As a matter of fact. I spent 100$ on a machine without getting any return in any form and 200 on another with the same results. Not a bonus screen to be had. This was 2nd and last time I go to this place. Enjoy the 300$ jumers. You lost another customer.

Overall it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly including the lady at the front desk who let me borrow her cell phone charger. The room was clean and had very soft carpets. Really my only issue was the fact that the shower didn't drain well so there was standing water at the end. Overall a great stay though and would recommend.

The rooms are very nice. The casino is small and kind of tight. The steak place has decent food but its expensive. The problem is the food at the cafe and buffet is not good. Its tasteless, they dont use seasoning. I get free buffets, I leave the casino to buy food somewhere else.

None of it is worth the money. They take your deposit out of your account until they check the room. Our room was damanged when we stayed, but they chalked it up to the construction. The food is bland. We couldn't wait to leave

They have very extreme tight slots and I never ever win and only thing that was ok about Jumer's is there free pop and ice chips. Jumer's casino hotel sucks because they have very tight slots and its almost not fun or even the thrill is so disappointing

I've been going for 8 years I'm done the slots DO NOT PLAY I dont even have a good time here just disappointed everytime I leave. Instead of going here save your money and go to vegas you might actually win something there.

Needed a place to shut down for the night. Always felt safe here. Was just informed I can't park here because the casino is closed. During this stressful time finding places to park where a female trucker feels safe is limited. Thanks for not giving a damn.

Overall, this is a nice casino with an attached hotel.

The entire staff, managers to wait staff were very friendly and did whatever necessary to make our stay a pleasant one.

We rented several meeting rooms, had additional after hours cocktails and it all went off without a hitch.

The casino was well run and the dealers were very friendly and welcoming questions. I was surprised to find $5 tables almost all day. Huge difference to the casinos closer to the City.

This place is handling COVID horribly as far as the hotel is concerned! You have to wait in a line for the casino even if you re not going and it is incredibly poorly handled! The room itself doesn t have an ironing board or iron because they stated it was one more thing for them to clean! I wish I would have booked a different hotel they are handling this really bad!

Clean room, comfortable bed, large screen tv, comfortable lounge chair--the room itself is great. I would give the room a 5-star rating. The location is conveniently located right off I280, however, there is nothing within walking distance. The closest gas station is a 4 or 5 minute drive. The building itself is very clean and well kept. However, I feel like the structure itself isn't very convenient. The walk from the elevator to the rooms at the farthest end of the hotel is like a quarter mile round trip. So, if you are staying for an extended time or making several trips to your room, there is a lot of walking involved. Which for me, is not a big deal, but, I was in the elevator with a 70+ year old woman who was breathing like a freight train after carrying her bags and walking down the long hallway. Then, it's another trek to the car. The pool area is clean, but disappointing. It is about the size of a pool/hot tub at Super 8. If there are 4 or 5 kids in there, it is not a relaxing experience. The food at the restaurants is above average- never had a bad meal there. However, I do feel like everything is overpriced, compared to their competitors. I paid $3.86 for a 20 ounce gatorade. All the workers are very friendly. Overall, it is above average accommodations. Structurally, I just feel like things could have been made more convenient. I went there to relax, not walk a 5K and sit hip to hip next to people in the hot tub.

The food at the blue square and buffet is great! They have things like crab legs, lobster and salmon and the salmon is fresh! It's a nice group of people and friendly staff. There is no smoking, they have a smoking room but it's cold in the winter and super hot in the summer. The hotel is very nice and only a few times playing with a player's card, will get you free rooms and upgrades, even a room in their suites, which are amazing! As far as the casino payouts go, their nothing to write home about. They let you win sometimes but over all, you will walk away a loser but that's to be expected at most casinos so, their about equivalent to their competitors. All and all, as far as casinos go, it is definitely an above average experience and I would, without a doubt, choose Jumers over their competitors, Rhythm City and The Isle in the Quad cities. Jumers does close at 4:30 am -7:00 am, compared to the Iowa side, which is open all night.

The buffet was very good. Awesome price, until it cost $112. $12 for the buffet. $100 dollars lost to the slots. I played at least 10 different machines and not one hit more than $4, and no bonus games.

Casino is not the biggest but I have had tremendous luck at the slot machines. The tables are reasonably priced if they are not full. That is the only downside not enough tables on the weekends.

Hot tub was nice & hot. Cafe has great sandwiches . Coffee was nice & hot. Casino looks nice. Extra bed pillows help me a lot better. Pool is too small & close to hot tub is my only dislike.
