I ve gotten many treatments at Joseph Anthony - salon, spa and medspa - and I've never left disappointed. Aside from the quality treatments, they treat their clients so well and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It s a nice escape and I love going there.

My hot stone massage with Jessa was perfect! She is so professional and attentive to your needs. Always a wonderful experience!!

Our salon experience was relaxed & professional and the results were great! Highly recommend Michael if going to the salon, his experience shows and I was not disappointed in the slightest. We will be returning for sure!

I have been going to Ben for several years. And he is the best for my coarse, curly hair. I took my 9yo today to Jayme and had another great experience. Jayme treated my daughter with respect, gave her a great cut and made me jealous of my daughter s hair. Also they have impeccable COVID protocols. I felt completely safe.

I have been pretty happy with the salon until last 2 times, I felt like I got $10 hair cut for paying $60 plus tips. Especially last time 3.5 weeks ago, I was in and out the salon within 25 minutes with waiting time, shampoo, cut and blow dry. I left with a very bad hair cut, till today I am still debating whether I should have a different hairdresser to fix it. I am very easy customer and Just a simple trim with some layers on top. How hard that could be?

I absolutely love Jen W! The first time I had a service with Jen was in July of 2019. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she absolutely delivered! From that point on I was hooked! My next visit I had my hair colored and again she did an absolutely amazing job! I have now had 4 appointments with Jen and will continue to use her as my stylist. She is very talented, and friendly, and makes the experience exceptional!

All CDC guidlines were in place, everyone seemed to be very comfortable. Heather was exceptional, as always.

I have always had a great experience in Joseph Anthony's. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is always so clean. Since covid I have been back many times and they are doing a great job on keeping us safe. The cleaning standard are great and they seem very knowledgeable on how to mantain safely during these new times we are in so thank you !!

I've only used the hair salon, the stylists are all very nice. There's a wide variety to choose from. It's not too difficult to get an appointment. They allow online appointment scheduling, which I love. The place is getting a little bit outdated and could use some update. The lighting is not great at all of the stations.

I've been going to Nikki for at least 4 years and she has ALWAYS done a great job, so this rating is way overdue! What makes Nikki so special? She listens to your ideas, gives honest and educated feedback and after helping you come to a decision, she delivers with amazing coloring and cutting skills. My teenage daughter and preteen son go to Nikki as well. Since she has taken the time to get to know our family, we all love her. She is very talented and an awesome person too!
The salon itself is top-notch. I've gotten waxing, spray tans, and facials over the years and have been overall happy with the services. I only wish the reward points could be used on any service, not just select ones.

Every time I go to Joseph Anthony spa I feel like I'm taking a mini vacation. I' ove the hydra facial. I was worried about going because of Covid fears but felt they did a really good job repairing the facility for our new reality and took a lot of precaution as well. Plus I still got my glass of Prosecco before my treatment!

I don't normally write reviews on here, but I feel obligated to do so with this salon. Let me tell you about my detailed experience at joseph Anthony's, If I could give the salon 0 stars I would. I had such a bad experience there, I was looking for a descent salon around the area, one of my coworkers recommended joseph Anthony so I googled them and read all the good reviews. I called to make an appointment and although I told the receptionist it was my first time there she failed to tell me that they actually have levels when it comes to stylists. Their stylist levels range from 1-5, had I known that I would have booked with a level 4 or 5. I got booked with a level 2 stylist who did not even come near the color that I requested, I wanted a blackberry red color (which I had a picture of) and ended up with a dark brown color(my natural hair color.) I also asked for a long bob and ended up with regular cut same length from the front and back. When the color did not turn out as I expected I pointed that out to the stylist and she assured me that it will get lighter and she walked me out of the salon and handed me the mirror to see how bright it looked, of course with the sunlight reflecting on my hair it looked much lighter so I went back inside and let her continue with the cut. She also told me that since I had highlights before she died my hair, my hair will get even lighter because all the highlight will come out with the new color. It has been more than 2 months and my hair is still dark brown! She also suggested some products from the salon which I did purchase. I purchased a shampoo, conditioner, and a hair spray (which I have no complaints about.)But I did spend a generous amount of money at this salon with no satisfaction with my appointment at all. After my visit I received a call for feedback on their services, I was at work at the time so they left me a voicemail. I of course returned the call and the person that called me was never there . I called 3 times and finally left a message with the receptionist of how unhappy I was with the services, they didn't even bother to call me back. It has been more than two months and I still have not received a call back. I was fascinated with their spa and salon from pictures and was definitely planning on booking monthly appointments for the spa, but after driving an hour an half to get there and receiving this bad of an experience in return I will never go back.

