Nice rooms very spacious newly remodeled. The buffet breakfast is very good. Large selection available. Weight room is adequate. Free weights, cardio. Etc.

Gambling in a smoke free casino and a very fun poker room. Food was great too!

We visited from cedar Rapids and we love it all slots food employees parking location. Our favorite slot would be gone fishing came out a winner after hours

Fun casino, lots of variety. Its a non smoking casino but if you are a smoker they have a patio. But ive won a couple of good jackpots here.

Always accommodating. Great rooms, always very clean. About 35 per cent of machines not working. Bringing in a lot of new ones it looked like. Can't wait to go back and see what they added.

Oh if I could give 0stars I would. I have never encountered such rude and horrible staff. Don t come here if you have medical issues. Rudest employees ever!!

This review is for the Casino *only*.

The casino has by far the worst selection of slot machines of any casino I've ever been to. The casino itself appears to be slightly larger than Rhythm City but the machine mix is pitiful. Add to that the new quasi-gaming machines that don't actually have denominations on the buttons (which should be illegal in my opinion) and the machines are just flat terrible. Add to all of this the abyssmal payout at Jumers (the same money lasted my wife and I 3-5 times longer at the other 2 area casinos). and it is simply best avoided if going for gaming alone. Stick to the Isle casino.

Attended a wedding reception... The venue and the food was wonderful. A very nice evening.

3 hour visit. I did leave a winner which is rare to be honest. Many new slots. I did have fun! Got ahead and kept playing and lost a bit and got ahead. I had fun! That is why I stopped. I needed a break. Was actually spoken to by a drink server twice!

We had an excellent buffet dinner at a very low price!! Had lots of fun playing a few casino games also.

They turn down the machines when they are giving away money. Like last night. I spent over 1,400 dollars and could not get one bonus on any machine I played. Will never return.

As many times I've been there i have not won. I feel like then machines are rigged

Very cheap, low payouts, alot of the favorite slots have been replaced like the Wild Cherry and Triple Stars.

Wide variety of slots but compared to other casinos, these were pretty tight, hardly any bonuses.

I am beyond grateful for this place I live in Chicago and I took a road trip to Nevada to pick up my stepdaughters to bring them here for Christmas on my way back home as soon as I crossed in to Illinois from Iowa my alternator died on my car I was stranded with 2 little girls and it was on Christmas Day and freezing cold outside the rock island sheriff took us here and explained our situation to a woman named Anna in the cafe she offered my stepdaughters hot chocolate and allowed us to stay in the cafe area until we had someone come pick us up all of the staff were amazing people and I can t even begin to explain what was done for us on Christmas Day they helped us out so thank you to the head of security for allowing me to leave my car parked in the lot until I was able to get it fixed thank you to the head of the gaming commission for checking up on us and making sure we were ok and most thank you for Anna and the man in charge for making sure that we were able to get something to eat you guys made my Christmas Day a wonderful one despite of the hard times that we re going on I do not remember everyone s name as it was a stressful and tiredsome day but if these people that helped me and my stepdaughters our on Christmas can get some recognition for they beautiful hearts please give it to them I am forever grateful to all of you

Great food at DJ's steakhouse. Smoke free is wonderful and the way it should be.

Ate at the buffet with family. They had a lot of seafood going on. If you like crab legs (I don't), this would be 5 stars automatically. The tri tip was ok, the steaks were overcooked. I found myself praying for some fried chicken or maybe something like egg rolls or fried rice. It wasn't there. For the price it was just ok.

This place sucks can't even catch and release fish in there pond after losing thousands of dollars.

Service was good. I didn't think it was appropriate to have the people that spent the night to have to stand in line outside to be checked. In to enter the casino. There should be a separate line for those people.

This place was easy to notice from the highway and they allow truck parking behind the building. It was very peaceful and quiet all night. just please be respectful and pick up your trash.

Slots have been very tight. They also had giveaways and diddnt have enough of items to go around. Only put 10.00 dollars on players card. What a rip off.

Quality facility with a very friendly staff the hotel rooms have recently been updated and are very nice. The selection if food options is great Tuesday through Saturday the steak house is to die for. The buffet does not allow children because it is on the gaming floor. The Cafe has some great burger options. Again I can not stress how great the staff is here

Pleasant as usual. ..had buffet. ...food was hot good and fresh...bathrooms a little lacking for some reason this trip....I'm sure a temporary situation. ....will follow-up in future visits to jummers. ...overall I would return. ....have a lucky day

I was at Jumer's Casino for a dinner meeting in a banquet room. The menu was pre-ordered with our reservation. After a salad of sadly wilted lettuce, the fish dinners were served. At least 20 minutes later, those with steak and chicken dinners were served. Everyone complained that the food was just lukewarm. The chicken was supposed to have a cranberry sage dressing - it was more like a smear of something (unknown origins) and the texture of the chicken was totally gross. The color was pink and it was encased with a layer of what I suppose was chicken fat. The green beans were crunchy hard and the red roasted potatoes had some kind of nasty seasoning that tasted like mold (I suspect white pepper, which should rarely be used in any type of cooking). The dinners rolls were nice, and they were served with real butter. The PA system was not adequate, so the talent of the presenters was wasted. This was truly an unacceptable experience.

I was a first time visitor and everyone was very polite and helpful. A server told me if I joined the player's club, I would get a play credit. I didn't win, but I had a good time.

A fun place to stay and relax. The drinks were a bit pricey for a casino. But it seems they are around the same price as the other casinos in the area. The hotel rooms are really nice and clean.

Food leaves a lot to be desired. Payout terrible. Won't go back!
