I buy 4 mobiles glass protector sticker in this ye...

I buy 4 mobiles glass protector sticker in this year April from Mirdef City Centre branch and they give me 1year replacement warranty for sticker if it s get damage and get damage in 10 days maximum but unfortunately I never went back due to busy schedule.. today 25/11/17 I went there and ask them for warranty but they said you have to bring back the damage sticker which I throw already (and I don t know we have to give it back as no one ask me that I have to bring it back)
I ask technician (sadesh) for store manager (Imran) but no one help me ... I buy very expensive protection which is cost me 100 for each mobile coz I thought its good product but sorry to say they are very ruddy and never cooperates with customer which is not good ..
as a customer I m totally not satisfied which they do with me ... Thanks
