Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed to print something so I walked straight in and was confused about what to do, but they were very willing to help. Very quiet inside as well. Highly recommended!
I find that the volunteers are hung up about money and funding and are always going on about it to members of the public. I've just come in here and there is no desk space because ive come in with my laptop. Then three of the volunteers gang up on me to remind me they are volunteering and not Lewisham council and they have money issues! Why are you telling me this? I only walked into a library supposedly open to the members of the public!
I always come here to buy books from the second hand book sale. You pay what you want for the books and there's always a great range. Very friendly staff too.
This library is small but kindly, helpfully and efficiently run, wholly by volunteers. I'm new to the area and have no WiFi. I needed to use the Internet and do some printing. The volunteers were extremely helpful and friendly. And I noticed that all members of the community, young and old alike, are welcomed there.
