Nice casino and hotel. No smoking, since it is state law. My wife came out quite a bit ahead gambling. Room was very nice. Easy to get to and back on to highway.

Gambling floor has too many penny slots. Also not enough card tables

Had a blast at the Craps table. So helpful, especially when it is your first time.

Food and drinks at a reasonable price and a great atmosphere

drove 60 miles 3 times in 1 month in the evening to play roulette, each time i got there both roulette tables closed, the manager says they dont open them till 9pm maybe. took my money to isle capri. i will never go back to jumers. about 2 months ago i went ther on a sunday evening around 6pm there must of been 7 people playing roulette and 4 other people waiting to play . they refuse to open the other table.yet there were dealers standing around watching the people play roulette, but not one of them bothered to help the little old lady (the dealer for roulette table) pick up chip. me ,iam a hi Roller when it comes to roulette. but this place is no good.

I loved this place. Super nice rooms, small but clean gaming floor and the whole place is nonsmoking.

I hear you do not like phones that can film the wins on your machines, why is that. Is that because you dont want proof of a big win so you do not have to pay it out, not good people i will be staying away.

Don't gamble. Only go there for the free outdoor summer concerts. The only problem is that their website is hardly ever updated to shiw who is playing and when

Whoever invented the churro dog is a genius! It's a cinnamon sugar churro in an eclaire topped with ice-cream, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Yummy!

I really like how friendly there staff was and pleasant they were to talk to. What I didn't like where the price of beverages at the bar like Im already spending my money on the wide verity of games there why should we have to worry about if the next drink will be paid for.

I always stop here for a rest stop. The staff are always awesome, the food is excellent and maybe I'll get lucky!

Worst place we have ever been. Machines were horrible. Staff was rude and not helpful. Had our hand stamped to enter restaurant & when dinner was over, our stamp could not be seen, so we were not allowed back in casino. This place is crazy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Buffet food was disgusting and my 65 year old dad was denied back into the casino because of signs of "intoxication" at 9pm. He had 4 beers and spent a lot of money on the tables. We will never return.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I love how the service is always great and they keep the spot clean regularly. Pricing is convenient and they serve large portions.

EVERY single employee we came In contact with (except the lady helping us get our players club cards) were rude and not friendly. Had we not already booked a room, we would have left. The man that checked us in gave us no details on the hotel and was very rude and short with us. The "guards" around the casino were rude and not helpful when we asked questions. We were traveling with 2 children and wanted to enjoy a nice meal at buffet but couldn't because it was on the casino floor. We attempted to go to the steak house but were told they could not accommodate children!! That should have been told to us when we checked in. The person at the steak house was RUDE. That left us the only other option of eating at the cafe where the staff was not happy, smiling, or helpful. We travel often and have never been so disappointed in a hotel/casino. NOT at all family friendly. We will not be returning!

Most beautiful casino I've ever been to. Extremely clean. Guests were very nice and so were the staff.

They were very professional about catering and hosting the fundraiser event.

Nice casino, lots a little, waiters weren't very nice even when tipping.

Casino was very well kept. Machines were very clean and in working order.

Saw a band play in the outside yard. It was a very good event. Gambled a little bit and had a good night.

Horrible! To be quite honest I don't even want to go back ever, I was mistreated by security when getting in. I understand we all go through things and have to go to work but the way I was treated aggressively for no reason, I was yelled at because I wasn't facing him or looking into in his eyes made me feel super uncomfortable, I told him he didn't need to be so rude and he stated I didn't come back to Jumers if I didn't like it, I reported the incident and was told I was going to receive a call but haven't, they honestly can careless ..horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and casino and restaurants were good.

Always live it here. Totally am keeping free Which is nice. Lots of games to choose from.

Nice clean Casino. I'm not a big gambler, I seem to win more at the machines you find in just about every establishment around.

Rooms are clean but have an awkward layout . Casino is okay

Can't smoke inside, they don't have popular games, and they close for 2 hours.

I don't mind losing but When I get a bonus playing 1.50 plus a pull I expect to win something more than 4.04.won't be doing much gambling at that casino.

The staff is amazing but it sucks when you can't get in the building because your State ID is made outta paper

I didn't plan on spending much, had some decent payouts but also left about dead even. Large place in circular setting, good buffet, friendly guests who share stories and chat with you.

Not only a casino but a multi faceted entertainment venue. I have been to shows in their small bar style venue as well as attended wedding reception. I have also played in one of their poker tournaments. They have the typical reward club card and some sort of promotion pretty much every day. Nice new facility. There is smoking allowed in portions of the casino with no barrier is my only negative on the place.

Visited the buffet. Food was good. Service was better than it had been the last few times we had been. Will be back. Wish they had an entrance that you could bring kids in but it is a nice date night place to go.

Crabs over cooked no flavor. Bread pudding bland no cinnamon no raisins. Casino been to better pay out.

I went to Jumer's with a friend for a few hours of casino gaming (Jacks or Better poker). The gaming area is quite large, but thoughtfully arranged so that even when crowded, it wasn't overwhelming. The staff were all friendly, professional, and inconspicuous. We also had the buffet lunch. There was a large selection of foods, healthy, ethnic, and traditional American. My friend has stayed at the hotel numerous times while on gaming outtings with his brothers. He told me that the hotel is quite nice and they enjoy staying there.

Food was okay, nothing special. Bout 16 bucks for lunch is too much, considering there are better buffets in the Cities for less.

Great variety of slots and a Wonderful Buffet but I'd have to say their drinks leave me extremely lacking. They seem weak and actually tastes funny I know the taste of vodkas and I can almost guarantee that they weren't using the ones they said they were. Even though it's a lower payout I seem to be very lucky here in fact my entire party could have been up if they didn't keep gambling LOL but I did walk away up. Overall an enjoyable time.

There is a option for a complimentary shuttle to the hotel from the QC Airport and or to the QC Airport from the hotel with a 24-hour notice in advance. I highly recommend asking security about the shuttle since they're the ones who run It. The rooms are nice, however please do check the beds thoroughly

Way too much plexiglass on roulette tables,very uncomfortable.