Ben has been my favorite stylist for over a decade now. He knows my style and what s best for my hair no matter what stage of life my hair is in. It is an absolute pleasure to see him each and every time. And of course my cut today was absolutely fab. Thank you Ben!

Heather S is my go to for brows (mine are thick & 1 is stubborn!). She is genuine, empathic, does exactly what I want! Plus she gives me tips on brow & skin care.
Mary-Kate and Christine are my good to's for deep tissue massage-- they're so in tune with your body, kind & caring, guide your breathing, work out the pain/knots and leave me feeling SO much better!!

Kelly did a great job with my cut! I have thick, curly, hard to manage hair, and she gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had for a very reasonable price. I would come back again for her specifically, and the salon overall!

If i could rate Jamie Leigh higher than 5 stars i would! I absolutely love how she does my hair. She always does exactly what i want and it ends up being better than what i expected! Its very hard too find someone who consistently does your hair perfect and goes above and beyond.. Jamie does just that!

I have been here twice and it is the best hair salon I have ever been to! The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I have gone to Kelly twice for highlights and lowlights, a gloss, and a cut. She is one of the best hair stylists I have ever worked with! I am EXTREMELY particular about my blonde hair. I like it to be more on the "cool" side as opposed to "warm". My last hair stylist wasn't listening to what I wanted in terms of my hair color and sort of had an "I know best" attitude. Kelly took the time to understand what I was looking for, she even let me show her pictures so that she knew exactly what I wanted in my hair color. My hair color has turned out gorgeous both times Kelly colored it. She is extremely knowledgeable about maintaining highlights and even helped me to find a blue shampoo (which helps to reduce brassiness). I have also been very happy with my haircut the two times Kelly has cut my hair. I will keep coming back!

I went back to JA after complaining about the first dye job and they gave me a second dye job and cut absolutely free. I am so in love with my hair. It really is true that you just need to find the proper stylist. Chelsea is AWESOME and I plan on going back in three weeks to get my hair touched up.

Great experience like always! Nicole S is awesome. She has always been super friendly and always does a great job! She has done my hair for a few years now and I ve never had a bad experience. She is professional and knows exactly what will look best for my hair and style. I get color, cuts, and tape in extensions done. She is great on time management and efficiency. It was great to return back to the salon - all precautionary measures were met and exceeded expectations for COVID: masks, mask recognition, temp taken at the front door, disposable gowns, and proper distance apart. Can t wait to be back for my next appointment!

Went here this morning just for a blow out and it was great! I have mixed hair that s super curly and thick and have left many salons feeling disappointed and needing to redo my hair myself when I got home but my stylist Madi did an awesome job! It looked great and she took the time to really tackle my curly hair! Everyone was so sweet! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place especially if you have a little more difficult hair!

Lindsay at JA is absolutely amazing. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for a few years now, and I have never been anything less than thrilled with the results. She really listens when I describe what I want, and the outcome always matches the desired result. I have a slightly complicated ombre at the moment, and I've never gotten so many compliments on it. She also knows how to cut my wavy, unruly hair so that minimal styling is required. She's a true artist, and I highly recommend her!

I got the deep tissue massage and am booking my next massage this week. It was the perfect balance of firmness/pressure and relaxation. I ve been getting 5-6 massages per year for a decade and Helaina s handiwork was truly unlike anything I ve experienced in a previous massage WOW. Thank you!!!

This was my first time at a spa, and everyone made it a great experience. Mackenzie did an awesome swedish massage,, and then Sarah Jane was fantastic with the buttercream float. That was my favorite!!! And then Gia did a great job for the CBD leg treatment, along with relaxing in the brine room a couple of different times. Everyone else was so friendly and accommodating to all your needs. This will definitely be a place to come back to again. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special that day!!

Katelyn is very courteous, professional and personable and I enjoyed both meeting Katelyn and love the hairstyle and cut she did . The salon/spa is a very warm and comfortable place to be especially in these times and I m happy that mask wearing, social distancing and sanitization in place. My children (14 and 17) get the best hair cuts from Heather. They love the experience of going to the salon. We ve had some sketchy hair cuts for my youngest over the years as his hair shows every cut, Heather is consistent and always does a fabulous job.

I told Heather my vision for my hair and she nailed it, perfect color blend and outstanding cut!
