My experience is really bad with Jumbo electronics.I had visited the store in Dcc last week and purchased a Galaxy note5 .The staff told me that all colors are available and i chose black sapphire.My only request before buying was that i may require to exchange only for the reason of colour.I bought black .I visited the store on the 2nd day and requested to exchange for white.The Mob box wasn't open and in sealed condition.The customer service staff immediately came back and said they don't have white and so i asked for gold or silver,but surprisingly the staff said they have only back and no stock available for other colors.I requested them to check with their HO store or other outlets of their.The customer service staff wasn't interested to help and said she will contact me whenever the stock available for white color.At the time of buying there were 3 people who were assisting me and when i requested for after sale service there was nobody who was interested.This is real shocking.
