No customer service what so ever, good trying to get a refund cause no one will answer, I've tried 4 x and was on hold at 30 minutes each time, the same with live chat, this has to be a basement type operation. I can't believe NY DMV would approved this business! Also be careful answering your verifying info after you input your 4 digit SS#, because if they don't match or the info you know is not correct, you will not be able to login, so you will need an authorization code which you will never get. I was determined and held on for 50 minutes to cancel, and guess what they will cancel with no problem but a $5 admin fee is charged. What a company
