Jay Park Resort is very good and the attitude of the staff is excellent.

But the store that sells 'Mr. Le Poul', which is called 'Mr. Le Poul', puts at least twice the price. (It sells for about 400 pesos on the price of half a pound for 195 pesos.)

So go next to "Mr. Pedro".

It sells it as its price.

There were plenty of places to eat nearby and Mart was very good.

It is clean and the garden is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are also changed daily and the menu is varied. I saw the leaves and the worms that fell from the outdoor swimming pool. It is good for children to play next time.

Service was pretty bad but what got me the most was how incredibly rude they are to customers. Beautiful country do yourself the favor and spend your money to stay in a different place they aren t worth the hassle

Family oriented..
Very peaceful place. Well organised..excellent and competent staff . I am a regular visitor every year with my family and every time we leave my family starts asking when is the next time we will be back.

Perfect for vacation. Accomodation is good. Food is good.

All hotels in neighboring landscape service accessibility is recommended

First, I want to start by praising the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and served us well. Our room was cleaned well and so was the resort, especially with all the birds flying around which were really fun to watch. Hundreds of small birds flying back and forth and singing while perched on trees were the highlights for my youngest toddler. The staff at the restaurants were also great.

The pools and beach are definitely kid friendly. My kids had a blast.

Areas to improve: For a kid friendly hotel, I wish all the restaurants have a kid-friendly menu with options for picky eaters, especially toddlers. The buffet was an option, but the adults don't necessarily want to eat at the buffet all the time. Also, some activity for the kids, like a coloring placemat, would be great to help parents while the food is being prepared and the families are waiting for their food.

The only thing I disliked, and hence the 3 stars, is most likely policy related. My family and I went down for breakfast and there were a lot of other families waiting to be seated. We knew we had to wait, which we understood, but then we noticed that families who came after us were being seated first. Then our room got called, and we stepped up, and the host apologized after seeing us and said, "I'm sorry, I thought you were Korean." We were asked to wait a bit more, and the host explained that they were trying to fill a table and sit Korean families with other Korean families. Why? Why does it matter? There are many guests here from all over the world who came to visit this country, and seating for dining is arranged based on how guests look and the assumption of where they're from? We are Filipino-Americans, but what if we were Filipino-Koreans? I think it's important to treat all guests the same regardless of where they're from or how they look.

Best place to have fun with your family. Great food

I went to 3 people by adding an extra bed to the suite. There is a living room, so it's good to have plenty of amenities. There is a veranda and I think there was a microwave oven. There are a lot of Korean restaurants right in front of you and your massage nails are done.

Jay Park itself is a little old.
Our kid is 8th week, 9th, and second visit.
Time has passed.
I can not help it.
The staff are friendly.
But the room has a lot of old traces.
Still, I think I have a lot of old memories that gave me four stars.

Pretty good for family trips with children. Korean food, etc. is so good that it is called Koreatown around J Park Island. Although it is cheaper than the locals, it is cheaper than the hotel and has many pick-up restaurants and spas.
Not suitable for those who prefer a local ambiance, but a good choice for families who are comfortable with Koreans or families with older children.

I just love the hotel and the fun is 9 times with my family.

I have dropped off guest here. All the front office personnel are trained to be the best hotelier.

The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was good and the pool area was ok .

The waterpark is good for big groups and kids. You enjoy it at first, then it becomes a bit boring. Also you can request for free peanuts to accompany your drinks at the beach bar. Their buffet lunch was lackluster. You can have a more enjoyable experience at Shangri la or Moevenpick.

We stayed at a Villa which was very nice as we had the place to ourselves. The layout is nice and the personal is beautiful. However, the rooms did not provide any toiletries. I'm sure it's not the standard practice, maybe because I booked the room at a discounted rate, but it was a bit disappointing. Everything else was okay.

Bring your whole family! I guarantee you that they will also find the whole experience superb!

This place is good for kids since the pool is not too deep. I loved the beach. The slides are great. In the waterpark. It is really big. We only went for day use. With lunch buffet. The buffet didn't have that much of choices though. Though the place entirely looks so great really.

Everything is perfect although some of the facilities were closed off due to Covid-19 but we still managed to enjoy ourselves to the fullest!... I'm glad that we were also able to enjoy the discount from one of their promos

Good resort for the family having young kids. However it's not recommended for only adult family. There's nothing worth seeing without the resort itself.

Daemyung Resort Cebu branch? It is like Jeju Island at first glance .. It is good though .. Winter especially .. Summer island

First time to visit this place, not as a guest but as a supplier. Went there for business. And I can say it's a great place. All the staff are very welcoming and are very courteous. It would be great to come back as a guest.

2019-2020 stayed at year-end and New Year. The rooms were around 50,000 per night, but the quality was not that high. Probably because it is a high peak price, I thought it was a bit delicate for cospa. Water slide and pool are the hotel of the centerpiece, and they were very fun. There were only three water sliders, but it was nice to be free and able to turn many times.

It was the room that with a large Jacuzzi, but the water temperature was not not contain Nuruku a long period of time was very disappointing.

