I had a very bad experience from Jumbo regarding a purchase of Dyson vaccum cleaner -V11 ,which I bought on 2nd March ,with in few weeks it stopped working, we sent it to Jumbo for repair they took several weeks and after lot of follow ups they got it repaired, after it came back with in few days again it stopped working - my case ID is : 20021481 ,I must say I am really disappointed with their services and product quality ,money is not worth the quality.
