Came into the casino on a lucky feeling and after a short but Pleasant conversation but the security guard checking IDs as I entered I knew this place was worthwhile

AWESOME perks with members card. GREAT BUFFET! Clean! And NO SMOKING is fantastic!

I give this visit a 2 star only because the buffet was pretty good. The Player's Club staff appeared "bitter", not friendly. Stay away from the slots.....far away! I sat and played slots for 20 minutes and never entered the bonus round. Horrible. It's a tragedy that local people are wasting their money at this establishment. Good thing I'm from out of town and didn't stay long. If I lived here, I would self-ban for life!!

I like Jumer's Casino, because there's No SMOKING. I don't have to worry about coming out smelling like an ashtray. The noise is limited, that was my first time ever being in Jumer's Casino. I will be going bsck soon.

No microwave in your room and they wont heat your food up incase it "makes you sick" other than that it was great... would have been better if my olive garden were reheated though.

Tried the buffet on our way home. Very good. Everything was fresh. Service was good. Some nice dessert choices. Easy to access off of 280. Will definitely stop at again. Only negative, you have to walk through the casino to get to it.

Went here for a company dinner. It was buffet style. As soon as everyone went through the line, they took the food away, no getting seconds. The food is not that good. The steak was tough, the turkey is processed turkey. The mushroom stuffing was good. The servers were quick to clear the plates.
I would not go here to eat by my own choice.
At least it's a no smoking building.

I got dragged in by my parents, WiFi kept having me relogin but no lag and high speeds and the free drinks were good.

Nice casino the covid makes it a little less enjoyable but there's plenty of fun games to play.

Went for breakfast there wasnt hardly any foid left on the buffet has to wait for someone to re stock it never got our drinks had to keep going up to ask if someone was going to bring ys some

Nice casino, have to change my review from 2 to 3 stars they have made the buffet a little better atleast for lunch but still can do alot of improvments. Example the pulled pork bland along woth the brisket and ribs no smoke flavor. The ribs and brisket soaked in cheap bbq sauce to give flavor! Upgrade the quality of the food especially for the over priced buffet and youd get me there more than once a year!

Everytime i go in there, tbe staff is friendly. The casino is clean and well-kept and i always enjoy my time there

Area nothing around...Casino was nice...people were nice...buffet was great...slots are tight...and dealers are tired and no energy..hotel room nice view...bathroom has no privacy in the toilet area... the way it's set up kinda wierd...pool is tiny not even close to being able to swim...bathroom had no exhaust fan...probably would try another casino next time.

The standard king room was exquisite. I enjoyed the gambling as well as the service.

Had a great time at Jumpers Casino regardless of whether I won any money or not. It's a beautiful place and the buffet was very good.

As always when walking into Jumer's it feels like walking into a friend's place. The people that work the late night shifts are so friendly, it's as if you are family (which in a way we are.) Didn't win but still had a great time

A nice little gem in the quad cities. Great deals on hotel rooms with a player card, during the week. Above average buffet at solid prices. Worth visiting while doing your casino thing.

Didnt really care for. Many reasons, but there was no energy in the place, from staff, to the music, all negitive energy.

The front desk staff at the hotel are truly awesome. They are never rude or short and are very helpful and knowledgeable. The roo.s are beautiful and always very clean. The staff at the players club are truly wonderful also.

I was there for the Chuck Long Charity Sports Auction the staff was great and the food we had good.

Great place for meetings and conferences. Rooms were clean quiet and spacious.

All you can eat seafood buffet night. Most items I tried we're very good, but sirloin steak was tough and some items weren't very hot.

Great place to play. Big and open atmosphere.there are lots and lots of games. Both lots and tables and you name it pretty much. Big bar area with lots of TVs. Bigseparate bar and entertainment area that's not always open with lots of TVs. There is a separate smoking area that is an indoor patio with TV's in it. one of my only complaint about my past few visits is that the buffet isn't always open.. we've had coupons but no such luck because it wasn't open yet. I recommend this place but if you're wanting the buffet definitely look up house before you go.

I've just been to Jumer's Casino once. And it was such a wonderful time.. so beautiful & crisp and clean inside! I was there for the Q.C.'s "Dancing with the stars".. It was the best time I've had in a long time!! They have a wonderful place there to do some gambling.. I found it to be a very exciting, happy place. I would love to go again!!!

Rooms are clean. Convenient location. Like the smoke-free environment.

They have a delicious Sunday brunch, little bit on the expensive side.

Or favorite local casino. #1 reason ? 100 % smoke free ! Beautiful clean casino. We don't win there any more or less than anywhere else but prefer this to any other local casino. Live music often. Nice bar area. Love the buffet. Always adding new machines and fun giveaways. We used to get more freebies/gifts/coupons which was nice. The only thing I wish were different is they serve Pepsi products and not Coke. Isle has Coke products but I don't care for the smoke and that casino seems cramped.

Worst casino ever... Crazy off-putting person at door.. Carding people!... seriously?.. why? We stopped here at 9:20pm on a Monday night and even though there are 3 restaurants.. none of them were open at that time... this place sits off the I-80highway and looks like it would be a nice place to stop for a late dinner..... NOT! Don't go here, don't waste your time or money here... FAILED... You are now branded Worst Casino Ever!

Nice that it is non smoking. This was a really clean property. Good buffet. Drink prices were fair.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean and casino was fun. Food was delicious.

My husband called and asked about Mothers Day Buffet. They said yes ! So we show up and they said , oh the Mothers Day Buffet is on tha casino floor so no kids aloud. Ha! Thanks for tellin us that wen we called. We went to Rhythm City Casino. We had an excellent meal and our kids were more than welcomed.

The buffet was not worth the price and their gaming floor is small

Stayed Thursday night and we took our winning ticket to the room with us to cash in Friday am and play. We did not know Friday am was gift giveaway. There was no way to cash in our tickets since we would have to get back in line which was out to valet lane. I do know during this time of pandemic things need to change but maybe you could put a cash redemption in the foyer by the motel. I was told I could leave a suggestion in the box by cashier area but would have to wait in line to do so. So I hope you are happy to keep my money that I was unable to collect.
