I can't believe in this tough market and still people are carry on with bad and unprofessional customer service, it was mistake to enter Jumbo DCC and and buy a projector from there. i been informed form them if i pay 400 AED will be applicable to replace my item if there's any issue after within 2 years . i said ok and i pay few weeks after using the item the charger doesn't work at all and the resolution is so pad, i went to the shop and showed them to do the needful as the item under warranty and i do have salama insurance, i asked to make it as urgent because im travelling the manager said within one day will call you to confirm for repair, And sorry we can't replace the device and if you want go and complain to DED.
what kind of customer service is that, until now 3 days im wait for the call but no one cares.
