Jumer's Casino & Hotel Reviews

The sevice wasn't that bad really and the rooms were comfortable. My complaint is that the hotel only caters to the people using the casino and not to families or hotel guests. You can't get to the buffet unless you are 21 because you have to walk through the casino! And the pool is adults only from 6:00 am - 8:00 am, and 10:00 pm - 12:00 pm.

Small casino but very clean nice rooms and good perks

We were at Jumers on 4/16/16. Over the last 3 years, we have been coming once a month or so. We love to bike and walk the trails in Iowa, and then come to Jumers to gamble in the evening, eat in the awesome buffet and stay overnight. The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly. What we are not liking is the amount of kids in the hotel. They are noisy running down the hall at 10 at night, taking over the pool with throwing pool toys at each other, etc. You can't even go in the hot tub, as they take over the hot tub. This has gotten worse with kids over the last 3 months. On 4/16, as we were walking down the hall, we were bombarded by kids with beachballs. We feel like we are at the Wisconsin Dells. We were on the 5th floor on 4/16, and thought no kids would be on that floor. There should be an adult only floor, and an adult only swimming pool away from kids. Maybe Jumers is making more money on families than us single adults. If you are, good for you. We will go elsewhere where we feel we aren't at the Dells.

Typical casino, win a little lose a little. Buffet OK, nothing special

We go regularly for the surf and turf buffet. The food is always excellent.

Had fun gambling but casino could be alittle cleaner.

I really like the no smoking in Jumers Casino. It is very nice inside. I have never stayed overnight but I do enjoy going there every once in awhile

It's not Vegas, but it's a nice place to play some games, enjoy a buffet, a get a great nights rest!!!

Beautiful hotel, fun casino. The steakhouse was awful, and we will never go back, but we love the hotel!

This is a smaller casino with not much around it. Brand new and very nice inside though. Getting there can be tricky. It looks like from the interstate its right next to the interstate but you have to drive in circles it seems to actually get to the casino.

Went to get dinner with my mom, but couldn't because their restaurant is in the actual casino, and I'm only 20.

Great place took in ten bucks walked out with 250...

Great rooms, friendly staff . Very clean. Good food but a little pricey for a buffet.
The food at the Blue Cafe is fabulous! & their prices are more reasonable.

Friendly staff, good variety of slots, one of our favorite places to visit because the entire facility is non smoking. The comps are very generous for food and lodging.

Jumers your buffet at lunch needs attention. Chicken cold, steak tough, repeats on menu items create less variety. The taco meat had a nasty residue that took an hour to get off the roof of my mouth. I used to love your buffet so much that I would endure the long drive and wait an hour to get a seat because I havent lost the necessary 50 thousand dollars required to get a vip card that allows me to cut in line. Yea we all know when people cut in line how they have paid dearly for that privelege.. lol. Back to my review. Comps suck buffet has gone drastically downhill and slots are still tighter than a snare. I understand that you are in business to make money. Instead of jacking the price and serving inedible food, up the quality and make people that play a decent amount feel important too. I will not be back anytime soon. Im sorry I havent given you guys enough money to buy a caddilac but when I play I play dollars or better. Id rather play in riverside than here. Until drastic changes are made dont count on me being there much more. Ciao

The buffet is better than at Isle Casino in Bettendorf. I think the slots pay better also.

Definitely stop in Jumer's Casino if you're in Rock Island, IL this is a friendly place with great lodging, restaurants and gaming!

Great staff always willing to help. No rush on table play if you need to think about wager.

The staff is horrible and rude, especially the front desk staff. I've lived in Vegas, and a Las Vegas style casino this is NOT. WHAT A JOKE. Absolutely zero customer service etiquette.

Casino wins arent what they should be and servers kinda snotty resturant is not good at all and expensive if you dont have a disposable income i dont recommend

We went with friends. I didn't win anything but my husband did. It was fun.

Love to come here to eat and do some gambling. My major gripe is the entrance and exits for the parking lot. You would think a casino might be making enough money to possibly take care of all the potholes. Doesn't make a very good first impression.

Absolutely Great Casino and Hotel!!! I stay here every month in our comped rooms, enjoy the delicious food! But overall LOVE playing and HITTING BIG!!!

Like the atmosphere. Friendly people who work there. The food is very good
