This casino is unfriendly to those who wish to record the excitement of a bonus, so much so that staff intimidate players and then threaten police action unless they provide I.D, when they do, they ban them for life. Consider an alternative and go to a casino that respects its players.

We arrived to check in for 4 days, 3 nights only to be told they couldn't honor the reservation even though it was confirmed weeks in advance. Talking with the inexperienced front desk staff was a waste of time. Even their corporate office didn't respond to our email. We are not playing at Jumer's again we will travel a little further up the road to Riverside and Rhythm where the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I wish I could rate them a zero.

Arrived at jumers at 10am today 2/20. I play blackjack and roulette. No roulette table opened pit boss said"MAYBE it will open around 2:00". What? This is a real casino, not sallys slots or the local BP. I know they cater to thebus people mainly slot players during the week butno roulette?!. Dont talk to me about electronic roulette;i barely trust live gaming .Ive stayed and played in the qc area for 20 years and this is the first time I couldnt play roulette. Come onjumers shape
up.

Stayed for business came in late the staff was nice the ladies at the Blue square cafe we great about getting food for me before they closed - And each morning I stopped by for coffee they were great at the cafe. They were all happy and willing to go the extra mile to make people feel welcomed. The rooms are modern and clean! Would stay again next time I am in town.

easy access of Highway 92. Great staff and plenty of machines to choose from as far as slots. Tables get a little busy but overall a great experience!

Always clean, fun & action packed! Buffet has a nice variety of food with promotions that include lobster tails, holiday foods and lots of good desserts. Nice promotional give aways, slot tournaments, special events,etc.
Rooms have just been remodeled so they are very nice too!
Only complaint is that not much won on the slots & if I do win it takes it all back!

I was leaving the hotel this morning and want to cash my $27 ticket. I was stopped just before the casino entrance and security wanted to go through my overnight bag. I said .Was just going to be a few minutes and just wanted to cash my ticket she said I could leave it there then. As I was cashing in my ticket an illinois gaming officer came up to me with 2 large security guards claiming they think my bag may contain a bomb. I said "seriously" ? I just checked out of the hotel 30 feet from where I left it. They still inssted on sifting through my dirty underwar. Never staying there a

Check in was terrible seemed like we were a both to b there the one restaurant that was open the staff acted like we were a big bother to them food was cold and was carry out only their check in to the casino was very annoying the line was so long we just left and went to another casino

I love getting the ribs they smoke with brown sugar glaze!!! This time they didn't have them.

Didn't spend too much time here, but it seemed like a nice casino.

Not a very pleasant experience at all. Buffet, the food was dry and overcooked. Not really even one star level of quality. They had a sign going saying some kind of a discount or special for veterans. When I got up to the cashier to ask about it she simply said oh that's over with.

Clean hotel rooms, covid restrictions impact negatively on our experience...only one short order restaurant which restriction the hotel experience . . .

No smoking allowed so I love it here!! Lots of fun events for free too!

Went for surf and turf. Prime rib was not done at all. Service was slow at keeping up with demand of food.

I am typically very excited to visit jumpers for not only the gambling but more importantly the buffet. As of late, it (the buffet) seems to get worse and worse. The selection of food is repetitive; the quality isn't as good; and the food isn't nearly as fresh.

Our suite was sweet, played little on the slots and they were very tight. $15.00 black jack kept me away from the table. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection, Sunday omelettes made fresh.

Very nice hotel & casino. Only giving 4 stars because the hotel room I had could have been more clean(easily wiped off stains on bathroom wall) and everytime I stay the pool is way too cold to swim in.

I always enjoy my time there. I can sit and pay the slots for hours and not have to leave because they pay out enough. Staff is friendly too.

We did not stay just went for a evening to gamble what a huge disappointment $500.00 and NO return of any of my money very poor service the waitress not friendly and only came around 2 times I was there for 5 hr. Wont be going back any time soon ridiculous as a pay out there is NO NE.

Rooms are very nice and the buffet is excellent. The steakhouse has great food as well and great service very nice place.

Slots are horribly tight, but comps are good. If you want a good chance to win, go to the isle in Bettendorf. Ever since Delaware took over, it sucks.

Machines are tighter than a ducks butt on a frozen pond. Very few table games open and they couldn't or wouldn't open the game I play. They claimed they were short staffed because a bunch of people called in sick. Both bartenders I had interaction with were extremely nice and friendly. I like the fact it's non smoking. The deli is ok, buffet sucks. Probably won't be back anytime soon but I would play here again

Looks can be deceiving. The rooms are not clean. The service is that of a 2 star motel. AVOID the buffet and Restaurant at all costs! I will be staying somewhere else my next visit to town.

Slots never hit, tables are always full, and they are reluctant to give any free game play. This is the only casino in the quad cities that I don't like.

Good atmosphere and drinks! We were there for an hour and walked out with more than we walked in with!

Stayed one night. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Limited TV but WiFi was a strong signal. Pool was clean and well stocked. Fridge stayed cool but no Microwave? Bathroom was my favorite by far. Awesome shower. Put in a wake up call that did not happen sadly. All in all a great place but just a few flaws.

Great dinner at DJ's steakhouse. Bed was nice. Shower didn't have a door which was fine but odd. Price was surprisingly high. And we ended up even at the casino!

I had a terrible hiring experience here. They ensured me that I had a job and then ignored many phone calls. After waiting at the casino for hours I reached the guy who ensured me the job and he then told me he changed his mind. It would have been nice if they at least had the consideration to inform me of that and not ignore my many calls. I would not suggest applying at this casino for employment, the staff was very inconsistent and inconsiderate to me at least.

It's a fun and friendly place but the beds are too hard!!!!

Like the hotel, not fond if casino seems like slots are to tight. The employees are very friendly though.

Slot selection is somewhat dated, but I had a great time.

Ate at DJs. Food is decent, but not what would call great. I felt it was too expensive, and not worth the money for what you get.

We stayed on Saturday night and loved the food at DJ's. The slots were tight, we did not do well.

IF...you go here, DON'T plan on having too much fun because they will assume that you're wasted and they will kick you out!!!! ESPECIALLY if you are winning. I have been there all day definitely winning money 1 mixed drink and 3 beers in 12 hours....I must have been over excited on a win or 2 for either myself or my friend. After leaving to smoke (because smoking is not allowed in building), trying to return to gaming was denied. No aggression or violence or even loud vulgar wording had taken place, yet we were not allowed to reenter. I am sure winning had something to do with it, but who will ever know!!??? The amount of money won was minimal, and the alcohol consumption over the course of 6 hours, and on a Saturday night should not have been a factor. Trying to have fun was frowned upon. I don't recommend this casino. And the waitressing was very slow, both nights, in my opinion.

The updated rooms is a plus. DJ's restaurant is a must. I stay at Jumers every time I am in Rock Island. Good food, black jack and a comfy bed, can't go wrong.

I really like this hotel the rooms are great the comps are good I really hate that you have to get your hand stamped when you leave and go back in a different gate to get in that's very annoying. We really dislike that there's no coffee in the rooms that get coffee in the morning have to walk all the way down to the elevators and like us they always put us at the end of the Hall then you have to get-up-and-get dressed and walk all the way down to the elevator to get a cup of coffee.

Staff was great everything was wonderful. Would recommend to everyone

We ate at the blue square restaurant there. Great burgers!

Great for a company outing or celebration in their conference facilities.
