Best ever place I have stayed so far... from staff, the land scape, the swimming pools, billiards, tabletop football soccer, rooms are good and spacious... etc...

Clean, big rooms. Poolside gets crowded on holidays.

The food, the general standard of professionalism of staff, very expensive for such a poor standard if 5 star resort, and rubbish wifi.

I felt like I was on a 4 hour flight to Gangwon-do, Hongcheon Daemyung Resort, but it feels very much like a foreign resort. Among the overseas travels, gel is not the same as overseas. 95% of the visitors are Korean, and one day, 300 Japanese volunteers travel to the swimming pool. Room service includes kimchi soup, beef soup, kimbap, etc .. Daemyung Resort ..
Every individual will have different tastes, but he prefers a quiet exotic resort like Crimson and South Farm.
It is a good resort but no return visit

- Variety of restaurants that all taste pleasantly average, morning buffet is enjoyable;
- Private beach and ocean access (free snorkeling gear perfect to view the fish and coral);
- Rooms look a lot nicer in photos than they are, but cannot complain;
- Casino experience is below average (only games available are baccarat and roulette, some slot machines);
- Staff are very polite and helpful.

Would come again!

I don't think it compares to resorts in other countries.
It feels best in Cebu.
It would be great to have a family with children, especially young ones.
One thing I'm sorry about is
It was a 5-family family, but it was quite uncomfortable because there were only 2 rooms. The five-member family felt uncomfortable because it was felt in Korea except for Nha Trang and Vinpearl.
I felt that the food in the mall right in front of the room service food was better.

The facilities are 5 star but the service is 4 star ..

Very nice and very friendly staff lging smiles always greet and care very much to the costumers respectfully the hotel rooms pool the beach was super nice clean the holidays were so much fun I could hardly say

Great resort with a good enough water park. Breakfast was very nice. Private beach was pretty good with many fishes for snorkeling. Customers mainly Japanese and Korean. Clean and large. Recommended.

Room condition does not give way to sex ratio ...
However, the resort facilities and staff's proficiency ...

8,500 pisos for me, my Filipino wife and our 8 year old, I was charged 4,000 because I'm foreign, surely they should be encouraging tourism not financially punishing them because they weren't born there. It seems unfair and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
All we got for this extortionate price was the use of the swimming pool (big deal), and some lunch, though to be fair, the food was good but overall I just felt ..... actually I know we were ripped off big style and will definitely never visit this place again.

We stayed here overnight and the experience was superb. Great amenities and well-trained staff. We had welcome drinks and free photo souvenir. The resort is perfect for families. The kiddie pool is closed some time in the evening so if you have children, you have to use the swimming pool right after you check in.

Shittiest resort I've been to. EVER
It's expensive to get a room and theres barely anything to do. You have to pay for practically everything else other than the pool. They close half of the resort at 6pm. Not worth the price we paid. Any other resort in Mactan is a million times better. If I could I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. This place deserves no star.

It is a great place to eat and especially to pull and serve workers

I like going with the kids. Special level 2 feeling.

The facilities are good.
There is usually one more waterpark in that pool at the resort.
If you go to a private beach, there is a play on the beach (fee required)
There are a lot of restaurants.
There is a Korean in the doorway, so it's nice to be able to speak Korean easily.
I give you a Walcott drink coupon and a photo shoot coupon.
The rooms are big and the living room has several sofas and kitchen facilities. I have a small bathroom in the living room.
However, the air conditioner is not in the room (temperature control, power switch).
In addition, Koreans are coming so many times that there is not a single Korean broadcast.

We stayed at the hotel ridge, but it looks like the cottage is closer to the swimming pool and looks fun. The water in the pool is surprisingly cold, and a rash guard is a little better.
For the fee. . . Such a feeling, facilities would be inferior to a 4 star hotel. You can enjoy it if you go without expectation.
The location is not very good, and there is nothing around, so when you go out you will not go in a hurry, it will be a go out. I bought it and slowly at the hotel. . . If you think so, do not forget to buy!

ACC15 Asian Carrier Conference 2019 after-parties were held here. I would love to come back with my family to just swim in the beach and playground-pools.

If Jay Park Republican family travels together, it's a good idea! Breakfast and dinner are delicious, too, and you can leave your child at the kids club for a massage!

Now it has been renamed to jpark, but Google still says Imperial Palace. My 4-year-old daughter loved Kalachuchi flowers. Thanks to you, I had a warm Christmas.

Reserved New year gala dinner. Had a wonderful buffet with wines (all inclusive) and new year celebration. Room condition also good.

I was my 1st time coming there and it was so amazing. I love the food and the people around us. So relaxing and i feel i want to go back sooner or later

the most worst thing is sitter system.
they are spitting everywhere, i saw several times spitting in the pool.
and we can say that they are doing their job but they speak high and make too much noise (of course kid like that) that is not acceptable for normal guest. need to control them. thanks

If you're staying at a resort in Mactan, you should definitely try Karaspa. During my trip to Cebu, I had 3 spas and I got the best service.
Of course, the price is the most expensive, but you can experience a time without regrets.

Staff are polite, courteous and very attentive to your inquiries and needs. The amenities and overall place are well maintained also

As a family resort with children, the best in Cebu. However, it is a bit bitter because I am a babysitter. Culinary culture made by Koreans.

A lovely resort to spend time. They have a water park inside and lively all through the day as there are lots of games and shows for the guests

This is one of the few resorts with a casino. The minimum stake for a casino is $ 30. Unlike other resorts, waterslides are simple but enjoyable like an amusement park. The biggest drawback is that there is no sand. The beach is cement floor and the surrounding sand is rough and unsuitable for bare feet. The waters are so muddy and the waters are so snorkeling.

It is a resort where children can enjoy playing with a good water park, delicious and various meals, and luxurious massage.

Good time with children. Good breakfast. The shade sunbed can be taken in the early morning. Koreans are diligent when it comes to recreation. But it is usually empty just to put the luggage. Storing what you need. Arrange open storage and use only those who need sunbeds.

It's great to be with kids. Resort facilities are good, but after cleaning every day, the person who cleaned the towel kept calling and didn't forget to wash the towel. ^^
All the staff, including the restaurant staff, are friendly and hard.

The whole experience was very bad becuse of 24 hour nonstop noisy construction work even 2am in the morning for expansion hotels new building and nothing mentioned on there wabpage about that on time of booking.we paid 2000usd for 6 nights for suite a very expensive and not worth the price and small waterpark and beach was not good Also kids room go cart chess minigolf and everything else you have to pay additional money. The staff was nice friendly that the only positive thing about hotel.

It's a great place for families with babies, and overall the facilities are good. Give me 5 stars..^^
