead of eating it all!

20 minutes I've waited for someone to fix the machine that broke down on me and is holding my ticket. Not very fun

Clean, smoke free, staff is welled trained polite and professional.

Large casino, nice hotel rooms, good food, a little pricey, upscale dining available

The rooms are amazing but I don't like that there is no coffee pot in the room.

Stayed at hotel. Confusing entrance. Room was clean and ok. Buffet food was terrible. Overcooked, bad taste, nothing fresh.

Completely crap! Everything closes by 10pm except Casino Bar which closes at 3am, pizza was decent but staff was quite rude. The management of this place needs to be removed asap and replaced with at least recent school grads. Worst experience not to mention online through Expedia was $130 yet at the desk its $230. Unless management squares up tomorrow morning I won't be returning. Worst Casino/Hotel experience ever!

I was attending a wedding reception for my boyfriend's cousin. I had a great time. The tables were beautiful, the service was friendly, there was plenty of parking, the room was huge.

Jumers has a lot of different games to play, we enjoy the free play, free gifts, and love the good buffets. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful room. Friendly staff. I just don't understand why there isn't an entrance to the buffet that doesn't involve crossing the casino floor. Because of that, we couldn't go since our daughter is under 21.

Smoke free which makes for a great atmosphere. Wonderful buffet.

The buffet was lackluster,bland especially the Asain section. Only 8k payout in winnings in the last week,and its accurate the slot machines are stingy and mean.

The rooms are never clean when I come. I have seen bugs and pizza crust from the last guest. Very disappointed.

The room was not clean found blood in the bathroom the floor were dirty the toilet was filthy the curtains were ripped was not happy with this was the room when I checked in was not clean this is the room when I checked in not clean at all it was a joke

Went for the buffet and to gamble a bit. Was very clean with clean facilities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were new to a casino and everyone was very helpful in getting us started. The buffet was good, a little pricey for what you get. Not enough 'staples' but a lot of more unique items for a buffet, like jalapeno cornbread mac and cheese. Huge variety of slot machines and a lot of tables for other games. We went on a Saturday night but it wasn't to busy to not have options for playing. All around a very enjoyable time.

Atmosphere was great. Casino was top notch. I bought a draft beer that was skunky, but they easily replaced it at no cost. Highly recommended.

It's easy to get to from the high way, has super good drink specials and tons of fun minigames on their slot machines.

Very nice casino and hotel. Extremely clean. Awesome buffet. Coffee is weak, needs to be richer. Other than that would recommend this casino 100%.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Buffet was ok. Not the best but worth the money. Casino was clean and payed out.

Gambling is fun, regardless if you win or lose. Small place inside, one floor to walk. It would be great to see Jumer's have 3-card poker with the bonus...very fun game. Overall, a great way to spend a few hours. We will be back.

The atmosphere here at Jumer's Casino & Hotel is exciting. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you with any questions or concerns. The buffet is just wonderful. There are many types of food and vegetables. Don't forget the salad bar with many different types of items to make your salad top notch. The casino has many varieties of gaming machines. They have a large Poker Room with different card games, but Poker is usually the name of the game eJumer'There are also other ta le games such as 21, raps a d roulette. I had a very enjoyable night with slots and the buffet. Also Jumer's had a gift give-away and to top off my night with an outdoor concert with the Beatles vs Stones showdown. (Tribute Bands) They were very good. I would make Jumer's Casino & Hotel a definite go to for a fantastic meal, and a fun, enjoyable night out.

Revisit - ended up going early in the day. Got there about 10 am. Wasn't too busy. Easy to get around. Good slot machines. Had Sunday brunch buffet which was pretty decent. Liked the dessert bar. Lots of options. Havent stayed over yet but plan to. Will probably use the spa at that point. Will update review later.

The food at the buffet is HORRIBLE. Service is bad. You may or may not get drink refills. They may or may not clean tables. The fried food smells like dirty oil.

We had a great time at Jumer's. They food was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We'll be back soon!

I visited here for a family wedding. Did not go into the casino area or the hotel. The ballroom where the reception was held was very nice and set up conveniently for eating and dancing. Bathrooms were right around the corner. Very clean and fancy.

Not alot of new machines gets pretty packed when they give away stuff

Just returned from a wonderful fun weekend at Jumer s Casino. So nice to be treated like a valued customer. Staff, rooms and gaming was great. Thanks for getting us out of the house.

Doesn't smell as bad as Rhythm City better place to eat little cheaper

That place is really nice to say but no smokeing in the room

The only thing good is the on smoking and the shrimp cocktails when they have them.

Super tight on slots. Better off throwing money in trash u might win more. Don't know how they stay in business

Excellent Friendly Staff. Slots are Fun, Table games have great dealers.

The concert was not good .the beverage lines were long.

Very friendly staff. Simi truck parking a huge plus!!! As a smoker I totally don't mind that it's a non-smoking casino. But nice to know they have a smoking area inside. Can't review the hotel or any of the restaurants. Definitely coming back.

Room is really nice! Very clean. Only down side was the AC unit wasn't very good

I love coming here to spend the night and play in the casino , I just wish I would win sometimes, it would make it more fun. I am always $50 or more down. But the food is good, (overpriced), and the pool and hot tub are nice.

We were there for an annual meeting. The room was overly warm and the regular coffee ran out before the meeting even started. I was never refilled. Not a great experience in their meeting room.

The buffet has a wide variety of delicious food at a reasonable price....it is a special treat to eat at this establishment!

Wait staff at there little cafe there terrible. Never even got served after a 20 minute wait at a table with one other couple in the restaurant.
Casino was very clean, but machines were tight (which is our fault for gambling). Players club manager was not friendly at all and did not treat the counter person helping us very well either. Do not waste your time, they are only interested in grabbing your money. Other area casino provided a much better experience... (we lost there too, but at least they made if a little fun)......................

I was able to enjoy this Lovely Hotel when it first opened and it was amazing the location the food the service the room was fit for a queen and that's exactly how I felt

Nice casino, free drinks, nice restruaunt, clean restrooms. One of our favourite casinos in the area. Also has a hotel if you want to stay the night. Most of the slots are new and digital with high resolution screens.

We visited the Jumer Casino for a wedding reception. The event staff seemed to be professional and receptive to our needs.

Not great. Players club desk closed, couldn't take advantage of new player sign up, machines outdated and too many progressives.

Very modern rooms. If you are staying for a conference bring a jacket because the meeting rooms are kept very cold.

This is the biggest joke of a casino we will never come back I go to have fun I absolutely did not have fun here it just took our money...

Machines were so tight no game bonuses were coming up. Food in the Blue Cafe or whatever it is called, was really good.
