Decent casino with a hotel ... It is usually busy . fun place .

Very nice rooms and the buffet was good.
It's a bit annoying that they make you walk through the front even though you are staying in the hotel because they count everyone. Want to go through the side because you are staying in the hotel and just want to get a bite.... Nope go around. I was staying for business and didn't gamble so I can't comment on that.

The hotel rooms are just okay but certainly not worth the $150 a night. The halls were dirty and there was food dishes laying out collecting flies. Stay in Iowa if you want a nicer place.

Only went there to play poker but it was a good experience. Nice ready flowing and clean layout. Hours are Illinois typical. Poker room has silly rules like no headphones/earplugs or phones/tablets at the table. Other than that the people were pleasant and easy going. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Hotel room is very nice and clean. NO microwave. No microwave anywhere in the whole Casino/Hotel/3 Restaurant according to front desk. Room includes 2 bottlea of Voss water... with a $6 price tag. They couldn't afford 2 bottles of water because they are so cheap but then leave them out shamefully and with a note. No one cares if you spent over $200 on the room, visited the bar and spent time gambling, they do not make anyone feel special. I have lived in Las Vegas and Detroit and have conducted buisness at several casinos across the country and this is my least favorite so far. I really want to see a better option offered in the Quad.

Great service, excellent rooms, the food there is far better than you would otherwise expect. Nice pool and hot tub and it's very conveniently located. Would recommend, highly.

Really enjoyed the time we were there and the buffet was great.

I was therw for an employee Christmas party. The drinks and snacks were yummy. The crafts and games were fun for the kids. They also loved getting gifts from Santa.

A nice variety of gaming and good food. The rooms are clean and very new looking.

My wife and I loved the buffet, the food was fantastic. We even made a lil money, the second time we come here and do good. We have yet to stay the night but so far we like what they have done with the new place.

Oh. Emm. Gee!! Had an awesome getaway with my Hubby. The room was very clean & we had a great view. The casino was very cool with a great assortment of awesome games. We also had the buffet... Honestly, it was less than stellar - except the dessert buffet. Especially for the high price tag.

This is the first smoke-free Casino I have been too, which isn't necessarily bad...... Just something I'm not use too. It is a very nice clean place, but the big downfall of the place is it closes and fairly early. People that gamble usually go at night time and if your one of those late night gamblers...... Look for another casino to go too.

They called meeting back today. And said they wold look into it again and call me tomorrow. Lets see how good they look into it.

Slots could be a little looser. Always a good time though.

Don't waste time or money here. Obviously trying to recoup their losses from covid. Very sad faces everywhere on those losing their money at breakneck speed.

Fun times!! Never fail to enjoy our visits here. Clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Now if I could only have a little luck to go with the fun!!

Players buffet was very good, and has a good gambling experience

Had lunch with the family, food was fresh and delicious.

The buffet is better than pretty much all other buffets I've been to. The food is better than most similar places, but still some foods are lackluster due to sitting under heating lamps. However, they always refill the food very quickly and a the employees were always pretty quick to ask me if I needed something refilled or a specific cut of meat. Some of the desserts were sort of dry, too. Drinks were always refilled quickly and dirty plates were taken away fast.

Great surf and turf weekend all you can eat buffet.

Might as well save your money at any of these three casinos in the Quad Cities go to any of these mom and pop shops little bit of payback and have some fun

Great place. Good ambience, very clean and updated place. Went to an event in their salon room, and it was a very large room for events. Good place all around.

Awesome hotel and casino. We had the junior suite and it is worth every penny. Very spacious with a comfortable king bed and even a balcony. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino was great. Very clean and non smoking. Great variety of slots and table games. The buffet was good. Lots of variety, and the food was good. I will definitely come back. I have nothing bad to say.

Buffet was less than acceptable as usual, but two family members complained about their stomachs afterward.Only machine that paid anything was Honey bear next to Foxys Revenge, aka the chicken game.

Very hard to get a drink in casino. Bar seemed understaffed and saw almost no waitresses walking around.

Room was good. Clean, quiet, wifi, nice shower, gaming area was clean and smoke free. The day we were there slot games were available however the gaming tables were limited. The restaurant was closed. The buffet was terrible. The food was dry and hard or cool. Not many choices. Staff limited. Server in the evening was nice. Staff in the morning for breakfast were not pleasant and we felt like we were an imposition. Due to our experience at the buffet we will not return.

We stopped to eat and play the slots. Have never been here before. The people we meet were very friendly and the works came by every few minutes to see if we needed anything to drink. It was very clean and very colorful. Enjoyed our stay.

I was contacted by Jumer's after I simply left 1 star as a review.
Apparently my review was insufficient.
My total stay time in this casino was about 15 minutes or less. After being treated rudely by two of their employees, I simply left.
There are other casinos in the immediate area. I'll spend my money where I am treated well.
I have zero desire to return.

The service of the servers at the Buffet is very attentive but the food was not as good for the price. I prefer a regular restaurant to the buffet.

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT. ALL THE STAFF AND ALL THE ACCOMADATIONS ARE SIMPLY EXCELLENT.

They really need to update their operating hours listed online. They state that the casino is open on Thursday night until 5am, yet for the last few months they close at 4:30am. I probably should complain, as it is for the best that I left at that time, every time I was ahead on my slot machine and might have put the money back.

Horrible. Had room reserved. But when I got there they didn't have one. So we left and just saved our money. They need to fix there problem.. Have to give one star but they don't even deserve that!!!

Do not recommend this place. This casino has beens declining these last few months in service, quality, and atmosphere. Poor food in buffet, long line for the over price buffet, and rude dealers. My recent experience there ended in a dealer at the roulette table being rude, making several mistakes, and being disrespectful. One spin during the game I hit two corner payouts but some how the dealer didnt see one win and cleared the chip from the table. I raised my concern to him when he removed one of my winning bet then he leaned towards me with a smerk on his face and said "No there wasn't" and kept on without explaining if my chip was moved to a different position. This is going to be the last time I go here and don't recommend this place to anyone.

Always clean, friendly staff, and quiet. The hotel rooms are far enough away from the casino to not have it be loud. Despite being a casino, it s still a family space with a swimming pool. My young daughter loves to stay there. We do too.
