Some of the people is good but most of the staff is not good.

The head office of Jumbo is inside the Dunlop building which is just opposite of Ansar Galary, karama.

The entrance is not well indicated. Very confusing and the security is unfriendly

I bought a samsumg Tv and only a month and colours starts to appear in the screens
trying to call them since a month and thet refrain from coming to check it
I started Suing them in the courts

My experience is really bad with Jumbo electronics.I had visited the store in Dcc last week and purchased a Galaxy note5 .The staff told me that all colors are available and i chose black sapphire.My only request before buying was that i may require to exchange only for the reason of colour.I bought black .I visited the store on the 2nd day and requested to exchange for white.The Mob box wasn't open and in sealed condition.The customer service staff immediately came back and said they don't have white and so i asked for gold or silver,but surprisingly the staff said they have only back and no stock available for other colors.I requested them to check with their HO store or other outlets of their.The customer service staff wasn't interested to help and said she will contact me whenever the stock available for white color.At the time of buying there were 3 people who were assisting me and when i requested for after sale service there was nobody who was interested.This is real shocking.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Tv is malfunctioning

Great people to do business with, excellent retail stores & service

I bought a Weber Grill Summit a few years ago and it cost AED 16,000. It quickly developed a few problems but Weber UAE refused to supply the necessary spare parts even after I agreed to pay for them. Their response was 'no spares are available'. I understand Jumbo are now the new agent for Weber. Just wanted to share my experience as Weber product owner.

I can't believe in this tough market and still people are carry on with bad and unprofessional customer service, it was mistake to enter Jumbo DCC and and buy a projector from there. i been informed form them if i pay 400 AED will be applicable to replace my item if there's any issue after within 2 years . i said ok and i pay few weeks after using the item the charger doesn't work at all and the resolution is so pad, i went to the shop and showed them to do the needful as the item under warranty and i do have salama insurance, i asked to make it as urgent because im travelling the manager said within one day will call you to confirm for repair, And sorry we can't replace the device and if you want go and complain to DED.
what kind of customer service is that, until now 3 days im wait for the call but no one cares.

Dont waste ur time with them.they will call u for interview and after u done ur interview and u r selected from the interview then later on they will say u we done have Qouta sorry and later on they will say i cant consider u when u contact them again

The worst experience, being an employee they will destroy your self-respect in an illetrate manner. The company is full of all the sarcastic people. They will take advantage of your needs. If your already an employee get a new job ASAP(Highly recommended).

Very bad customer service

I have ordered hitachi refrigerator and I have received it defective and they promised me for replacement unit and now it has been two weeks and I didn t received it

HR people are worst I got a job in jumbo and they put me in dark told me your visa in processing plz go back to your country soon I reach there they said we lost client and so. Problem is I choose jumbo however I had another opportunity dulsco.

I had a very bad experience from Jumbo regarding a purchase of Dyson vaccum cleaner -V11 ,which I bought on 2nd March ,with in few weeks it stopped working, we sent it to Jumbo for repair they took several weeks and after lot of follow ups they got it repaired, after it came back with in few days again it stopped working - my case ID is : 20021481 ,I must say I am really disappointed with their services and product quality ,money is not worth the quality.

I pre ordered Note 10 from your store and with it samsung is giving free 2 years damage warranty worth 499aed and jumbo is charging money for that same warranty which they are not even paying.. and when i asked that samsung is giving free 2years damage warranty your staff lied and said no sir its chargeable,...
Its a free additional giveaway from samsung which is given to all its note 10 users no matter where they buy the phone from.
worst store i came across, jumbo is a international level brand and cheap tricks like this is totally unprofessional and makes it look like a fish market..

Simply this place are cheaters- the way they sell products is commercial fraud ! Below is the proof after selling me the product (collected full cash ) they decide without any notice to deliver different product from what was agreed . They even amended the receipt they give me - below is the proof and I challenge them to proof it .

I have ordered 2 mobiles on 16/05/2020. It is showing as dispatched on the system from 17/05/2020. The last day I have called the customer service several times. They said like it is out for delivery and It will be delivered on 18/05/2020 or max by 19/05/2020. Today when I called the customer service and they said like it will deliver only by 21/05/2020. All are saying different words. This is really irritating and disgusting. I was ready to go and pick the item from the store after making the purchase online. But the agent informed me that I will be receiving the item within 2 days.

Jumbo service is really very very poor and I won't make any relation with jumbo anymore. I will share my experience everywhere.

The products is good and the sales team, they're kind of good, but the unqualified contact Team they needs an arrangement , Persons who follow the client account where they send offers and to facilitate the queries, customer cells and I have experience, I will not repeat them in the future of your hostile and thank you for nothing.

Please do not deal with this company or their sales team they will scam you out of your money!!!! I have not gotten what I paid for , not a tracking number ,not even a receipt, they have scammed me out of $700 and continuing to ask for more when I havent even recieved my package. What type of business is this?? There sales manager Mr Ryan or " John Anyachukwu " I have asked for a Refund of my money and I was told No! worst experience with the sales representative specially with Mr. Shivam Dutt ID Number 784199441097104 . he has cheated me alot. too too much money from me at still has not delivered my ipad.

I buy 4 mobiles glass protector sticker in this year April from Mirdef City Centre branch and they give me 1year replacement warranty for sticker if it s get damage and get damage in 10 days maximum but unfortunately I never went back due to busy schedule.. today 25/11/17 I went there and ask them for warranty but they said you have to bring back the damage sticker which I throw already (and I don t know we have to give it back as no one ask me that I have to bring it back)
I ask technician (sadesh) for store manager (Imran) but no one help me ... I buy very expensive protection which is cost me 100 for each mobile coz I thought its good product but sorry to say they are very ruddy and never cooperates with customer which is not good ..
as a customer I m totally not satisfied which they do with me ... Thanks
