Overall a good resort.

Overall a good resort.
Management is going well.
About 70% of Koreans and 15% of Japanese visitors,
Personally, the water quality is a bit disappointing.
Beer or food is expensive.
If you want to buy or exchange money outside
It is uncomfortable because of the children begging.

The resort itself is very good and high class. But the surrounding outside is not good. There is no Taxi and the road is very narrow. Sometimes when it's rain the road gets flood. I hope the government of Lapu-lapu will see this problem and take action on it.

It is said that there are many Korean guests, but it is also convenient. The staff speaks everything Korean and the water park is great for children to play with. If you never have to take place the tube provided by the resort in the lazy river ... I'm ashamed ...

1. The staff were mostly friendly
-Thank you for plenty of water.
2. Room
-The condition is normal.
-I have a carpet room on the 7th floor. I asked for a tile room.
3. Breakfast
-Satisfied with the food. / Delicious mango juice
-There was a little queue at the peak hours of the morning. It's better to go early or be late.
4. Pool
-The water quality is normal Wow ~ I didn't feel clean
-I didn't like the water from the mushroom structure like a fountain.
-Fireworks show in the evening.
5. Resort Area
-I think there was everything around, restaurants, marts, restaurants, massage shops.
-If you have kids, be careful of the car! Traffic lights far away ~ no vacation
-I didn't go out because it was dangerous at night.
-Your name is called "sun". They introduced me to Mango.
J. Park is a family. If you have children, think about couples.

Use during the year of 2019-2020.

Use during the year of 2019-2020.
There is a countdown party that includes the hotel, and you can participate by paying a separate fee from the accommodation fee.
The quality of the event was high, including all-you-can-drink champagne and flashy fire dance.

However, for guests who are not interested in these parties, the noise may be severe and painful at the time of the event.

This is at least the 3rd time I have visited this resort hotel, usually for an overnight stay.

The resort is well constructed, there are many activities for families with kids. The resort is large enough and does not get too crowded even when fully occupied, and not too many daytime visitors who will just go there for swimming.

The resort has been well maintained in terms of both cleanliness and improvements. At the time of review, bathrooms may need some minor maintenance work in the next year or two. Rooms are clean except for a bit of dust in seldom used areas of the room.
They've enhanced their pool facilities by providing life vests for kids, adding more water fountains in the wave pool, and providing photography services. Shops inside the hotel can be improved further to have more choices or swimming garments. Lobby area is well constructed in a way that check in/check out counter is separated from the entrance, thus easier to keep incoming and outgoing guests from crowding in the same area.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. In my last stay (Dec 2017), Guests were welcomed by friendly security personnel at the gate entrance. All guests are provided with welcome drinks at the lobby while waiting for room availability. In the pool area, Life guards are always alert, and really do their job of making sure visitors are safe, especially kids. In-room requests/orders were attended to with little or acceptable wait time. Concierge does a good job of asking guests to leave their bags while waiting for a room during check in or waiting for transportation during check out. This keeps the area organized and avoids passage ways getting blocked by luggages.

Breakfast buffet is nice at Abalone restaurant. There are many choices of food. The restaurant is large enough to accommodate guests.

Most of the guests are Koreans, Chinese and Japanese with some local tourists as well. Usually the crowd is okay, personally, I have not encountered guests that not well mannered, so it is really a good place for foreign guests.

Overall environment feels safe, you would not worry about leaving your stuff while your swimming, although I would still advise visitors to keep an eye on their belongings.

J Park Resort for Koreans. There's not enough to say 5 stars. Swimming pools and water parks may be famous in the Philippines, but they cannot be compared to Vietnam's Vinpearl at a similar price point. Water quality management was also not very good, so I didn't want to go in. The buffet is the level of a domestic buffet, and the rooms are small and give a poor feel. The convenience of the Korean business district formed at the front gate of the resort is good, but the innate kindness of local staff is also plagued by Koreans. For those who are new to family travel in Southeast Asia, I would recommend two nights. It is certain that it is expensive compared to facilities and services.

Everything is good, but have the staff teach Korean.
Last time I went, one of the staff said that I speak Korean, but when I went and talked, I couldn't understand anything. Besides, there are too many foreign objects in the swimming pool in the hotel, and it's creepy in Cebu that it's famous among Koreans, but if the resort is like this in this way, I would rather go to J Park and find out other destinations other than the Philippines. I've already been there, but my friends tell me that it's not good...

Air conditioner is also convenient because it is individual heating ~ Shower room is spacious and comfortable
As soon as I opened the entrance, I was able to wash my hands in the second bathroom and have a toilet!

It's bad for kindness, but it's bad for kids

It's bad for kindness, but it's bad for kids
At the time of reservation, the reservation was wrong with 2 adults, so we sent emails several times before visiting to inform us that the hotel was using 2 children and 2 adults, but the hotel check-in desk did not recognize it. Arrived at 4 am and requested to change from a double bed room to a twin bed room. They are told to come at 10 am, and the group is also requested to change to a twin bed because it is a double bed or 2 adults.
The party made a reservation for 4 people from the initial public home reservation..
I visited the desk at 10:00 am, and the staff changed in the meantime, so I could not recognize the fact and repeat the same words infinitely..
I can't change it-I decided to change 2 rooms upon check-in in the morning-There is no room-Then I will change only 1-I will change words several times
It is said that after cleaning only one room, you can change it.
When I asked if a room near the party was possible, it was of course possible.. Eventually, it seemed that the intention was that I did not want to change both of them.
He said there wasn't, but he changed only one, as if he was careful... he said that it is possible in a nearby room.
Our group, who arrived at 4:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., couldn t change the room even after paying the bill for one night.
I had 3 nights 4 days, 4 nights 5 days schedule~
There is a welcome drink.. I haven't even been able to see it. The smell of change from bed or bedding
Drinking items that would have been installed in the first refrigerator were not set, but they were checked at check-out. Of course, it is a fee to pay if you eat, except for the carefulness of checking without giving and improper handling of some staff regarding room changes. Overall, it's all kind and exciting.
6 years old, 7 years old, 2 children, 2 children and 1 child were both satisfied, but there is no intention to visit again next time, and there is no recommendation in the vicinity.
This is my personal opinion.
This is because it was the worst memory of my many trips with my child.

Jpark Island is one of the most expensive resort in Cebu but it's all worth it. It's ideal for kids ~ they have amazing rides and swimming slides that they can definitely enjoy. Breakfast buffet is the best as well for they have a huge options of food for filipino, chinese, korean, japanese and they also have an american breakfast. Most of the guest in Jpark Island were Koreans like 80% of them, 15% mixed international and 3-5% filipinos.

It is too noisy because the next building is under construction. When it rains, the road is completely submerged outside. There are many employees, but they cannot approach even if they raise their hands. To use the water park, you have to get a hand bracelet and wait in line to check in. It is inconvenient to use as there are fewer elevators compared to rooms. It's better not to give a welcome drink. The accommodation is clean but the futon is dusty. It would be nice if there was an air-conditioned space to relax. Inconvenient to sit in the lobby for a long time because it is hot. The swimming pool and lodgings are a bit long, so accessibility is poor. Inconvenient to use the beach.
Praise for having Korean staff.

Nice hotel with very good service, prices are a little high but everything is well maintained. Food and beverages are expensive with average taste. The water park is great for children to spend the day.
