The area is wide and the facilities are quite good, here the whole person is relaxed

Resort is good but the road to get there is difficult

It's an awesome place specially for kids! The food is not that amazing but overall the experience and customer service are excellent.

The pool is great. Staff is friendly too. But the front desk is a lot slower. You have to do it 30 minutes ago.

If it is with children, it is satisfactory choice even every year !!

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the various rides in the pool were also fun.

Superb 5-star hotel. Kids enjoyed their stay. By the way, used the pool villa which was very private and awesome.

Disadvantages: Since the construction is next to the room until dawn, you have to hear the sound of heavy equipment all day. It is difficult to fall asleep during the day or at night.
(It looks like a new building, but the crane goes back and forth.)

Below expectations. It can't be called beach. The water is transparent, but the floor is not dirty, but it is dark. There is no 10cm sandy beach. It's the deep sea.. Just the sea.. I can see a fish down there, but the atmosphere is dim. Almost invisible.
The pool is not large. It has everything, but it is simple.
Nothing outside the resort. Resort is everything.
Too crowded and messy in front of the resort. There are no sidewalks in the two round trip lanes, and cars and spoilers are mingled together. I don't want to take one step and go out.

Pros: Spacious rooms, Avalon breakfast not bad, staff friendly.
Good for preschoolers to play in the water. If the kids are bigger, that s it. Close to Metro Mart.

I don't want to come back to the conclusion.

If you are a family with a lot of Koreans, I recommend you here. After purchasing a gold ticket, you can use it to your heart's content. . .

Excellent Hotel and resort with a waterpark, buffet breakfast, nice rooms and pool, water slides and its right on the beach also. Its not far from the airport in Lapu Lapu. The employees are very nice and friendly. Also very helpful. The food was very delicious also!

No words can express how much we enjoyed our 6 nights stay at Jpark. This is the perfect resort for families with lots of activities to fill your day with joy.

The service level is amazing and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel special. Everywhere in the resort from restaurants to the pool to the room the staff will try to provide whatever you want.

We stayed in the mactan suites which were very spacious and with a great view.

Our kids enjoyed the water slides, lazy river, mini golf and all the rest of the activities the hotel as to offer.

We definitely recommend this hotel for any family that wants to enjoy a good time in Cebu.

The price of 300,000 won per night .... It is not good for the price ... The word "Southeast Asia" is cheap now.

Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu is a 5-star integrated resort and water park in the Philippines. It is a perfect place and haven for family bonding.

The food is superb and has a wide selection with their 10 dining outlets. The must-tries are the water slides, D.Throne electric car ride, and dining at Havana by the Sea! They also have the only indoor Pororo Park from Korea which is perfect for toddlers and kids.

You will surely comeback with the whole family!

Breakfast is delicious and security is good. It is very that there is a supermarket and a currency exchange office opposite. The rooms are normal.

5 stars for them cause its a beautiful place but i hope they'll clean the shower room everytime cause when we got in the shower room it really stinks.

They do NOT welcome visitors. You must pay entry fee even to step foot there

The electricity went down several times. But you may feel that security checks etc. are firm.

The living room and bedroom are separated, and the two bathrooms and the bathroom are separated. The place where the carrier is put is connected to the wardrobe and it is also neat. The toilet and the door are on both sides so you can wash it and take it out of the carrier immediately.
This is why J-Pak J-Pac. Garden view is not really good. Only view was good 100% perfect.

Less than an hour away from Mactan Airport, where you and your family can enjoy the villa, pool and the beach on this part of Lapu Lapu City

What a luxurious resort! Since when I was child this resort was amazing! We stayed in a pool villa thanks to my uncle's Maybank corporate discount. Great service, friendly staff, and a free shuttle to your parking lot! Good food from the buffet. Has a water park. You know what, I will recommend you to stay here in this luxurious resort.

A bit pricey but worth it. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities, staff are accomodating and food is good.

This is the best place for family use, you can play in the pool without getting tired. Meals... The restaurant in the hotel is enough.

I was asked to call a meter taxi, but I was called a hotel taxi that costs twice as much.
After that, I didn't have enough towels, and I felt a little unsatisfactory, but the room was clean, the pool was fun, and although it was small, there was also a private beach.

I am so kind and the governor is very friendly and good at it.

We went there for lunch at Olive Restaurant and had pictorial. We had alaCarte and food was tasty. We had halo2x in the afternn but it was awful. The only thing that made it worthwhile was were allowed to have pictorial near Havana Restaurant (beach side)

Compared to Shangri-La's Mactan, it is generally clean and has no infrastructure, but the food is poor.

If Shangri-La is eco-friendly, J Park has a strong artificial feeling.

Personally, I like Shangri-La. Personal preference.

Facilities are clean and well maintained. Conveniently located near the commercial district. The staff is very kind and can ask you to lobby concierge and give you a tip, but you stop and get it. Breakfast is also excellent. Avalon has more foreign food and breakfast on the floor is better for Koreans. Salmon is also available. I would like to go again if circumstances warrant it. The water park is small but well done.

The kids loved the spacious 1 bedroom suite. Wi-Fi was erratic, but there's a ton of activities available for the entire family. A resort you can definitely look forward to coming back to.

Perfect for those with children or those who can only eat Japanese food. There are Korean, Chinese and Japanese restaurants to choose from. The taste is also good!

Perhaps because there are many Asians without a tip culture, the staff quality is lower than other five-star hotels in Cebu?

Order mistakes and serving may be slow.