It variation was rich and usually delicious also with respect to breakfast, but did not have any special feeling of the price accordingly.

I also attended a new year party, where I did fire dances, comedy shows, masquerades, etc. on the stage and it was flashy and fun.

The staff were friendly and I was surprised to speak Korean well.

We used for reuse. Since I applied via HIS, I paid 4500 pesos, usually 4000 pesos. The buffet was gorgeous and delicious. We can feel resort feeling.

Its beautiful for vacation, family cation got more adventures, Beach, pools, garden, and more.

The location was great and it was okay. Sleep was comfortable and the night view was particularly beautiful

Very friendly staff. Has a great water park. There's a PAGCOR casino in the premises. Quite a walk from the road. But near to food outlets, other international restaurants, fruit stands in Mactan Island. It's just about 20-min drive from the airport.

A perfect place to unwind and be with your partner, family or friends.

They also offer lots of activities that you can choose from; swimming pools, water slides (their super bowl were the best!, - a must try!) kart racing, gulfing, giant chess and many more.

Their staff were very accommodating and friendly. They really have that good quality service .

Always had a great time here at Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark, Cebu. Will surely come back! - and I m excited to see their expansion, with a wider beach front area.

A family-friendly hotel, there is also a supermarket right outside, and for the first time I went to Mactan I enjoyed shopping!
Please note that the hotel has a swimming pool and children are delighted, but the small children's pool will be closed in the evening! The large main pool was full of people even at 20:00!

Enjoyable waterpark

I think they are Korean. Facilities staff are very friendly. However, the price of the neighborhood is near Korea.

It's so nice to play with.
If you are a third grader or above, you can also enjoy rides.

A great place for families due to the large waterpark. The place is only good for the private pool or jacuzzi villa, since their other rooms in the main buildings smell like mold. I think this was mainly due to the use of carpet in those rooms. Not a wise decision to have carpet rooms at a waterpark. But other than that, the place was a unique experience.

There are many places that are under construction in the resort and there are many places that can not be used and there are too many passengers at the entrance. I asked the guard to inform the money exchange office.

Choose 10th floor bldg ABC ocean view for an amazing and stunning view!
Bldg B is all deluxe room and Bldg A&C are all Mactan suite room where there are living rooms and a small mini bar

Tip: You can ride a golf cart if you want to go to the beach, its free. Just go to the drop off area

We are staying at Mactan Suite Garden View now, but it is noisy due to the sound of the building site. But the staff were friendly and listened to customer complaints. The singing and dancing shows at the Coral restaurant were also fun, and the head of the safe guard at the beach was also nice. My boy went into the sea and the skin got sick. I went to Safeguard and he brought me a cart to the medical center. The nurse teacher at the medical center was kind and kind to me. Staff at the Avalon Buffet were friendly and the dinner was a small party. The rooms are spacious and classic, and we were carpet rooms, but I do not smell of mold. The staff in the activity room was friendly and picked up a table tennis ball and always smiled. There is supermarket, massage shop and restaurant near hotel, and geographical position is convenient. Currency exchange is safe at the hotel.

The hotel facilities are old, but the service mind of the staff was excellent.

The shuttle bus between the airport and the city shopping mall was useful.
And there are many Korean restaurant, shopping mall and massages in front of the hotel's main gate. It looks Korean country.

The facilities were good. Pororo Theme Park was awkward.
I just gave up because I was so tired of the pool chair.

Breakfast is delicious

It is a detailed branch of Daemyung Resort, but better than Daemyung Resort.

Breakfast is enough to eat. The Jacuzzi villa bathtub is good for warm water and bubbles. There are many mosquitoes, so make sure you get the mosquito repellent and do not mix it with the passengers at the front door.

Okay, good, the room rate is reasonable, the facilities are clean, friendly, the food is neat, and the taste is good

It's a place full of fun and adventure. Good place to spend memorable memories with your family. Adults and children will enjoy. The place is always kept clean. This is one of our favorite places.

Beautiful Resort. Perfect for the family. You should visit

There is a lovely wave pool and a flowing pool that children will be delighted with.
The beach is not big on the sandy beach and it is sandy, so it was transparent, but you can fully enjoy the various pools.
There is also a course of foot go-kart, and the distance is not too long for even an infant, and I enjoyed it.
At the poolside, towels are borrowed free of charge, and children's size life jackets can be used. A floating ring is prepared for the flowing pool, but since there is no size for infants, it is safer to have their own floating ring.

I didn't understand why this place is so popular

After three nights in Shangri-La, the restaurants in front of J Park were all available for other resort pick-ups.

JPark has come a long way and I'm proud to have this place in Cebu that I can recommend to visitors who want a relaxing vacation and great fun! That Miss Universe experience made for a worthwhile visit. And with the new addition of their awesome Honeymoon villa/suite, it is THE destination to be for newlyweds.

small water park actually. don't take high expectation. kids' water area is under matainance.

too many people everywhere...... It's not typical what philippine vacation should be like. you should go to a real beach resort instead. coming here for water park is a very bad idea.
